So this is my first hot tub I have ever purchased. I remember seeing these at fairs and stuff and just walked past em. My wife bugged me 1 day to go look at spas. We ended up here and Hector Murillo was the guy we started talking to. This man knows his stuff let me tell ya. Not only does he have a great attitude but he is just a nice guy. We cant say enough about how much we love our Hot Spring Spa. We did some research on the various spa company options and we are so happy we chose Hot Springs. First, the spa is outstanding. I have two athletic boys who use the spa every day to soak at the end of training. The water is clean and always ready for use and it requires very little maintenance. Any time I have had any questions or issues, the customer service at Hot Springs is quick to respond. My only regret is that we didnt purchase one of these years ago!

We bought our spa new is 2015 from Hot Spring Spas. This is our third spa and by far the best quality. We recently needed routine service. They did an excellent job. Highly recommend the product and the service.

The long wait for delivery was well worth it. The San Diego Hot Springs staff was very helpful to correct my problem with water chemistry due using well water. They help me diagnose and due to my error in thinking I was using municipal water the hardness was effected with well water. The staff help me to correct and always kept my spa in usable condition while correcting the chemistry. They are number one service to match the number one spa!

Had a great experience with Hot Spring Spa service professionals this past week.Service Manager Paul was great to work with scheduling the techs arrival times. Paul took the time to thoroughly understand the problem I was having and dispatched a tech to come out and fix my issue.Service Technician Justin was on time, polite and friendly, and allowed me to watch over his shoulder as he addressed my issues (I always try and learn what the issue and solution are). Justin was able to resolve my Spa issues and left my Spa in better condition than he found it (fixed!).This is my second Hot Spring spa, and the professionalism and pride shown by this team reenforce my decision to stay with Hot Spring Spas and their team.I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a quality well supported Spa.Keep up the quality work Hot Spring Spas, nicely done.

I love San Diego Hot Springs. I have an older hot tub that sometimes gives me problems. They always manage to fix it. They are honest because I know so little they could easily oversell me, but they are great! Highly recommend.

I called with a spa emergency and Paul sent a service technician out the same day.The tech ( forgot his name ) was very professional.He opened up the side and took a few readings and said, your ozone pump is dead.He had one is is car, installed it and it was ready to go.Before he left he washed the filters and checked to make sure I had everything set up properly.Very happy to have my spa happy again.

We bought a Spa from San Diego Hotsprings Spa in Escondido. They were good to deal with over the phone. We are pretty remote and their service technician Robert has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful over the phone with us as well. Thank you Robert!

Very friendly and helpful. Jason, the owner. at the Escondido location was super. Spent time walking me through how the various chemicals work, when and how to put them in my tub, and then gave me free of charge several different items used to keep the water clean.

Great follow up attention. My 5 year old spa needed some normal attention for a spa used as much as if has. San Diego Hot Springs was quick to address the issue with no hesitation. And best of all, no charge! Awsome!!!

I have purchased two Hot Springs Spas since 2000 and again in 2017I purchased the Envoy NXT Salt Water Spa. Wow this is the cadillac of all Spas. The salt water experience is unbelievable.
