Amazing quality or food and customer service here! I always love going to different In N Outs, but this one is definitely a top 5 favorite. The employees are extremely helpful, they move the lines at the drive thru fast, its always clean inside the restaurant, and the food is top notch! So yummy 😋. I introduced my boyfriend to this establishment and hes definitely impressed by it. Will definitely return here whenever possible. Would highly recommend, 10/10!

Let’s wait in line for 30 minutes for a hamburger that’s not done correctly… fun. For starters why have someone standing in the outrageous drive thru line to take your order that can’t process it? Then in addition to that you order one thing, literally and they can’t even check it before they give it to you? You guys need an app that does something. In & Out tastes great when done right, and served quickly is even better.

Great food for us, and of course love that the baby gets his pup patties they offer.. so nobody is left out

Great service every time. Always have my orders correct. Super friendly. And although the drive through is always long (what do you expect with 5 star food and service) it moves quick. Always a pleasure coming here.

The best fast food so far. Food always is warm and tasty. I tried animal style fries for the very first time and they were what I expected.

There is no place anywhere, that makes a more iconic burger meal that is craved by as many people as the one and only Double Double from In-N-Out. Fresh everything just makes for a better taste. Youre watching them cut the fries. Youre watching them fry the burgers. None of it is touching a microwave, unless of course you get into the Animal Style. The shakes are great. The food is delicious every time. Its no wonder it is a California tradition.

This is a food joint that never disappoints. The price is right and their burgers great wherever I travel in the country.

I love coming to in-n-out and the wait is always worth it. The food is always fresh and I’ve never had any complaints; but today an employee by the name of Marbin was taking our order outside and she gave us horrible customer service. Employee was not friendly or welcoming. If she doesn’t have a way with people maybe she shouldn’t be working face to face with the customers.

This location has some fast kids working here. Ive never had a mistake with my order, and for how long the lines are it moves. Everyone knows in&out is number one. No joint comes close.. for quality, and prices.... find one.

Never had any issues with this location. If you go during peak hours you already know the drive through line is long un less your not from California. They process the orders quickly. Food is 💣, as always

Its been a long time since I have had a in and out Burger ...Since the pandemic started back in 2020 of February I had not ate at in and out. Seriously it has been to long and I couldnt hold it any longer. Im glad I stopped by tonight and enjoyed a 3x3 animal Burger style with extra onions with a side of animal style fries delicious....cant forget the pink lemonade drink...

This In-N-Out Burger location is always on point. Drive thru lines move pretty fast and our orders are always accurate. One of the best food options when driving north as this location is right off the freeway.

There is a reason the line at the drive thru is 25 cars deep. Because this place is AWESOME! Even with the line, it moves so quickly because the team running the show is well paid and motivated. What a great company! All other fast food chains need to pay attention. Your model is trash and IN&OUT proves it.

In & Out was open late and located right off the 15 in Escondido.Across from the Comfort lnn where I stayed.The two together made for a rest stop that was needed after a road trip.In & Out burgers were the cheapest in price and very good.The strawberry shake topped it off.

I came to the drive through one afternoon on the same day that my young son took every card out of my wallet. I placed our order and realized when it was time to pay that he was playing with my wallet and I had no way of paying for the food. The manager, I think his name was Jordan was awesome and let us get our food after waiting as he realized it was an honest mistake. It wasn’t a freebie in which they make you feel bad about your mistake, but just some understanding and a helping hand. You don’t find that often, but I guess that is the kind of customer service that sets in n out above other restaurants. Will always appreciate the help and the kindness displayed here.

The fries were limp pieces of cardboard with WAY too much salt. The milkshake was a watery smoothie at best and my burger was cold and soggy.

Drive Thru line was extremely long. People cutting in at the intersection. Extremely dangerous crossing for all parties involved. Food is good but not worth dying or in accident for.

Half Full cup of ice and lemonade...The corner of burger bread was black... The taste of burger is okay... I go to National City In n out all the times. And they do a great job all the time. This in n out is not even comparable with the National city one...

Saw my order returned by another customer. They called my number and I went to the counter and asked if they were serving me the same order that hed returned. Cashier answered yes, it was just a mistake. Expressed that Id prefer a new burger and fries.Sat for another half hour without any service before going back to the counter and bringing my receipt to another staffer who ensured I received it in the next 5 minutes or so. Not the sort of service Ive come to expect from them. Performative cleanliness seems to be the order of the day at this location.

Bread was bland. Had animal style. Very messy. Fries were ok. Friendly but bread was bad.

The hype is real. Love love LOVE this place. 4X4 animal style with grilled onions, fry lite (get the extra spread packets and a side of grilled onions and make your own animal fry), a side of grilled onions and a few packages of spread. I would be the local spokesman for them if they would have me. This place is the true original with the most simplistic but hands down best menu anywhere.

Love In N Out always, but this location is not in well marked area. It is behind other buildings in a cul-de-sac. They need additional signs showing the drive through lane. The food was terrific as usual.

Delicious! Best burger ever. I’ve been told that I HAVE to try 5 Guys, What-a-Burger, etc. I try them and always go back to In-n-Out. The flavor is unparalleled and the service is great! They put the customer first and always have great manners. And to top it off, it costs much less!!

Stellar service. The fries are so unique. Not too oily, you can tell they’re real potatoes. Hot and fast.

Delicious as usual! I love the lettuce wrap and we sat outside on the patio with our dog. We celebrated her birthday and she got 2 patties!

Tried In-N-Out for the first time when we were visiting. It was pretty solid! Definitely wasn’t my favorite burger, but I really loved how fresh all the ingredients tasted. I wasn’t a fan of the French fries. I think they’re fried in sunflower oil? Either way, they tasted pretty bland and the crisp factor was underwhelming. 10/10 on the service aspect. We went super late (11pmish?) and it was insanely packed but they kept the orders flowing smoothly with a smile on their face. Might need someone to go wipe some tables when it’s that busy if you can spare it, though. Most of them were pretty dirty.

Cant go wrong with a double double animal style with chopped chili peppers in it. Also gotta get that animal style fries with the fires cooked well done. Dont forget the extra spread.

Always a good experience. If you didnt know this is one of the spots you have to go to when visiting California. even though it is a chain restaurant they have a unique burger that everyone tends to fall in love with. The menu is simple and to the point. Burgers, fries, drinks and and milkshakes.

Line is long every hour of the day but the double double sandwiches made animal is great. The fries taste terrible.

Whenever our family has cravings for a good burger one of our go to places. I usually order the #2 but my husband and my kids usually always order from their 15 item secret menu from animal size burger or fries, 4x4 to Neapolitan shakes you need to try them all. Theres always a long long especially during lunch and dinner time but its worth the wait since everything on their menu is fresh.

Love in n out in general.. it was my 1st time at this location. When thru the drive thru, ate in the car cause it was bz.. They skimped on the fries and asked for well done fries n they werent 😭😭😭only reason y m giving them a low grade
