He listened to our description of the details of our situation, performed a professional evaluation of our system and provided a clear set of options on how to move forward. The two men who came to my home were very courteous and respectful. I really liked that they were masked up and they covered their shoes. They came out to look at my washing machine, unfortunately its not worth fixing.I appreciated the fact they told me that instead of pushing me to fix it, which would have been more money than a new machine.I would recommend them to friends and family.

EXCELLENT! 100 degrees outside. AC hadnt worked for a couple days. Called at 8AM by 11AM Ken the repair professional was out and by 1PM replaced a capacitor & electronic switch. Absolutely fantastic service! Ken was an extremely nice and cordial guy. PLEASE do not hesitate whatsoever about using Niceleys.

Amazing service.. incredibly professional and nice. Came in when the store was closed to get my part for me. Granted I had to pay a fee for that but still, amazing customer service when almost everyone in the appliance repair industry is terrible. A gentleman named Bill helped me with a part I needed. He was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and returned with the exact part I needed. He also gave me a diagram to use when replacing the part, which was above and beyond excellent customer service. The whole experience was an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10.

Our 17 year old A/C unit stopped working. We called Nicelys and were surprised to get someone to service it within a couple of hours. The technician was friendly and did not mind explaining what tests he was performing and why. Unfortunately, it resulted in us having to replace our unit. But, the technician was polite, seemed competent and they were very prompt in their response.

They arrived on time and Chris did a great job of finding the reason our dryer keeps squeaking. He replaced all of the rollers. He also took the time to give us some helpful tips on how to keep the dryer and washer in good working order. Very knowledgeable and pleasant.

The technician was very pleasant courteous. Service was 2 weeks out but they called me with a cancelation of another customer and got me in within 2 days.Washing machine: I had a frontal leak from the door seal and it became al v6thery simple adjustment, no replacement of bparts. He took it apart to diagnose and adjusted it and job over. The reason for the 3 stars is because I was charged $125 for this job, Im not sure if it standard high or under but as a consumer I thought it was a little high. Also the company didnt give me any monetary clue of how much it would cost like the $89 just for coming out. Suggestions: explain what the cost is for coming out.

My dryer was not working and there was an assessment made as to what needed to be done to repair it. We made the decision to buy a new one as the repairs would be too extensive but the technicians were so helpful in explaining the issues and were willing to repair our dryer if we wanted. Washing machine was leaking and I couldn’t diagnose it. Tech came out, was friendly and professional, and pinpointed the issue quickly.I didn’t end up have them replace the part as I could do the work myself, but I’m much happier they came and took a look so I stopped wasting time and money on parts that weren’t the problem.Replaced the part myself and no longer have any leaks - I’ll be sure to hit them up in the future, should the need arise.

A sincere thank you to Mason for his outstanding service during my end of day appointment on 4/1/21. The weather was chilly and the furnace would not start. The initial diagnosis was a faulty board and/or inducer based on the codes. Mason had enough sense to check the intake line and determine that a rodent had built a nest in it over the winter. The astute recognition and clever fix saved me from having to buy an entirely new unit for now. While the nineteen year old unit will eventually need replacement, it will survive another Spring and Niceleys offered a competitive quote for a replacement.

We called Niceleys when the humidifier on our furnace began leaking water on our laundry room floor. At first, my husband was told that someone would come out the next day, but when he explained that the water was pouring out, not just dripping, they sent Mason and Nate. As is always the case, both gentlemen were friendly, polite, professional, and knowledgeable, and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem fairly quickly. They also advised us that our filter would need cleaning or replacing, and they offered to show us how to do it ourselves, or they would do that for us when they return to do our seasonal service. While showing my husband, they actually changed the filter right then and there. We have used Niceleys Appliance Repair since we moved to this area 25 years ago for all of our major appliances and the purchase of our heat pump. All owners and employees have been courteous and capable, and Mason and Nate were no exceptions.

I called Nicely’s to get a quote to have Freon put in my A/C unit. No one could give me a price on the phone, even though it’s a flat rate. They send high pressure salesmen/technician out to surprise you with a flat rate of $640, regardless of how many pounds it would hold. A FLAT RATE and Nicely’s refused to tell me over the phone. I took off work to schedule this appointment and if Nicely’s would have given me an honest quote on the phone, I could have avoided this nightmare. If you’re reading this they charge $640.00 flat rate so don’t be shocked like I was when they show up and try to sell you a whole new A/C unit. Nicely’s manager is extremely rude and is also dishonest. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Rusk Heating and Air was way cheaper and they’re were no “salesmen” trying to sell me an entire unit. PLAIN DISHONEST
