Was recently in Verizon store, and was extremely pleased with the service I received. The girl who assisted me was very efficient and knowledgeable in helping set up my new iPhone. It was the fastest visit I have ever had in buying a new phone. Was very pleased with her. Friendly, quick, and knew what she was doing. Treated me with kindness and respect.

I recently visited the Escanaba store...and I was greeted by friendly hellos as I entered the store...best of all I did not even have to wait more than 5 minutes which was a pleasant surprise in the first place...then..the girl who helped me not only assisted me with my problem...she helped me pick out a new phone..with NO pressure! Last of all...she took a look at my current plan and informed me how I could save money with my plan going forward. All in all...it was the BEST customer service/experience I have enjoyed in a long time.

At first, I was taken aback by the wait time for an agent and just not sure that I was going to do this, but the agent that I got was knowledgeable and he was also helpful without pushing things on you or doing mysterious “workings” that you didn’t understand. All the agents were friendly and nice in general but what I liked especially about Wesley was that he was a straight kind of no nonsense guy and you felt like you could trust him.

Rachel made the process super easy and painless. It was the best transaction I have ever had there!

Customer service rep Bryanna is by far the best service rep we’ve ever experienced at the Escanaba, MI Verizon store. Despite her young age, she was thoroughly versed in all aspects of various plans, as well as technically astute with all of the technology. Additionally, Bryanna was just simply friendly, down to earth, and a pleasure to work with on a sale. We will definitely look for her specifically for any future needs.

Brianna was very knowledgeable and helpful. She helped with my ipad and explained my billing question. Very pleasant experience!

I was greeted and help offered as soon as I walked into the store. Brittney was very knowledgeable and I was surprised when she told me she had just started working there. She was extremely helpful. Brittney was very patient and got everything set up perfectly for me. I left a very satisfied customer.

Bry was such a pleasant associate to work with. We did not feel like just another customer we felt very comfortable. She is a great asset to your company. Me and my wife felt like we have started a great relationship with an amazing employee. We will always be looking for Bry when we step into that store.

Had an iPhone 6s Plus and finally the battery gave out. Went to see about a new phone and Rachel stayed after hours and got me a new working phone and reset my Apple ID for me. Also took the time out to let my son help out with stuff. Amazing people there and highly recommend them. Especially Rachel the manager!!

Came into the store and didn’t get greeted by any of the 5 employees who were working. Stood in the store for an hour while they all completely avoided us. 3 customers came in after us and they greeted each one of them and helped one of the three customers with out ever acknowledging us once. They then told the last customer that came in that they couldn’t help anyone else today. We waited for over an hour just to find out we got blatantly ignored and wouldn’t receive help at all anyways. Drove an hour to come to this Verizon after being told the way we were treated at our local store was ridiculous and they would get us straightened out when we came here.

They are very helpful! They are always willing to solve any issues you may have and do whatever it takes to make it right!

Alexis was awesome! She took care of me in a decent time frame and helped me on my purchases. The iPhone 12 mini was out of stock which was the one I wanted but upgraded to the 12 max and very happy with it. I was out in under an hour. That’s a record.

Kay was really knowledgeable and understanding. She took the time to help me out and I appreciated her.

Rachel was genuinely the most helpful, attentive, pleasant person ive met in ANY situation. I came into the store kinda crabby but i left feeling great because of Rachel. I have no reason to say this other than the fact that its true!

Verizon as a store is what you expect from Verizon. That said, the employees Bry and Kat get 5 stars. Both were extremely helpful and informative. Gave me recommendations on some products and plans I wouldn’t have known about otherwise. Thankful that I saved some money for a change. Also, worth mentioning Bry has hands like a Surgeon when putting the screen protector on my phone. Virtually perfect placement!

We were not notified of the new phone we had to order was in the store, were told that they would u like call when it was in, had to go to the store and find out what info they needed to discover the phone had been there for a day, it was a 35 mile trip one way when we went to town the dayit came in and had called ahead t ok save the fuel money

We were traveling when my partner’s phone screen went black. Luckily we were near a Verizon store. We went in and talked with Alex, about fixing this problem. He proceeded to tell us he could not do anything unless my partner’s name was on the account with authority to make changes. Well, he is listed on their family plan and showed his ID and also gave the secret account code. Alex said we needed an “authorized” person from the account to be present. We told him the other family members are in Ohio and we are in Michigan. He insisted on this and said if he helped us he would be fired! Right now we are at a Verizon store - in Ludington, MI and they are so nice and are working on fixing the screen. We were not trying to change anything on the account— we just needed to have the phone working. Alex should worry more about pleasing the customers. This should have been a simple fix as we were traveling and needed a working phone!
