These guys were great. My speakers blew. I google searched them. Showed up unannounced and they had new speakers in my truck in under an hour. Reasonably priced as well.

Unfortunately, they don’t take appointments - but I would still recommend having work done here. Their customer service is great & the prices can’t be beat! I dropped my truck off first thing in the morning & in less than an hour, my camera screen override was complete w/ the parts I provided for $65 bucks. I checked a place down the road from JC Power Audio & they wanted $250! Plus, they were kinda rude & not so dog friendly (always go with the folks that love dogs 😆)

These guys know what it takes to hook your system up and make it sound just the way you want. They definitely stand behind their workmanship.

The owner, Alberto, is a great guy and is very good with customers. We got a backup camera installed, and it included a wide-angle rear-view mirror function that is incredible. It totally eliminates the drivers blind spot. And the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend JC Power.

Good work, removed my secondary alarm system after about an hour. Only $65. No one wore masks even when they were inside my vehicle, unfortunately . Thankfully Ive got antibodies but I cant say the same for anyone else.

They did a great job on installing a top of the line alarm system in my ride along with alot of extra precautions. He even fixed wiring issues with my car that he didnt have too. Very nice guy who runs and owns the place, I highly recommend using this business for all your electronic install needs for your vehicle. 💯💯

I asked for a co axial speaker installation and they charged me the over valued price of $300. The installation was fine just overpriced. You can blame me for not doing my do diligence or you can blame them

Terrible, they talk like they are experts. But they messed up literally everything on my car .. then they tried to make it out like it was my fault or my cars fault... cameras, auto start, gps, alarm, lights, custom mounting, wiring .. literally everything they did .. they did wrong... I had to pay a real professional to fix everything ..they cost me Time money and headaches.... steer clear of JC power in Escondido on e valley pkwy

Great place to come and get a new stereo installed! I came in, and right away he was helping me with what would go well with my car. And would give me options and what they cost (which are fairly priced!) I would 100/10 recommend to anyone who wants to have something audio related new installed! They have other stuff here too, so not just audio!Very friendly company, also, they have seats that are way more comfortable than other places and also supply you with chargers for any phone!

They installed my two 12s and it was pretty quick and the setup was extremely professional. Will most definitely be coming back for another install.

With the myriad of thousands of stereo installers throughout San Diego, it can be difficult to find someone whos honest, objective, and not out to sell you everything on Earth...J C Power is one of the better installers Ive encountered.The owner/manager Alberto is the one whom you should ask for.Hes straight forward, he listens to your needs, and offers good advice.Its a small shop that can be difficult to find, and even harder to get a parking space.The shop is relatively fast and they dont leave your can in a mess.

Great customer service first off! I came in looking for a back up camera and new stero for my truck and they did it same day, within 2 hours. They answered any questions I had and guided me on how to use my new equipment. I will definitely be back for new speakers to finish hooking up my truck

Came in yesterday, to get a quote for sound deadening... so glad that they use well known name brand materials. Compared to other shops. Its all about quality!!! Ive been to over 15 different car audio places and this place is the ultimate bang for your buck. not a lot of high end brands but certainly a lot of decent mid-tier tech that in very well priced. The installation is extremely professional and quick, plus if you ever have questions the guys always respond with great detail. They even did some work on my car for free which will make me go back again. I highly recommend these guys over anyone else.

The staff here are very friendly, fast and efficient. Something I really appreciated was that they are mindful of my busy schedule and worked as fast as they could.

I just had a stereo head unit installed by them. They did a great job and have reasonable pricing. Alberto and his staff were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I would not hesitate to both recommend them and use their services again.

Needed a simple backup camera installed into the factory display. Very nice shop very reasonably price I had another shop quote me in Escondido for AT LEAST $250 and said it was most likely going to change. Another one in Escondido said it was approx. 600-700 because I had to purchase their kit instead of giving me the option of purchasing my own to bring. Walked out with a clean install for $205 and no BS. Would stop by here again if I need another professional install!

I honestly dont have the time patience or energy to write all my problems with the work, service, time frame agreed too communication skills when dealing with this shop (especially the owner) but here are some of my issues......it took months....yes literally MONTHS longer than agreed too...my camera which they installed has stopped working MULTIPLE times even after taking back....the aftermarket headlights they sold me and installed stopped working MULTIPLE times......they used the wrong terminals from the system to the battery...and my car kept dying and left me stranded....i had to personally replace them after I called and complained and he said after being reminded weeks before that he forgot to order em which I went to auto zone and fixed them in an hour with the RIGHT size terminals...he DRILLED HOLES in the gas tank of my old classic Cadillac...yes...im serious....i was wondering why it always smelled like gas....and after paying a mechanic to find the problem..it was determined HE DRILLED HOLES IN MY GAS TANK when attempting to install subwoofers in the trunk...smh...and this is seriously not even all of it......this was the SHORT version of my headaches in dealing with this idiot....save your money...or go somewhere who knows what they are doing and knows how to treat people

The worst customer service possible I wish I could give zero Stars. Not to mention the parking situation is atrocious. I recommend to avoid this place and look somewhere else.

Havent purchased anything there but instead was filling up my water jugs and walked across to his business. Carlso was very friendly and eventhought they were swamped on a Sunday afternoon, he still walked over to my car and gave me advice on adding an extra battery. Will be going back next Sunday and maybe installing a second battery.
