My son is living in Rosedale going to college nearby and his car was having issues starting. We had the car towed to All Phase and upon arrival of the car we had non stop updates and detailed communication. The fixed all the issues with the car and offered reasonable prices. I highly recommend this repair shop.

I have had three transactions with all phase, and I don’t believe that they are malicious or have any ill will towards their customers. I will say that if you’re looking for a vehicle to actually pass inspection I would look elsewhere. They use a rigid interpretation of the inspection book, against what common sense would dictate.Secondly, I dropped my truck off to them around 9:30am yesterday to have a front end alignment done. I made sure when I dropped it off that it would be done before the end of business and was told it would be done that afternoon. At 3:30 I got a call saying they weren’t going to be able to get to it. That is unacceptable and is bad business. I will not use all phase again.

Excellent, reliable, honest, quality service. You get what you pay for. Not the cheapest, but some of the best service. They perform quality work and sends pictures of defects regarding your vehicle. I have been going here about 2 or 3 years.

Just had my breaks done on my Nissan Pathfinder this June 2020. Excellent job done on my vehicle for a great price. I have had new breaks installed on my vehicles in the past, 5 vehicles in all. Never have I gotten such a perfect work done, until now. It was super excellent. For the first time in 15 years my Pathfinder breaks no longer vibrates when applied sharply. The mechanic also fixed some other extra stuff at my request without additional charge. Putting in extra time and effort to fix my vehicle.The office clerk/receptionist has excellent customer relations and is very patient, understanding and down to earth. This is a FIVE STAR Auto repair Shop. I have previously been to Carmax, Bob Bell Dundalk, Pep Boys Harford Rd, etc for car breaks at different times in the past. THIS IS DIFFERENT.

Great customer service, clean facility and reasonably priced. Used their services for a Maryland Inspection and needed some repairs. Work was completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Will definitely use their services again. Everyone we dealt with was so nice and helpful. Will have to thank my neighbor as he recommended them.

My car wouldnt start and I was able to bring it in for a same-day inspection (per the recommendation of a friend). Terri at the front desk was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the whole process. The prices were fair, and I felt no pressure to do unnecessary repairs/maintenance on my car. I really like the vehicle summary they provided after the visit - it will be good for my records and even includes photos. I would definitely recommend All Phase to anyone who needs a mechanic!

I needed work on my Dodge Dakota. The front wheel bearings were shot. They fixed it the same day. They explain everything that they are going to do. They also checked my truck over & gave me a complete report on the condition. They are very profession & do great work. I would not go anywhere else.

I had made a horrible mistake while changing my fluids out on a Saturday and put the wrong oil in my transmission, now I had just bought this truck so I didnt want to mess with it, I called all phase auto and even though it was a Saturday they had a tow truck to me in a couple of hours and said they would work on it first thing monday morning, sure enough it was done at 12 o clock and they had thoroughly checked the rest of the vehicle for any issues as well as provided pictures for proof, I had some issues that if they had not shown me I would be stranded on the side of the road soon enough! They helped me out greatly, located my problems and showed me. Honest and fair prices. Looked at other parts of the vehicle for free where other mechanics on the same street would charge at least $80 to look at. I will definitely be returning for any future repair!

I have terrible luck with cars which means Ive had to have my car worked on many times. Unfortunately, Ive never found a shop that I felt really good about...until now. From the very first phone call, Terry was incredibly helpful and made me feel 100% comfortable having my car towed there while I went to work even though I had never been there before. She called me at every step of the repairs to explain what they found, what their recommendations were, the cost and about how long it would take. When another unrelated issue was found during the road test, Terry called me again and explained all of it. In the end, the prices I was quoted over the phone were exactly correct and my car was done and ready for pickup exactly when I was told it would be. My car runs perfectly and feels amazing! All Phase Auto Repair will be my go to place for all of my car issues in the future! I truly cant say enough great things! Thank you All Phase!!

Honest, timely, and professional.They let me schedule a same-day appointment on the Friday of the Independence Day weekend, when all the other auto shops would not let me in until the Tuesday after the holiday. The staff was friendly and honest. The work on the vehicle was done right within the time frame they stated. They also walked me through the recommended services without pressuring me to buy anything.Make sure to join the rewards program! Theyll mail you coupons upon joining. They also give you points for completing surveys.

The service was great! They fit me in on a last minute unexpected repair that I needed on my car. They took me out to the shop and walked me through the recommendations. Explained everything in great detail and I did not feel rushed or pressured! If I could give more then five stars I would! They are a perfect 10!. I was looking for a mechanic to fix my wiring for a headlight on my car. I came across All Phase and I am so glad I did. Terri and the staff were so nice, my car was ready rather quickly and my inspection order was signed off on. Just moved to the Baltimore and needed to get my MD auto inspection. The folks at All Phase were helpful about what needed to happen to my car in order for the inspection requirements to be met.I especially appreciate that of the changes that needed to happen to my car, not all were described with the same level of urgency, so I can be aware of some fixes that will be needed in the near future, but pose little immediate threat to my car.

