Trent our sales person was very helpful. Our installer was amazing although I can’t remember his name. This organization is good value and we will be using them again.

Brett and Bailey were awesome technicians they got nine windows installed in one day in a house that was built in 1956 as a former military Barrack so there was steel framing everywhere. They did an awesome job. They were clean, professional, and took care of my property as if it was their own. They also beat out a few other companies from a pricing standpoint as well and I got good quality, and a great warranty. I would highly recommend. 10/10 Thank you!

The employee Matt came out to offer an estimate. The employee did 1/2 the estimate but said they needed to come back to take measurements for the soffit and gutters (why they didn’t do that while here is beyond me). So they wrote a half estimate and then when they came back to measure they failed at providing the rest of the estimate (it’s been over a week). Then we asked about financing and the employee Matt was so incompetent he didn’t know any financing options except to tell us that “we use Wells Fargo”. This company is unprofessional at best and red flags are going off left and right about this company and I think that it’s best to get a quality company to replace this roof rather than an incompetent company that can’t even deliver an estimate. If they can’t deliver an estimate what proof do I have they can deliver a quality result? None.

I had windows, door, and roof put on. When they scheduled, y windows, they never showed up that day. When I called and spoke with Jack, he said there must have been a glitch in the system, i remembers talking to you, but you are no where on the scheduled. He did get me on for Monday (this was Friday). I stated this day that I wanted to be reimbursed for my day I had to take off of work. He said he would when all the work was done. The work has been done 6 weeks and nothing. I took over 2 weeks and me yelling at Michelle to get him to return my call. He told me he would take care of it Friday and I call him back then. Guess what, I was put on hold, then it just rang and disconnected. I am still calling with nno response. They only care about getting your money. Not making their wrongs right

Used WW to install all new windows and a patio door in our (new to us) home. Our initial info session was with Trent and from the beginning he made us feel like we were in good hands and walked us through every step of the way. Our installer Josh also did a phenomenal job and left zero mess behind. I was so impressed with the quality of product and service and at such a reasonable price! My initial inquiry was through the local office, who put me in contact with a representative, George Chambers. From our first conversation he was very professional, asking particular questions about what I was looking to do. He also inquired about the property where I was replacing the windows.He made arrangements to talk and meet with my property manager. Every step of the way he made sure we had all of the information he could provide; measuring, selection of window types, description of window materials and expected installation time.The installation, when the windows were ready were, beautifully done and the workmen made sure no materials were left behind, They also made sure the property was as clean as when they began to work.A few years prior to this installation, I had used another company. They were also considered, because I was highly satisfied with their service. However, Window World really projected an interest in providing the service we needed.Window World received the contract because I was impressed with their procedure of taking care of the job I wanted done, They replaced almost 20 double paned windows, (double hung and picture windows)I highly recommend Window World for your next window replacement installation if you prefer quality materials, service and process. Window World put siding on my house. They were professional, fast, and did a wonderful job. My house looks new and it is a 41 year old house! I love the work they did. They put insulation under the siding and now my house is quieter and easier to heat and cool! I’m so grateful to Window World. I wish I had done this many years ago.

Our experience started with the salesman Doug. He was very knowledgeable, contibuted many options and ideas we had not considered. He was very easy to contact with questions that we thought of and kept us up to date of the status of our order. The installation team was very efficient, very mindful of our home and tried to create the least amount of disturbance. They worked very well as a team and completed 14 of the 15 windows to installed the first day. The next day they finished up the last window, and installed a double front door and a back door. They cleaned up all the debris and Brian walked us through a demonstration on how the windows functioned and the features they had. He also showed and briefed us on some detail work the was needed and gave us estimate of when the work would be completed.Overall very satisfied with all facets of the project Would definitely recommend Window World if you are considering upgrading your home.

