Amazing customer service skills, especially due to how he explains the tough to understand mechanical aspects of the car, he makes it way easier to understand. This was my first time visiting Acura of Escondido (AoE). My first contact with AoE was via email with Jose. He messaged me the next morning after i made a contact request on the website. Things started off very good sith Jose requesting my VIN in order to look up and recalls on my vehicle. After the first day contact was lost. This was partly my fault as i gave a VIN with 1 extra letter in it. And the rest falls on how busy the service center got. Thats excusable, as with only 1 service writer working all week since last week, I am sure Jose got busy. So i attempted to call on Wednesday and Thursday this week. I left messages but got no return calls, so I had to keep calling back to reach a scheduler. Again, maybe super busy, but towards the end of the day a call back should have been made. By close of business (CoB) Thursday I got an appointment booked for Friday afternoon. Unfortunately, I had to push my appointment back an hour, which AoE did without question or issue, very accommodating! When i finally got to AoE for my service, Jose greeted me, snd got me setup for a service and alignment. We talked about my emails and we was super apologetic and thanked me for understanding what i explained a few sentences back in this review. While waiting for my service, I looked around the showroom, snd met with Glenn (Sales Manager) and talked PMC vehicles for Acura and Acura vehicle ownership. Within 75 minutes my car was finished, washed, vacuumed and ready to go. Jose and Glenn were very accommodating, professional and without doubt 2 dealership members I will remember from my experience at AoE. While some issues arose, I just cant bring myself to mark AoE down for any worng doing. They seemed to be a very busy service department, not their fault for sure. I advise checking them out, they may have something you like.

Excellent car dealer....no hard sell...professional and respectful of their customers. I looked went to 4 other dealers in the Escondido Auto Park and every one was pushy and I disliked the experience. I didnt trust them. Acuras staff is genuinely friendly from the receptionist to sales to the woman who finalized the purchase agreement to service. I had scheduled maintenance done and they were great! They go out of their way to make you enjoy your experience. My 2017 RDX is in excellent condition. I was not surprised by anything about the car or the sales process. What they said is what they did. I will return!

Best dealership experience ever! Not only did They give me a have a great loaner car but my dealership point of contact in the service department Jose went to bat with my car insurance company when they tried to deny my extended warranty claim. They kept me updated all along the way while they were trying to figure out what the issue was and even returned the car washed and vacuumed!I will take my car back there forever.

Zhou didn’t try to oversell the car, hold us hostage, or bash the competition and he wasn’t pushy. He explained the car’s features, was honest, and made the purchasing experience pleasant and tasteful. I really appreciate how he didn’t make me feel forced to purchase the car or bash my alternate choices like some of the competitors.

This was the BEST experience for me and my wife in a dealership so far ! Usually I hate going into dealerships because of the salespersons, that are trying to push you to buy the vehicle no matter if you want it or not. This was not the case with Acura of Escondido. Very nice people, very good customer service. We test drove a car, and actually decided to buy it on the next day. We went back to the dealership and we were welcomed from the same nice sales person Abby ( sorry if I spell it wrong).The actual paperwork and prepping the car took less then a hour. Everything went excellent! The car was detailed and filled with gas, also they gave us warranty. We are very satisfied customers!!! They registered the vehicle for us as well, which was a not easy thing to do since we live in another state, saving us ton of wasted time in the motor vehicle dept. We received the registartion and tags by mail. THANK YOU guys very much ! Will highly recommend this dealership.

Service was good, Jose was good, love the complimentary car wash, but I feel like charging us for a loaner (new practice) is not cool. I’ve been coming here for almost 20 years for service, i have purchased 4 cars here and I get charged $10 for a loaner. Also, my bill for this current service was over $1300, yet they still charged me $10 for a loaner.

Making the appointment was effortless. They were very attentive, had my loaner car ready. They kept me abreast of the service and finished in a timely manner. It was a great experience.