Thorough service. Not the cheapest in town but you get what you pay for. Its worth it to me to know that the work performed was executed well and that a comprehensive inspection has been performed.

I have been going to this auto place for several year before they relocated.The prices are not the best but is a trusted place, you basically get what you paid for, but they are honest thats what i like.never had any problems, I recommend this place to my family and friends .

Joke of a shop. Told me I needed $1400+ worth of repairs to pass Maryland State Inspection. Not only did the car pass PA state inspection 2 months prior, but was later taken to a real shop and passed MSI with only the need of a new serpentine belt. Another shop that will recommend a routine flush of all your fluids!

Like all the work they do. This is the only place I ever get my car serviced. Nice people to deal with very knowledgeable and good prices.

Very smooth experience. Took my truck there for a emission issue and had some other things done as well. Theyre not the cheapest place that I checked but they had the best customer service. $755 later and all was well until this morning. My check engine light came back on. I have a appointment to have them check out everything tomorrow. The outcome of this appointment will dictate if my rating goes back to 5 stars or if it heads in the other direction. Ill update this review at that time.

I have had the best experience at All Phase Auto Repair. It took an hr and a half for them to complete the md state inspection but literally felt like a half hr. Their customer service was outstanding and if u know me I am huge on my customer service and how you treat people. I had my son with me they even treated him amazing. I had a lot wrong with my vehicle it did not pass and the pricing was beyond legitimate and fairly priced especial with how much was wrong with my 19 yr old car. Terry explained to me everything that was wrong along with the pictures to prove the problems. While even waiting in the office area Terry held conversations with me bc ima big talker lol. Dale I believe is the one who inspected my car and he did and Amazing Job. And on top of all of that I will be sticking with them as my permanent personal mechanic. I had no way home. So I was going to take an Uber however no, one of the owers Jerry-he took me and my son home. If I could rate them higher than a five I would’ve 100/100. I definitely recommend this place. And this place will be my new mechanic to take my car for anywork ever needed on it. So annoyed how long it took my car to be inspected!!!! It took my car forever. I guess people work slow around there. I got my car fix quickly by Honda and what I needed it. And it disrespectful as well that the receptionist can’t even spell my name correctly.

A little on the pricey side, but you get what you paid for - my car needed a new muffler (for some reason mine got rusted and broke in half, brand new only 3 years old). AP was able to fix it that day as well as give me an itemized quote for other things that my car needs (think a repair shopping list). They were not pushy in getting them done, as some shops are. Also, they are willing to work with you on payments, which I love, since its hard to keep a savings anymore for any major repair or, heaven forbid, a personal medical issue. The icing on the cake, though, is the free courtesy inspection - this is a lifesaver since some shops charge an arm and a leg for these as well (which after cost for repairs, can get insane). Besides the great service and communication with AP, its nice to see an auto repair shop that is also up-to-date with their presence on the web (mobile app, Facebook, website, etc.). It means they are willing to invest in themselves, which means I also know they are willing to invest in their equipment and personnel - I wont have to worry that they are using cheap labor or used parts (unless I ask) or that they are working with old/broken equipment on my car. Lastly, the hand-written thank you notes are great - with how we all communicate today, taking the time to do something like that shows that the company is personal and geared to retaining customers and customer satisfaction.

If you ever need your car worked on this is the place to go....really good service...reasonable prices.....very friendly and helpful people....

TERRIBLE. had my car inspected here and everything was fine i had 2 things weong with the vehicle and they fixed it. Also the car had tints on it they had to remove for it to pass inspection. And wow did theat look terrible, there was stuff all over my windows it was ridiculous. A week later im driving and my car just completely dies on me. Turns out the part they put in was put in wrong and i had to pay for it to get fixed again at a whole new shop. They werent curtious about their mistake or how i had to pay more money to fix something i had already paid for a week prior. Never will I recommend this place.

Parts were marked the hell up and super-high performance parts were used unnecessarily and without consulting me first. Will not return.

I had a already gotten a state inspection and failed for tires only. I went and got 4 new tires, went back to this place for re inspection only because it was the only place with a open appointment. They failed me for cv boot that passed 3 days before and was and was not torn. The gave me a price of $1,300 to repair it there immediately. I would stay far away from this place especially for inspections. SCAM ARTIST!!!! What Toyota dealer sells a axle at a price that will equal up to $1300 with labor. All this for a barely noticeable torn cv boot that mysteriously appeared. Go into this place with your antennas up. You can go to their Facebook page where I posted a copy of the invoice under my review there.

Inflated the cost of labor as well as the parts needed to get my vehicle to pass inspection. Had to purchase the parts myself and took my truck somewhere else.
