As someone who recently inherited quite a lot of money from a distant uncle, I thought Id treat myself to some nice clothing. Having grown up poor, I never had nice things before and designer sunglasses seemed like a great place to start. Carrie was incredibly helpful in helping me pick a pair that Im so, so happy with. Honestly, Ill probably come back and buy several more because my experience was was so good!

I have never been a sun glass wearing person. Today, that changed.I was assisted by the manager ( I think) she took her time to look at my face shape then pulled glasses fir me try on. She never rushed me. As we narrowed down the style, the came the color of the lens- I could not have it too dark. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable and so helpful. My husband bought me two pairs!Thank you for the fantastic customer service!

I moved about a year ago and returned to the San Diego area for vacation, and it was cool to see that Sunglass Hut was still there through the pandemic. The customer service was friendly, helpful, and they told me about the promotions that were available. So I bought two pairs!

Worst store in San Diego. Used glasses just for 30 mins and it was so tight and uncomfortable. Went to store to exchange it, they cleaned and said it has scratches and not exchanging. I have to wait for manager for an hour.

Great Service and selection.

Visited the Sunglass Hut next to California Pizza Kitchen in North County Fair mall to buy a new set of sunglasses after a visit with my opthamologist. Brice was a great help, very knowledgeable, genuine and provided ample patience. I went later in the day and found myself overwhelmed with options. Brice was able to break down the selection from memory and give unique perspective. Moreover, despite it being around closing, he continously made comments to make us feel welcome and never rushed. Great experience.

My wife and I purchased our sunglasses here last year, she ended up having an issue within the first few months and exchanged hers without hassle. I now have an issue with mine but apparently there are 2 locations in this mall and the original store did not have the transaction information but Levi was able to track down some information in their system (after looking through last years exchange receipts that they keep boxed up.) He is now in the process of contacting the other store and told me to come in and he will take care of it. In this day and age of on-line purchases and people demanding instant gratification, it is people like Levi that make shopping a pleasure. He went above and beyond, great customer service. Thank you.

Big shout out to the store Manager Michael. He went above and beyond the other day for me with my sunglasses. I bought my Ray-Bans almost 2 years ago and the metal fastener on one of my arms came out and the grooves that held it in place were gone. I came into the store and asked Michael if he could locate a copy of my receipt so I could deal with Ray-Ban direct and see what they could do. He listened and tried to look me up but could not locate my purchase. Then he said Ill tell you what, if I have another pair, Ill give them to you and just send these back damaged. I was not expecting that at all.......what a way to keep a customer. Needless to say I will be back and I have recommended them to at least 10 people so far. Great Experience. Thank you.
