Matt in the service department went over and above to help me, he had to order the tire and wade through a ton of tire warranty paperwork. He got me back on my way the next day. I decided to get a brand new 2020 F150 to replace my Ram Truck. I get X Plan so I went to my local dealer to tell them what I wanted and got blown off. I sent a few emails out and the only dealer who got back to me was Riverside. They found the exact truck I wanted and set up everything through email so I just had to drive down and pick it up. Everyone was nice and I love the truck. A few months later I decided to get my wife the vehicle she has wanted, a Dodge Journey R/T. I searched 3 states for a low mileage R/T and found the nicest one at a Riverside lot. I called the Ford Store and they got the car there and gave me an amazing deal! Couldnt be happier with Riverside Ford.

4th or 5th vehicle weve purchased from Riverside. Always been pleased. Staff has always treated us good. Will go back there for my next vehicle

Wish 0 stars was an option. Boyfriend went to get a turbo replaced and they mmm it took over a week. Right away the turbo blew and they won’t replace it

Took my truck there to get a repair done all the way from Marquette. They failed to work on my truck because the frame was rusted out. Even though they didnt have to lift the truck to fix it...I took it to a local shop in Marquette and they did it. They mentioned nothing about the frame and sait it was fine just has a little UP rust. Matt The service advisor was professional and nice. He was just following what the tech was saying. The sales associate Dave was also very nice and professional. The main complaint is it took way to long for me to hear from them and they didnt do the work that could have been done. No complaints towards Dave or Matt. They were very professional

Awesome customer service

Walked in with cash to purchase a new F150, was prepared to buy on the spot. They had very low inventory and seemed not too interested in selling anything - EVER. I was there 5 minutes, best they could do was give me a brochure -- from LAST YEARS MODEL. I left and no one even took my name or number. Went to another dealer and bought my truck. Gave this place 1 star only because you cant give zero.

I am very dissatisfied with their finance department. Their finance manager takes liberties with credit checks and also lied TWICE when questioned about it. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. It is for that reason they would get ZERO stars if I could.

Great staff. Great experience. They were patient dealing with my lender and helping me get in the truck I really wanted. Very bad service, they make us wait a long time if one tells them what brings inial payment there is no more in their pocket and they always ask for more $$ and they just have to say yes or no and not waste our time. Thank you, lets go to another clerk tomorrow.

Excellent service work. They got me back on the road when my truck wouldnt stay running. I had a 20 hour drive home.They where able to diagnose the issue and fix it in less than a day with no appointment. They even washed the truck for me! Would definitely return if needed.Also they are a Raptor friendly dealer.

First off a big shout out to Dave Bruce for helping me get into my brand new 2018 ford f350 he got everything I wanted in the deal. As far as their service department they pride themselves in first class quality. not too long ago my old 2004 f350 power stroke needed dire TLC and they went to work right away as soon my truck was delivered to them. Travis (Service Writer) was very happy to answer any questions I had either in person or over the phone. If you are looking for a proper ford dealer in the U.P. it is this dealership. Have had nothing but trouble with my new 2019 Ford Escape purchased from here. The dealership has not resolved the problems, I now have 2,300 miles on this vehicle. Very dissatisfied.