My husband and I can not recommend Window World enough. We had a windows with big grids hat blocked the view in the new home we bought and we wanted an update. Window World showed us newer windows that had clean, open lines that allowed us to have a better view. We also replaced French doors with sliding glass doors that made entry to our deck so much better.We were so impressed with the quality and professionalism by the entire staff. Matt, sales person. No issue. Ordered windows in Oct 20, did not come in until Dec. Scheduled install, crew never showed. Rescheduled install following week. Crew show, wrong windows were ordered. Called in, stated it would be another 8 weeks. Finally talked to shop person who found windows that would fit my openings. The 3rd scheduled install, it finally happened.

Installers were prompt and efficient. They were very clear in all explanations. Answered all questions. Very Pleased. We have only hadthe windows for 4 or 5 months. First winter.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I had two windows installed during quarantine. The windows were delivered and installed in the time quoted to me. The installers were professional, wore their masks inside, and cleaned up after themselves. They even used a disinfectant at the end of the process to ensure everything was clean. This company made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. I would recommend them to anyone!

This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. I placed an order for a replacement window 2.5 months ago and made a 50% down payment.To date they have not given me a scheduled date. I have called them five times and never have received a call back. I will now dispute the charge for non-performance.

Had 3 companies come out, went with windows world. Sales rep was awesome. From that point on, downhill. Ordered 14 windows and a patio door, every window was mis measured and they had to make cuts on the spot. Some spots you can easily see mess up on cuts and looks bad, luckily I can cover it with trim. Secondly, door was pushed back to March from when windows were installed (feb) no big deal. Until I call and make that date for today, and then I have to call and ask when installers are arriving and they say its not coming till the 19th. Well. Not everyone can just take off work. Bad communication throughout office and installers. Probably wont recommend window world to anyone. Not everyone can sit around all day and wait for installers. Especially on their scheduling mess ups!

We chose window world after getting 3 estimates. One from Cincinnati, one from Indy and this one. The two from Indy and Kentucky were similar in price. The one from Cincinnati was outrageous. We had 16 windows replaced and it was pouring rain that day. They kept right on working. Windows have a lifetime warranty, color choices were good, crew was experienced. We did have 2 damaged screens, looked like it was caused in shipping. They replaced both. We also had some trim that needed to be re-done, which was also completed. Overall it was a good experience, price was what we expected, windows are lovely and warranty is excellent.

They did a great job, very efficient, cleaned up after the job was finished and explained how to operate the windows for easy cleaning. I highly recommend them!

Very professional company with excellent customer service and a streamlined process from measurement to order to installation. I’ve been using them for many years for my apartment buildings and have been very pleased.

While I had some issues actually scheduling the installation (had to call 3 times to get someone to call back to book a date), the installers were prompt, friendly, and efficient with attention to detail. They made sure the job was done right and that I knew how to operate the door with the keys and foot lock. I just had new flooring put in, and they were very careful to lay down sheets in that area and vacuumed up the debris after the door was installed.

Window World replaced our windows a few years ago and no issues so we decided to use them to replace the siding. This has been a nightmare to say the least, the install crew did not show up the day they were supposed too, came late in the afternoon the following day and was not able to complete the job so they had to come back the next day. We had included in our contract to replace the trim, soffits, and gable vents, the crew did not have any of these materials and were unaware it was being replaced. I reached out to our salesman who did straighten it out and they came back on August 28 but this time were still missing the gable vents. Install manager told me to just to go Home Depot and buy 2 vents even though I was already being charged for them on the contract. As of today October 2 we still do not have the vents replaced and we were told they were out of stock, I received a call from Claudia today asking how everything was going and when I brought this up she was more concern with ending the phone call then actually helping and listening to my frustration. I am a very understanding person but when you drop the ball on customer service that is a big concern. I was told today someone would call (again no timeframe given) on setting up a time to do the install. I wont hold my breath on that.** update October 5, crew came out today put a new vents and fixed areas that were of concern. Crew did an awesome job and I really appreciate the quick response from Window World

I am a repeat customer. I ordered a sliding glass door and window last year. This year I ordered two more windows. There was a hiccup this year at the beginning with scheduling but Jack promised me a $50 gift card. I’ll edit this to five stars when I receive it. 😊 Dwayne and his son were my installers this year and were very particular in their work. They did a GREAT job!! They even fixed a couple of imperfections from last year’s install (different installer, no longer employed) AND I was shown a couple of things the installer last year should’ve shown me. Needless to say, I was excited with what I learned and my experience with Window World. Thank you!

