I decided to stop by nutrition zone for the first time today and I can say Im very glad I did. I found Scott very informative and helpful. He was straight forward on what he thought would work for me and didnt try to sell me things I didnt need. I have shopped at gnc before but it doesnt compare to this. Was very satisfied with my customer service.

Poor customer service! Called to ask if they carried a supplement and the employee completely failed at implementing interpersonal skills. He did know what I was talking about and instead of politely explaining they do not have what I was asking for he waited for my explanation and then hung up!

Ive had nothing but great experiences since I started buying supplements here. Scott has always been attentive and straightforward whenever I had questions or asked for suggestions based on my goals. Some people dont know how to handle those with a blunt personality, so they misconstrue it as rude when hes just being 100% real.

Customer service could be a lot better, it used to be when Rob ran the place. The guy behind the counter now always has attitude and makes me not want to buy there. Ive shopped there for years before, not any more, theres plenty of places to buy sups

I received the very best costomer service in the world at this store!!!!! The gentleman who assist me was Scott and he was very informative and knowledgeable i was so happy he was there to help me!!! I am always shopping at this store because of his great attitude in helping me help myself! Thank you!!!!

The guy was not helpful at all! Every time I asked a question his only response was “idk man everybody is different” and said it with an attitude. No greeting when I walked in either, after looking at all the other recent reviews I’m surprised they’re still in business.Wish I could give zero stars
