I usually do not post reviews about businesses but I feel this review is especially warranted. I called Moto Forzas parts department for a price on a set of tires for my husbands 959 Corse and Miles quoted me a very good price compared to the other quotes I had received so I asked him if I could come in the next day to have them installed. He said no problem and looked forward to it. Fast forward to the next day, and when my husband showed up, Miles claimed to not know anything of what we talked about the day before. He tried made my husband look like a liar to the service department by straight out lying and denying ever quoting me. Furthermore, the female associate he works with tried to intimidate my husband by walking past him and shaking her head and giving him a scowling look. They were both cold and unkind to him and if it wasnt for the service manager, we would never go back to this place. Immaturity ruled the day for the parts department that day. Hopefully they have cleaned up their act.

Took my bike in for repair. I got an appointment about 10 days out, no problem getting in. Check in was smooth and quick. Service was completed same day for less than I expected. Service was friendly and efficient, they even took a rag to it and cleaned it up a bit before I left. Will definitely go back when I need service again.

My first experience, was excellent, Tony is well informed about each bike I asked, and I asked a lot of questions before I decided on the PANIGALE V2…..Also picked my wife up a new helmet to go along with her new 2021 Supersport 950S…Thanks again so much for all your help and honesty…We’ll be back!

I bought my speed twin from here. Good experience. As a new rider they were very accommodating. I had warranty work done with less then 10 miles on the bike. They made the process very easy. Good service. You should make sure all is good when you take delivery. Couple things I should have checked, but as a newbie, I will learn for the next time. Minor issues with the bike that was resolved easily. I would go back for my next bike purchase.I hope to a have a lasting relationship with them with my bike.Thanks.

MotoForza is by far the best motorcycle shop Ive ever known, and I cant even imagine how a shop could be better. The friendly, prompt, and expert service is A+ and really sets them apart. Ive bought two bikes from them and would go nowhere else for my next ones. I recommend them to everyone. As an example, I wanted a 2019 model when they were scarce in 2020, and Tony said, No problem! and went above and beyond to track one down and even go pick it up from some distance away. Michelle makes the sales transactions easy, and the service department is equally awesome. I am extremely pleased at how responsive they are to sudden service needs and the expertise of their technicians. In another example, I wanted some fairly significant suspension and exhaust upgrades and everybody came through big time; from Myles making it super easy to find and order the right parts, to Kris and David taking the time to discuss options and answer my questions (and bending over backwards to fit in such a massive project), to master tech Ben expertly assembling the bike and setting the baseline suspension geometry so well that it worked right from the first laps… I am very, very pleased by it all. Again, the service is A+. Most recently, I had a minor sensor issue at the track on Sunday. I called on Tuesday, and David said, Can you bring it in today? Simply amazing and way, way above and beyond expectations. Thank you to the entire MotoForza team, and everyone else I didnt mention. Your business and team are truly exceptional and that is very rare in this world. Thank you!

Went there over the memorial day weekend shopping for a motorcycle. I went to all the dealerships in the area prior to entering this one, and will say it was by far the best experience I had. Everyone on the staff genuinely listen to what you are looking for, and are extremely knowledgeable in their craft. If you are looking for a no pressure environment, and to talk to to people with years, and years of riding experience both on the road, and on the track, I have yet to find a place better than this. I will be going back for return business in the future.

This place is incredible. The selection of bikes is vast, albeit Triumph and Ducati and Vespas too. Need gear, tires or parts in North County, go here. While theyre not a Kawasaki dealer they were still able to get the parts I needed to rebuild my old Ninja 250R carbs. Excellent customer service! Highest recommendation!

I just purchased a used 2018 Hypermotard. I wanted to have an intake and exhaust installed along with a couple of other upgrades. Miles in parts was very helpful. He has a very good attitude and made me feel like family. He provided me with several different options and guided me into making a decision that was right for me. He was very fair on pricing and I never felt like I was being price gouged. He made the parts order a very easy process. The parts arrived on time and David in service made sure that the job was completed to my satisfaction in a timely manner. They were very careful with my Ducati. When they returned it to me there were not signs of scratches or greasy finger prints. I am very happy with how my motorcycle runs since the upgrades!! I will not hesitate to use Moto Forza in the future. These guys are very professional. They even have events with celebrities just a courtesy for guests. One day when I was there they had the legend David Moss on site tuning up guests suspensions! I had mine done by him. Wow! What a difference. My bike has been transformed. Thank you Moto Forza!

