I am 70 years old and have just finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Flores and his Wonderfull staff. They have been very punctual and so warm in welcoming me at each appointment. I had a couple of hiccups along the way (one lost bottom, and one break in my Invisalign.) They were able to replace them with a smile and were always so kind and gracious. I can definitely recommend them. And, want to let people know that you are never too old to get a beautiful smile. Thank you Dr. Flores and staff!

I had a great experience!!! I had a terrible underbite and was in dire need of braces. For years I struggled to chew my food and experienced jaw pain. Dr. Flores and his team took me through the process for two years! I had previously visited other orthodontists who advised to just put braces on. When I went to Dr. Flores however, he explained that it was much more than just braces. He explained that I needed expanders, then braces, and later bands. I’m glad I confided in Dr. Flores and his team because years later, and I still love my smile! They have a very friendly team, and are very honest! I would 100% recommend this orthodontist.

Dr. Flores is a man of few words, but great results. He has taken care of both of my children and we are very happy. This is a small office that provides quality, no-nonsense, medical care. If you are hoping for busy waiting rooms with video games and group trips to fun locations, this isnt the place for you. But, if you want quality orthodontic care for your family, reasonable and consistent pricing plans, care plans that are followed through with, and a great staff - then I can highly recommend this office. Dr. Flores is the only orthodontist in this office, so you always know who is caring for your family. His primary assistant, Julie, is remarkable and always makes sure we are getting the care we need. If the above mentioned people are the brains and hands of the operation, then Ruby at the front desk is definetly the heart. She has always been easy and fun to work with and she has taken extremely good care of our family. I am very thankful for the quality of medical care we have experienced here.

Yayyy! Im finally happy with my smile. I began my orthodontic journey by shopping around and ultimately decided on this office. Im so glad I did! From the first consultation, to every office visit, and to the last consult where I was shown my before and after photos, they have always treated me with the utmost professionalism. Dr Flores and his team addressed all of my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure they could do everything to provide the best experience to me as possible. I opted for the clear bracket braces because as an adult with braces I didnt want it to be too obvious that I was wearing braces. There were some people that didnt even realize I had braces on. I highly recommend the clear brackets because invisilign (I dont think) could have accomplished what is possible with regular braces. Of course a wire popped out here and there but when that happened they were able to get me in right away to make sure I was all put back together again. A really cool part about the process was that when I was done they celebrated with me and even gave me a post-braces goody bag. Theyre so sweet and obviously care about their clients!! At first I was living in Fallbrook and going to that location but since they have two locations, when I moved further south I was able finish my treatment at their Escondido location. It was very convenient. Overall such a great and life changing experience! If youre wondering where to go... go here !! They will absolutely take care of you every step of the way.
