I’ve been waiting for the employee to return to work and it’s been over 20 minutes. I’m trying to pick up my cake. Not sure how this is a thing? It looks like 4:00 crossed out to 4:10?

Great service and selection of ice cream! Everytime we come here the staff runs the shop magnificently! We ordered a custom made cake and one of the staff members called me to make sure there wasnt an error with one of the spelling. Great customer service 👍🏾! Always tasty ice cream. And be sure to visit on the 31st of the month to take part of their special deals.

One the worst place only one employee working there came to get a breeze tea and there were out of tea what a shame made me wait and came with nothing on my hands disappointing

First of all they messed up our order, and after waiting in line for another 10mins, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience they were rude. The service was extremely slow.

Came in 5 minutes before closing, they told me they had already started closing. Wasted my time and gas to drive over. What’s the point of operating hours again?

I come weekly with grandaughter and the staff is friendly and patient with kids.

Its Baskin-Robbins Ice Cream... Its the absolute best in everything they serve. You can ask for any better.

When ever i seem to go in, theirs always two young females who politely greet us in. As suspected sometimes they are on their phones but as soon as we walk in they attract attention to us and help us out immediately with such kindness. The young girls are always the same couple, as i am assuming you only have few employees? I came in on the 31st of October and they were having a line out the door yet only two young girls. Hire more people!! Besides that your employees are all so kind, sweet and helpful and fast. Good training on the Few you do have!

Had a long line when we came. Only 1 server but she was killing it. She stayed patient and was friendly with everyone even with 11 people in line. Kudos to her on showing professionalism and exceptional service

Terrible service! Cashier was rude and had an attitude. Store hours online said open until 10pm. At 9:25 they gave us a 5min warning that they were closing the lobby (we werent aware that hours were not updated online). Right after we were told that they were closing the lobby someone from the back yelled I just want to get out of here on time. I understand that they wanted to go home but no need to be rude.

The flavor of the month is Love Potion #31 and its fabulously delicious! White chocolate ice cream, with a raspberry swirl and heart-shaped chocolates filled with raspberry yumminess💗💗💗

Isabelle I believe her name was!! GREAT customer service. I just left the restaurant as we speak and my family and I are very impressed. Long line obviously due to the weather and people wanting ice cream so it was a bit of a wait but Isabelle kept her cool and greeted us with such pleasure. She was fast but was totally sweet and really cares about her customers. She was the big one in charge I’m assuming because she helped her coworker with some things and I’d say she’s a wonderful worker!! Keep it up Baskin Robbins!! My family will always be coming back here

Love to sample the flavor of the month. Today I couldnt decided so I got a kids double scoop; its the same amount of Icebreaker as a regular single but I got to flavors! Yummy.

Always a friendly greeting when I come in. Fast, efficient service. I probably dont have ti say the ice cream is great! I usually stick with a scoop in a cup, but there are so many delicious options now!

I loved the chocolate peanut butter shake, however the prices haven risen so high that I wouldnt recommend you bring kids here for a treat. Its to expensive. Go to the grocery store buy your ice cream and milk and blend it yourself.

Time travel back to your childhood with the tastes you associate with the special visits to Baskin-Robbins. Than helps kids in your life now, set this store into their memories when theyre older. Pass the best memories onto another generation. AND do it weekly.

I come to this store for 10 Years for a 5 scoop sundae and then one of the workers said I couldnt get it that she needs to ask the manager for permission to give me the ice cream, I was explaining on how I want it and was going to pay it, like I always do and they made me wait for almost 30 minutes and they meet up my order and I need to go back again.