Last year I did my windows in my living room but two windows I paid close to $4,000 just for 2. I used Window World and got all 7 Windows done for just under $4,000, Josh, installed all my windows by himself he was professional he was on time it didnt take a whole full day for him to get done and clean up behind himself. Despite some older bad reviews a friend of mine had had a good experience and he recommended Window World Cincinnati. I called and George showed up on time and was very informative and patient with my many questions. I didn’t buy on the spot and he didn’t become hostile when I didn’t commit. I sought a few more estimates after his and called George back to move forward. I got black exterior/ white interior double hung and awning windows to replace old aluminum sliders. I was in the process of redoing my entire exterior. After George assisted me with my purchase I was given a 4-6 week time frame before my install. I moved forward with painting my brick exterior and upon completion I was so ready for the finishing touch, my black windows. They called me right around week 4 and asked if I was available that following Monday for install. I of course made changes in my schedule to be able to do so. The install crew showed up on time and did a great job. The install took 2 full days but wow what a difference in sound, look and efficiency!!!

Window World did a wonderful job. I have a fairly new house but my old windows let a lot of air in. With the new Windows I no longer have air entering into my home. Workmanship was great and the service I received from everyone I came in touch with was exceptional. I highly recommend Window World!

Huge huge waste of time. We were told that the window would arrive is 4-6 weeks and it was way longer. Then we take the time to get the window installed and first get told they will arrive at 9, then we call and they say between 8-12 then they decide to arrive two hours after that. So if you have other things planned for the same time forget it cause they cause a huge inconvenience. If i could get zero stars I would. The manager didn’t even do anything just called back and said they are on their way and they arrived an hour after. Extremely irritated. Never using them again.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY. This was one of the worst experiences Ive ever been through when dealing with a company thats been paid to do a job. First of all, it was a ONE window job. Literally one window and it cost us nearly $780. When we ordered the window we were told it would be installed in 6-8 weeks. We ordered the window the last week of May 19. After 10 weeks of hearing NOTHING from them, we actually contacted them and asked what was up, and they said theyd be out next week to get it installed. So they have it scheduled to be installed on a Friday morning (no problem Ill take off work for a half day) and after multiple attempts to ask where they were at-- what do you know they were late-- I never heard anything from the manager. Here it is 1PM and he calls saying they were on their way and that the last job was taking longer than expected. Needless to say, they never showed up to do the job that day. Something about their trailer couldnt fit the window we ordered? So I missed an entire day of work for nothing because they were ill-prepared to do a job Ive paid for. They eventually got the window installed over the weekend but didnt even finish the job fully. They left pieces off the window outside, trash laying around, and the caulking job on the inside was disastrous. My 1 year old daughter could have done a neater job. They just came back to finish the job and here we are at the last week of October 19. So all in-- it took 5 months to complete the job they said would take 6-8 weeks, the job they actually did looked sloppy in some places, and it was pretty expensive for the work we received. After calling to complain about this experience, I asked for a discount and Jack the manager said we wouldnt have to worry about the rest of the window (since we paid half up front and the other half would be paid upon completion). Well three weeks later he decided $100 off was the best they could do and this was them doing me a favor because they normally dont do this. Honestly, after missing a full day of work it should have been much more than that. So all in, This is a piss-poor excuse for a company and business model. Do yourself a favor and dont use this company.

AVOID! When they tell you 8-10 weeks they actually mean 10 - 12, but it took 22 WEEKS before they installed the windows. During which time we sold our house, and gave the new owner a certified check to pay the remaining balance. Now they are threatening to send us to collections and we dont even live where they installed the windows. If they had installed these within 11 weeks we would have still owned the home and paid the company ourselves. Please dont take their salesmans word for it. They are quick to point out that contract does not guarantee a delivery time.