(Speaking STRICTLY about the service shop & the parts department--i have NOT purchased a bike there, so i cannot speak to that experience.) Great shop. They do very THOROUGH work and are very fair & transparent with their pricing. They do NOT try to convince you to do something that is not necessary--they clearly spell out all of your options & give an honest recommendation as to what they would do if it was their own bike on the stand. They will be my primary service shop for the foreseeable future.

Located on a corner lot with a parking area of their own. This new to me Moto Forza location seems larger with a better layout than their former location. As compared to my local Showroom/Service shop, GP motorcycles, near downtown San Diego, its shownroom is smaller and does not display nearly as many motorcycles or accessories on the floor but it does have the advantage of a dedicated parking lot. I have yet to do business with Service or Parts here so I cannot evaluate their performance. My rating is based on a first visit and walkthrough of this dealership.

Kris made my whole experience great. Helped me build a bike I have wanted since I was a kid. I cannot recommend this shop more. Everyone who assisted in the process were exceptional. I look forward to years of continued business with these guys. 5 stars!

Chuck at the service department is incredibly friendly, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. This shop has a really welcoming, incredible showroom of bikes both inside and outside! Whether you’re looking at a Vespa, Triumph, Ducati or Husky this place has plenty of awesome bikes to swoon over.Staff are all pleasant and make the experience in sum a very positive one. Update from February, 2, 2021What a difference a year makes. I suppose its easy to be good when a customer strolls in with a fist full of cash, points to a bike and says, I want that one. My prior experiences were valid then but apparently, not so much anymore.I went in today to discuss buying a bike and upfront said I was a credit problem but wanted to see what was possible. The sales manager, Balz Rengglie, told me straight out that they could do nothing with low credit scores. I mentioned that I had seen that they were credit specialists, which is another reason I came back to MF and he told me, straight to my face, they dont say anything like that anywhere. This is where you see the picture Ive added to this review of the text from their sales listings.All in all, as positive as my other experience with MF have been, this one went in the other direction just as hard. A terrible experience with a condescending sales manager who only wants easy sales. So Im going to another dealer who actually will work with me. It makes me sad but thats life.***One other big change. COVID has happened and while I was there I met or saw three staffers (including the aforementioned sales manager) in a fairly small showroom none of whom was wearing a mask. I was. I have serious questions about the judgment of a business that, during a pandemic, remains open and ignores health guidelines. If you want your COVID direct, Im going to suggest that Moto Forza is a great source and it doesnt matter what your credit score is.Now Obsolete Original review...If you want to test the mettle of any motor vehicle dealer, just walk in and tell them youre not buying anything but want information. Moto Forza understands that customers are a long term investment. Theres another luxury bike dealership down the street that fails at this, every time. Moto Forza gets it. And its important because sometimes you do just need information. And not every visit ends in a sale but every visit can make or break a person being a customer.Ive been visiting the new location since it opened and it was not until two weeks I bought a bike from them.The bike I bought gives every appearance of being what it was represented to be. The negotiations were fair and reasonable and the transaction itself was quick and painless. I rode on my new (to me) bike.I have very much enjoyed all my experiences at Moto Forza and I think you will as well. I highly recommend them - No I dont. Not anymore.

This is a very atractive and big motorcycle store. I dont believe that the place was actually that big. Its huge with a lotta motorcycles and other things to purchase for them.

I just bought my first Ducati from Moto Forza they helped me out so much, made it super easy and I never felt pressured at all throughout the entire process. James and Michelle are super helpful. Took my Multistrada here for some minor service. Friendly customer service from everyone there, and they did a great job with the bike. Also, the fastest Ive ever been in and out from a shop. Ive been to every shop south of Newport, and this place was the best so far. Ill be going back here for my 15k service.

