Unfortunately, they are not honest when answering questions.They DO up charge if you send anything out using regular mail - U.S. Postal Service.They charge a surcharge, which if they would have been upfront about it, wouldnt have been such a big deal. I can understand the need to make a profit, but NOT at the expense of honesty and integrity! Very disappointed and I will not use their service again.

I had a package to return to an online retailer. The retailer sent me a code that could be scanned from my smartphone screen. I explained why I was there, showed them the code, they scanned it, accepted the package, and I was good to go.

Was told by a UPS driver that if I didnt want my package left on my door step that all I had to do was go to the store and ask for it to come in. Only to have the store tell me I need to call the UPS store myself.Also every time I walk in the UPS store no one is in the lobby unless other customers already were in there before me.

Every time I ship anything with you, you guys must throw it all over the place because it gets their broken I’m never shipping anything with you again ... I am very upset about this I will tell all my friends and relatives also!!! I wish there was a negative -5 stars
