After 2 phone calls and an email that was not responded too, I gave up and continued my search for a company to repair a quartz countertop. I dont understand businesses today that wont even reply to you when you want to have work done. So much for trying to work locally with an Escondido company.Edit: I received the reply below, making it sound like I never called. Here are screen shots of my 2 phone calls. I had sent an email to the repair person last week with no reply. When I called yesterday, I was told he would be in the office around 10AM. Still no reply. Im not sure what staff you are speaking with but someone is certainly not fessing up to the truth.

The best quality countertop installation. The whole process from start to finish went without a hitch. Workers were on time and did excellent work. Consider yourself blessed!

We worked primarily with Dakota Kremer. Initially, he was responsive with answering majority of our questions. He stopped responding after the job was completed. The actual job was very sloppy. We got our countertops installed approximately two weeks ago; and I didnt write this review initially as I wanted to give them time to respond to my emails. Once on the actual job, they are a very impersonal/impolite team and the final outcome was very sloppy. I have scratches/wall damage in many places on my walls, they left a ton of random screws all over the place, including in multiple cabinets, they left dirt all over the place, and didnt inform me that they couldnt complete the sink flange installation until the very end (which didnt allow me to go to the store and grab the part in time while they were here) - their response to the scratches/wall damage was that we just just get paint and patch it up! I also asked for my remainder piece of material, and they want to charge me $75 to deliver it. Its going to cost me more than $75 to buy paint, re-paint all the patches, etc., and they still havent responded to my email in regards to my material. Its been almost a week now. They also dont listen to instruction very well. Customer service is very important to us; while we understand people can make mistakes, we expect the issues to get fixed/resolved. But they are not willing to resolve our concerns. Overall, would not recommend them unless you find less than average work acceptable. They are also not cheap. The only reason I chose them to begin with is because they were somewhat of a one-stop-shop; however, now, I need to get paint, patch things up, etc etc, and I would have been much more satisfied working with a different company that guarantees their work and cares for customer service.

Once youve decided to replace your kitchen countertops, there are 3 phases: 1) selecting who will do the work; 2) demo; and 3) install and end result. The most important is selecting the company to do the work. We selected TCC after talking with two other installers --- and are we glad we did! We visited TCCs showroom in Escondido and selected our product. TCC sent out a tech to precisely measure our surface area and scheduled demo and install for about a week later. TCCs demo team was superb and no easy task to remove old tile, concrete mud and wire under tiles, and to cut down a pony wall for a large single surface counter. We ran into a few glitches but were able to resolve all. You dont see the demo in the end product but its a significant part of the job. Once the demo and prep work were complete, the new surface went on. Old construction had its out of level issues but TCCs installers were adept at making it right --- and we have only one seam which is all but invisible. A key advantage of TCC, imo, is a team approach to design, demo and installation, with four techs doing the final installation and finish. Very price competitive and top quality work from start to finish. Were 100% satisfied and give a very high recommendation.

Definitely dont recommend. Although the price and install were okay, they broke our garbage disposal during the install and didnt even tell us.... since it was a Costco disposal, quick replacement parts were unavailable at Home Depot. We were forced to buy another unit for approx. $100. The Countertop Company continuously gave us the run around for weeks with our request for reimbursement. Obviously, a family of six cant be without a kitchen sink that long. I wouldnt recommend a company that doesnt care about its customers.

Excellent customer service! I needed a slab to build a stone top table and Randy at TCC delivered! TCC is special in that they have a remnants yard as well as whole slabs and they handle the fabrication as well. They are a one stop shop! Randy was very patient with us since we were new to this process and even though our project was small (just a tabletop not a whole kitchen) we didnt feel any less important. Go to TCC for your stone and fabrication needs!

Worst Experience ever. Installer had covid last week. Was maskless 90% of the time. Butchered our cabinets and trashed his own counter tops. After 6 hours goofing off for a 90 inch countertop. He left with our sink and no return date. All this after waiting 8 weeks. POS company

Countertop installation gone wrong. We had bathroom countertops installed with no issues last year, so we figured we would use them again to replace a very poorly installed kitchen counter. The new kitchen countertop installation process from the start of the project was poorly managed. The lead installer was inexperienced, lost his support during part of the installation process which delayed the installation. The window framing wasnt measured properly which also delayed the project. Once an additional helper came, he made inappropriate comments. They did not put down any drop clothes or paper to protect my floors. They covered my home in dust and debris with no cleaning up afterward. The worst is that they spilled acetone on my concrete stained floors which now needs to be repaired. We are two weeks out and have had no support. We are still waiting for them to let us know when they are going to fix it. Yes, they had someone on Monday come and look, but again its been 4 days with no news. Also, there are perfectly symmetrical circle marks on my new quartz counters due to the large acetone bottle being left on the counter. Again, waiting for someone to come and look at them. This is over two weeks since the initial installation. What should have been a 6 hour job was two days of nonsense and now two weeks of calling and asking what are you going to do about it. Just saddened thinking I was going to have a beautiful kitchen and the lack of concern from the Countertop Company. I would hope they communicate better and hire more experienced installers in the future.

We are totally satisfied with The Countertop Company in every aspect. Jim was easy to work with, the installers did a fantastic job, and follow through was above expectations. We had quartz installed in a new kitchen, on a large island, and on the bathroom vanity. Everything was great. Customer service is also a plus with them. I would highly recommend them.