I was ready to buy my first motorcycle but the salesman wasnt helpful at all

Im extremely happy with the service I have gotten at Moto Forza. My first time in the store, literally every employee came up to me to see if I needed anything. Kris is a true enthusiast and really knows his business. The technicians are first-rate and discovered that the wrong chip was in my 916, located a replacement obsolete chip, installed it and tuned the bike. Ducati service isnt cheap but I am very happy with the value per dollar that I get from Moto Forza.

Balz and the team are always ready to talk bikes and biking. Whether you are looking for a new ride or that perfect accessory, they wont turn you in the wrong direction. Meanwhile Jason and the boys in the shop are always ready and willing to wrench on your ride, paying attention to the details and communicating any potential concerns.

Its like they dont want my business. Ive called three times this morning and was told someone was going to call me back. The last time I called they told me to hold and would see whats going on. I was unhold for about 2 minutes then transferred to somebodys voicemail. Despite my efforts I am unable to do business with this company. I have money and a need for their services. Im very frustrated I have to drive all the way to San Diego to get my triumph worked on.

Pricey, but High quality items.

Failed to follow up on an appx $400 parts order, missed some of the line items, shortening the order to the $300s, had to follow up 4 times to get prices, and then prices quoted were originally SRP.New prices were not competitive with competing dealers INCLUDING the other dealers had to ship the whole order, including a large fender!I dread calling for more parts again in the future.

After a horrid experience at another local Italian bike shop, I decided to give Moto Forza a shot when I was in the market for a new MV Agusta. I talked with James on the phone, very helpful salesman and that was not the end of it. I drove up and was running late. They stayed open late so that I could take the Brutale 800 for a test ride. They even recommended a good route that would put the bike through its paces, but also take me a considerable amount of time to get there and back(meaning that they would have to stay even later).When I decided on the bike to buy, there was no choice but to buy from Moto Forza! They had the bike set up and ready for delivery when I arrived to pick it up(running late again). Michelle had all of the paperwork ready and the purchase was as painless as it could be. Since I am getting ready to move cross country, she even found me an East Coast shop that would cover all of my needs after the move.I brought the bike back about 2 weeks later for its 600 mile breaking service. They noticed some pinhole blemishes(purely cosmetic) on the gas tank that I had not even noticed. They ordered me a new tank and installed it when it came in.I highly recommend Moto Forza to anyone looking to purchase an MV Agusta, Ducati or Husqvarna motorcycle. They also have a pretty good selection of used motorcycles and a very friendly and extremely knowledgeable service department.Thanks again James and the Moto Forza team for the amazing experience! :))

As a newbie to riding I decided to go with a Ducati Monster 696. After negotiating all the terms with my wife she wanted to find a place and talk to someone in person before allowing me to get one. Luckily, we found Moto Forza. After talking with all the personnel, mainly Kris at this time, at the dealership, who were extremely helpful, my wife felt extremely comfortable. I could not ask for a smoother process of obtaining my first motorcycle.I had to leave California for a little over a year. As soon as I got back I wanted to get my bike checked out. As I walked into Moto Forza the personnel remembered my name. The owner, Balz, even remembered who I was (which is awesome).Since then I traded in the Monster, and I am now a proud owner of a Streetfighter 848 from Moto Forza.From simple servicing on the motorcycle to ordering parts and getting them on I have never had an issue.Customer service, which is a huge factor for me, has always been superb. I have called multiple times asking questions about my bike and have always been met with respect and the question answered before the call ended.So, overall, this is a great place. Just know that they are a dealership and not a whole lot of places around work on Ducati, MV Agusta, etc… so if they are ever backed up it is only because they are doing a great job and doing it the right way. I trust them fully with my Stefania (name of my bike).

Avoid Milss in the parts department at all costs and his little hench-woman associate. Some very rude and condescending people right there. The service department is amazing on the other hand and they have some very enthusiastic and patient mechanics in there. But sadly, just being in the vicinity of the parts department when in the service department will keep me from coming back until there is a serious rectifying of the wrong Miles has committed.