Our home is over 90 years old and it had the original windows. We needed to get new windows. We had four difference vendors look at our home and give us a bid.Window World was by far the most economical. Our energy costs are now tracking well below our neighbors according to Duke Energy reports. Installation was done very professionally. Window took almost 2 months past qoute to install. Theyve had to come out 3 times since due to poor work. They left their trash all over my yard and they have extremely poor customer service. They didnt properly silicone the windows. I do not normally leave reviews but after being lied to and having them come out so many times I can say I highly recommend using a different business.

The installers were excellent. However. it took me 4 phone calls and nine weeks to find out where my windows were. Customer service from the beginning is non existent. The four stars goes only to the installers.

The seals in our windows were broken and had to be replaced. I had a big name window company come out and they gave me a bid of $10,000 after the applied a number of discounts they said I qualified for. Then Window World showed up and gave me a $2700 price for identical type windows.I just got by Duke energy report and my home is now the most efficient in the area. They came beforehand and got incorrect measurements then when they came back they had to stuff the windows into place and make them fit....and even worse after that they put horrible insulation in the windows allowing small creatures/critters to have access to my home IN THE WINTER.

Yes we have the typical complaint that it took months not weeks to get the windows installed. My biggest issue is the new windows leak more air then the 26 year old ones they replaced and the shutters are falling down 2 weeks later and no there isnt a wind storm outside. They used long wood screws in my brick with no anchor. So of course they fell down. Oh and lets not forget that the salesman measured many of the windows wrong. One of which they need to remake.... How do they have such a high rating? I have two Stars because the price is so low....But now I know why.

We had Window World install our windows in October 2014 and I will say I love the windows. They were affordable and look great. The only problem I have is the installation process. 2 men showed up at 1:30 to install 11 windows and were gone by 4:30. They seemed rushed, the culking around the windows is a mess. The man taking out our old window above our sink cut over too far and damaged my kitchen wall. When I asked if they were going to fix it he said, how do I know that wasnt there before Really? They did come back to fix the wall and fix the culking. The windows are great, the cosmetics and the installation is why I am giving them a 3 star.

As a previous employee........ Man oh man nothing good to say. Was fired for someone elses doing got screamed out so i yelled back the situation had nothing to do with me. I had order sitting on my desk 2 mouths that werent ordered an was told to tell people we dont have an esitmated load date... But cant tell them y. ...... I was there on Wednesday 1 week ago and still have over 200 windowd that couldnt be ordered. Hell yes im mad because of how i was teeated for something i didnt do but stand up for myself after veing screamed at was there for a year an 5 months i think worked everyday late yes i have kids i was late sometimes. Kids have appointments i uave appointments always made up the time i missed ALWAYS. The people in office have no good communication with customers . i passed messages to people alot as i need an most werent contacted back so customers would call again and again and of course i was yelled at by them. They have no consistency hardly honest bad customer service. Half yhe installers mostly thr good ones went to windows direct.

Had windows put in, four windows were wrong. Set up appointment to bring out new replacement windows, then only one was the right one. So set up another appointment to fix those, no showed three times! Terrible customer service. Will not recommend them to anyone. Got my money and now gone.

Poor service poor install cheap product screen door breaks everytime we open it not sure if its the door or the install its been replaced 3 to 4 times in less than 6 months cannot even use it and the piss poor customer service you get when you call for the supposed lifetime warranty is a joke Im guessing they mean by lifetime it takes a lifetime to get them to fix your door or window avoid this company at all cost they are an absolute joke do yourself a favor and call another door and window company they are absolute joke of a company

They said they would replace our back door from animal scratches last year. Now they are saying it isnt covered under warranty.😡😞

I was told 2-4 weeks took 7-8. When you call to see what is up you cant seem to get a call back. There was no communication between my installer and the company. The cost is not worth the trouble ya go through.