From start to finish the counter top company was easy to work with and responsive to our requests. We had an entire kitchen and a hallway cabinet finished with new quartz counters. Would not hesitate to use again and recommend to others.

We used The Countertop Company for our bathroom install a couple years back. Staff was very professional and flexible both at their store and on the install visit. They made recommendations that helped us pick the quartz slab that will fit our needs best, and the final product is very high quality, and looks great! Prices are competitive and they will even help with some little odd ball requests (we had some left over slab, and they made a couple little side table tops for us, per my measurements, for a reasonable fee). Highly recommend!

The Countertop Company installed my granite countertops and I could not be more pleased. I decided on a 2 square beveled edge and I love it. I have had many compliments on my tops. The installers were very professional and took great care not make a mess while doing a very professional job. Marty and his team were great. I have had friends ask me for their info as they were impressed with a job well done. My office, Kitchen and guest bath are done and I am now looking for the perfect granite or quartz for my master bath. Thank you to a great team.

The Countertop Company installed a quartz countertop in my bathroom a couple of weeks ago. They were always pleasant and professional to work with, and I appreciated the thoroughness of Jim in sales.When they brought the initial countertop, they completed the demo and sub-top, and started to install the quartz slab. The workers noticed a problem with the location of the holes for the faucet and said that I would be contacted in the morning. The next morning by 8:30 am, they had located duplicate material. That afternoon it was fabricated, and the next business day it was installed. And this was during the holidays!I will definitely use them again.

Zane Good at the Countertop Company gave us a proposal to replace our kitchen, dining, and laundry room countertops with quartz. It was supposed to take two weeks. So we ripped out our old counters andsink, had them measure, paid them nearly $4000, and the very next day he says it will take 3 months to get the material! Our kitchen is unusable! They have no idea when our kitchen will be able to be completed.Update: The countertops were installed in just over 4 weeks. The workmanship was outstanding. This takes the sting out of their failure to perform to the timeframe promised.

These guys really made our experience a great one. The ONLY company in SD that could give us a HUGE one piece slab in quartz. The price was even super competitive with other companies. We originally went through IKEA but they limit what they can do for you so we got our $ refunded. They dont allow certain sizes, edges, etc. So we called all around and these guys made the whole experience easy and painless. The installers did a GREAT job of making sure everything was even and looked good. They werent in a rush and were super cool. Very pleased with our experience with The Countertop Company!

Love the new kitchen Quartz countertops! Countertop Company did an awesome job starting with Jason helping us pick the right product and giving us an estimate. We were concerned that our Travertine back splash would need repair after demolition. The crew was so careful, not one tile was disturbed. They respected our property. Monica and Denise in front office kept us informed and helped us find a replacement sink at a great price. Rob took the lead on install and safely rerouted plumbing. He had a solution for every small issue encountered. We are so pleased and our kitchen looks like a new place!

The countertop company installed 2 countertops, bathroom and kitchen. They both look fantastic! Was initially concerned about the tight space it would take to get the kitchen slab in, but they were pros and got it in no problem. Very happy with the whole process and of course final results.

The Countertop Company fabricated and installed my quartz countertops in my kitchen after another contractor had fallen through. Jim and Monica were very accommodating to my schedule, as well as friendly and courteous to work with. Rob and his son completed the installation and did an amazing job- I couldnt have asked for better.After the counters were completed I noticed that my dishwasher was wobbly. Assuming it was an issue with counter installation I contacted Jim in sales to get the matter resolved. Although I discovered that the problem was due to another companys mistake, Rob came all the way to Downtown San Diego from Escondido to make the 5 minute fix. The issue was taken care of days after I called.I wish I could clone the employees at the Countertop Company for the rest of the house. I cant recommend them enough- thanks!!!

Awful. Came for a measurement. Counter was supposed to be INSTALLED within a week. Didnt even return my call. Then called Lowes, this company then called and said they wanted MORE money to install counters that were paid for a month ago. This is a 3rd rate operation - not even remotely close to representing a professionally run organization. Its a you-know-what show run by unorganized children.

Had a great experience with The Countertop Company from start to finish. We got a quartz countertop for a kitchen island I built. Great consultation and great at helping us choose a type of quartz.Installation was super fast and professional. There was a minor non-polished spot on one corner of the slab along the bull nose edge. They came back to fix it for free, and even fixed a scratch I had made accidentally when I dropped a drill onto the slab after the installation.

We recently had our older granite countertops replaced with quartzsite by the Countertop Company. We were very happy with the service from our initial sales visit to Jim in their showroom who helped us source the perfect colored slab, to fabrication where they worked with us on placing certain slabs in certain areas and burying a few stone imperfections in less obvious areas, to installation where the team was very professional and worked with us on the fly to make some slight modifications as I decided to quickly replace my stove top mid-install. Overall, I could not be happier with TCC and would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, fair priced countertop replacement company.

I learned about this company through Duracite, Inc. as I had a problem changing out the current kitchen faucet for a new one that would not fit t the current installation of the sink. Their representative, Randy Frazine, came to my home to assess the situation and told me that the easiest way to solve my problem was to simply take out the under mount sink and install with an over mount sink. He did not charge me for the service call but would certainly help if I called for assistance.He did not have to be this honest and charged us to have his company do this work.HIGH PRAISE for this company and would recommend to anyone.
