Great service at a reasonable price. On time, dependable, good people all around

Terrible service. Been waiting for a call back and no one has followed up. Have called numerous times and been placed on hold for over an hour. If you can find a better vendor with great service do it. If you run low dont expect these guys to be available to answer or help.

I called ahead to see what to do with expired tanks. They said no problem, bring them into this location for recertification. I load 3 tanks and go there. 1 worker walking out of the building goes right passed me. I said hello, he said hello and kept walking.I go to the door and theres a sign saying they dont talk walk ins. Terrible service since they said to come in then no one there to ask what i needed and provide customer support.

One of the worst employers i have ever worked for! no manager experience at all! The routing manager hasn’t driven a truck in her life but shes in charge of running your day. Please please take your hard work somewhere else you are just ANOTHER NUMBER HERE find out for yourself. MICROMANAGED, HIGH STRESS, NO FAMILY TIME. They pay you little for such a dangerous job.

Terrible service, been without gas for 3 days and now I am told I have to wait 4 more days. Been calling for 2 weeks, waited on the line until I gave up and signed up for the dont loose your spot on line and we will call you back., well nobody called back. yesterday again waited online 30+ min until I got someone to answer, they where going to call back, nothing, finally this morning after a banter got a call back, maybe tomorrow??????cmon !!!!

I feel that Ferrellgas is really upping their game. They make is easy with auto refills, and auto monthly billing. Their drivers are courteous and everyone I have dealt with at the company has been very present and it feels like they honestly care. With so many companies I deal with it feels like they are saying all the right things but their heart isnt in it. Thats not the case with Ferrellgas. They are great to work with and when I signed up, their prices were lower than the others that service our area.

It took 3 calls, each one with long hold times (more than 20 minutes), but we finally got the delivery issue resolved.

These guys do it right. Super easy to order over the phone or through their slick web interface. Also have the option of top-off monthly service which is pretty cool. Service has been amazing at every touch point Ive had with them.

We live in Ramona and have at least 3 choices for Propane companies. ProFlame was really bad so we switched to Ferrell Gas. They have wonderful customer service, great drivers and are really on the spot with service. Sometimes even same day. These guys are GREAT!!! They are also the least expensive in the Estates.

I have been a happy customer for over 15 years and have never had an issue. Great service.
