What kind of coffee shop doesn’t serve basic beverages (cappuccinos, espresso, lattes...) just pours from a container. Nice shop but could really do better.

Some of the best coffee I have ever had. I order 5lb bags which they give you a deal for buying bulk. The prices are awesome for this quality of coffee and they ship online. This is the best place to get presents if your visiting with selections like the “Hunters Brew”. They have 10+ kinds of coffee and are very helpful on getting you one that best fit your taste buds! Also have yooper gift shop items. Coffee available by the cup but no espresso.

Ever since I tried a sample of UP North Roast coffee at the Michigan State University spring craft show several years ago, Ive been hooked on its Organic Columbian. To wake up to the smell of its rich aroma, I look forward to getting up each morning and enjoying that first cup ( as well as the others leading to the last cup.)I live north of Lansing, but Jacob and Julia take care of my java needs with their fast service, which, I think, ships out within a day or two of placing my order. I am a transplanted Yooper so it feels great to enjoy a taste of the UP, as well as support a Yooper business.

Im not a coffee drinker, but I love the smell of good coffee. They also have cool yooper stuff along with their coffee and coffee themed stuff (such as chocolate covered coffee beans)!

A gem in Escanaba. Their coffee is to die for. The atmosphere of the store is very well done and their brand is established well and consistent with their products. Was greeted very kindly and the personality of the store clerk was most welcoming. Will buy my coffee beans here as long as I live in the area.

I came in as a tourist to buy the obligatory Michigan Cherry Coffee, bur came out with that, a bag of thier surprisingly complex and flavorful Honduran roast, and an itenerary for how we should spend our time here exploring the UP. Great coffee and even better people.
