Made an order in store for in store pick up because the online price was cheaper than the in store price. I was really not happy that the attendant (who had no one else to attend to) did not start my order right away - said she would have to wait for the order to come in- about 30 min she said. On top of that, after I came back in 1.5 hr, she said that my order had been cancelled as they didn’t have what I wanted in store… no one even contacted me of this despite me getting text messages that they had received my online order!! why wouldn’t the online store know that the Escondido store didn’t have the item in stock as it had already discluded the Oceanside store as they said the product was not available?? And, on top of that, why wouldn’t they just keep the order and let me know when the item came in instead of just plain cancelling it?? So, instead of getting what I wanted to get and try out for the first time, I was quite upset and frustrated. I decided that I wouldn’t even bother purchasing the item from Sally’s. Thus, due to poor online manamgent as well as communication, I as a relatively new customer will probably not be a future customer of Sally’s.

Friendly staff, very clean and organized. Clerk helped me find an item I was looking for.

I was looking for Davines View 7,11 but they didnt have it but I needed toner anyway. & I got lip gloss & rice blotting paper

They never have any product plus the people working there don’t not know anything about the products they do have on there shelf’s.So be ready to figure everything out on your own once you enter this facility like you didn’t go to an actual beauty supply store.I wish I could give them a negative star but that’s not a thing yet....

The lady’s were nice but sadly the hair products I got were not good quality and didn’t actually color the hair it washed out. I bought $100 worth for several bottles and I can’t even get a refund for the unopened products. I bought so much because of Covid and quarantine so I could stay home. So definitely not a place I will be getting hair products anymore.

The staff there was very friendly and attentive. Also, honest. I asked about the difference between two products and it didnt seem as though they were just trying upsell me on a product. She even offered to exchange it for me if I was unhappy with the results of the one I ended up purchasing. Which may just be their policy regardless but I had no idea and was grateful that she informed me that I had that option. Will be doing my shopping here again.

Add on front of store says curbside pick up. Called a few times today while store was open to place my order but no answer.....so is there no real curbside pick up? Best bet would be to just order online.

Splendid. The best Sallys I have been to for one particular reason. Every Sallys employee will have a different knowledge base from their own experiences so if you want a nail person this is the store!

Great customer service despite challenges

I called four times and it says open and they dont answer their phones. I want to buy things ..

They don’t know how to answer the damn phone I called 14 times just to buy two bags of hair🤦🏽‍♀️

They never honor their return policy. They always have some excuse for not following it.

The staff has always been friendly and helpful to me.

Terrible customer service, they never have solutions to questions and watch you as if you were going to steal the building.
