Hiawatha Chef Supply was a great help in furnishing the Escanaba Marketplace Kitchen. I had originally planned on using the internet restaurant supply company, but I quickly found out that Hiawatha met the needs of the project way better than the internet restaurant supply company. First of all, Hiawatha Chef Supply beat them on prices, they also made recommendations that saved the project money. They stored the equipment at their warehouse until the plumbers and electricians were done, and when the kitchen was ready, they delivered and set up all the equipment according to the provided layout. Great customer service!!!

I am doing a petition to save small business wict they cater to. I was on state properly but they still demanded I leave. They do not care about small business.

We opened our drive-through ( Jo to go ) coffee shop eight years ago .Tracy and his team provided us with all of the initial equipment and I must say they have come through in a pinch over and over for us. This week my wife and I were on vacation and it was fair week (arguably the busiest week of the year) our ice machine was down & with a call to Tracy (owner) he himself went over measured it and had the new machine installed the same day ! he literally saved our vacation.
