Called to ask for an odd part for go kart, I know long shot, but the guy I spoke to tried to find it for us, when he couldnt find it using autozones catalog he went even further and looked it up and found it on google for us to order and even recommend another place that might have it. Awesome customer service compared to all other car part stores in area who seem annoyed that I had called and we very unhelpful. Great job autozoners!!!

Great customer service! Coming here over Advance Auto Parts any day. Stephanie and Kristin really took care of me and helped me change out my rear wiper blade and headlights. Jeff was also extremely pleasant. The staff is professional, polite, and they go above and beyond what they are asked to do. You can tell they genuinely care about the business and their customers.

Honestly was shocked when i walked in to this store.Check outs a little small in size(counter top) but this autozone had some really cool stuff Ive never seen on a shelf in any other part store Ive gone to (oriellys,advance,napa even other Autozones) in michigan..Definitely a unique AutoZone

Just had our battery tested, had to get a new one because it was bad, and they even changed it for us. We were in and out within 7 minutes thanks to Jeff and Kristen. (Not sure how to spell her name). Very nice.

I had to buy 3 headlight bulbs...i noticed I bought the wrong one of 3 I had gotten. So had to go back to return/exchange one. After looking my receipt, I was able to exchange a bulb for another bulb..somehow this bulb was 2.12 cheaper in one day,.suppose to be the right one now. Its not after getting home I noticed that 2 bulbs have the same end like they should n the one i exchanged, suppose to be right, has a different end, comes out on the side. So again I will have to go back to exchange this bulb, n they werent too helpful to me, idk why, I actually called before going to this store to see if they help to change them, n I was told only if its easy . Now for the 3rd time I have to go back n I still havent done my bulbs, I work too n now after this I will go somewhere else. Its not like I didnt give them my information on my car cause I did n when I went in the first time I told her my car is right outside. This was the very first time I had ever went to this place n Im just not impressed with how many times I have to go back just to change some bulbs, i recommend getting a vin # prolly would have been more accurate n saved me a few trips back. I usually dont leave reviews but this I though is not a very nice thing to do to someone when these r really simple to look up n get for someone . And they really didnt want to help me with this im sorry all im trying to do is get the right bulbs...overall spent 50 something just in bulbs. Thanks
