Ronny and Skye were super helpful, prompt, courteous, and forgiving of my ‘attentiveness’ while they put a new set of tires on my classic early Bronco. Second time I’ve had them put tires on for me and both tones was very happy with the service, price, and results. Will definitely be back!

Ms. Denise and Tech Mr. Andy are some of the Best people in Baltimore County and couldnt have a better business in Maryland to take your vehicle for Inspection and if needed any repairs. Ive used their business for both. They are the ONLY shop I will take my vehicle too if needed repairs and if they are not able to make the repair themselves for whatever reason they are the only one I would listen too in using another shop/business to make the repairs. They are Honest people and have been in business as long as I lived in the area and this is the Model to run a business for Longevity and Success!

BAD PLACE, we took my girls van there to get it inspected, They quoted us $1786.00 minimum to pass inspection...So She told them we have to pick up the van and think about it, not 3 mins later they called her back and offered to do it all for $1400 if we pay cash, she still said no. so we picked up the van and took it to a national franchise repair facility where they inspected the van and half of the things jh said was wrong wasnt even bad....our total cost at another place was half of what they wanted !!

As always, J & H is great. Installed my tires, shared some minor issues that I needed to be aware of and didnt push to have them done there. Sent a great report via email with pictures so we know whats going on with our vehicle. Third visit in less than 2 months with different vehicles and will return again!

Everyone Ive talked to at J & H is very friendly and helpful. Their prices are great from what Ive experienced and their turnaround time was super fast. Having a great auto repair place just around the corner is an awesome convenience, and I will continue to use J & H as much as possible. Thanks!

Whats not to like? We have been customers for years. They have never failed us whether it be in honesty and fairness in price. They always meet the deadlines they set, and they do a professional job! The one thing I like is that they are in constant communication, so you are not left guessing when your car will be done. They have gone above and beyond what we have ever expected. We would never hesitate to recommend them!

Had my Polaris Slingshot MD State inspected here. After calling around to 57745 different places to try and get it inspected I finally found someone with enough courage to inspect it! Andy is fantastic and had me in and out very quickly! I will definitely recommend J and H to anyone that ask! Thanks guys and gals!

This is my second time taking a vehicle for a Maryland inspection at J & H tires. I trust the work they provide and their customer service is impeccable. Such friendly intelligent people. I would recommend this place to anyone !

Overpriced!! Tried to charge me to change a battery $500. In other places maximum 350$. They started everything without my consent and made me pay $135 to tell me it was the battery that I already knew. I felt like I was robbed, can’t trust them anymore.

I have taken two of my vehicles to J&H for Maryland inspection and repair work. Everyone in the shop is friendly/professional and they have always done great work. Ill definitely take my cars to them in the future!

I used to go to J & H for everything until I had to have my tire plugged from a roofing nail in my brand new Honda CRV. They banged my car door on the lift and when I approached the owner he denied it. The placement of the damage was nowhere that could have been caused from anything else. I will not recommend anyone to them. As a business owner if you can’t right your wrongs you don’t deserve business!

Excellent customer service!! I took 2 vehicles in to be inspected. One passed with flying colors; the other...crashed and burned. The mechanic, instead of just telling me what was wrong (because we all know that can sometimes be tricky - due to trust issues), actually showed me exactly everything that needed to be fixed. I was given an estimate rather quickly, and once my heart started beating again (Lol), I realized that it was definitely a fair price for the work that was being done. My car was repaired as quickly as possible, and as we speak, I am in the process of getting it registered. The staff is very friendly, courteous, and helpful as well. I literally just recommended J & H to the person on line in front of me, as she also needs to get an inspection done today.

I had some work done and I wasnt 100% happy. I am very pleased to say after speaking with the owner and son my issues are being resolved. I would give 10 stars for customer service. I had an initial hiccup with this shop but they resolved it so quickly and generally want to provide great service. This is why I love small businesses they still have pride in their work. Thank you so much I truly appreciate everything.

Great place. Great communication. The pricing is fair for good honest work. It is a good local family place that we have come to trust. I had my daughters 2005 Acura TSX in there for a speed sensor repair. They did a full work up on the car and I felt like they treated it as if I was a family member telling me the things that I should take care of. I highly recommend them.

I took my truck in to have my brakes done. When I got it back, there were a bunch of things wrong and it was shaking and making noises it shouldnt have and that it wasnt before I took it there. I took it back 4 more times and they admitted that what the put in was wrong. They charged me for the correct part, again and when I got it back after that, there were more new issues. I took my truck to a reliable mechanic and he was able to diagnose multiple issues with their installation of the brake pads and pins. Never again will I go there

J & H Tires Exemplary Service!!! Ronnie Wasmer thoroughly inspected my son’s first vehicle as if it were his own; He did not overlook anything. In addition, his expert mechanics were able to repair all issues with quality parts. It was worth traveling 49 miles for the same excellent service that his father, Harold Wasmer, had provided for me 32 years ago with my first vehicle. It is reassuring to know there are still mechanics out there that you can trust. I would not go anywhere else and would highly recommend them.

Made my first visit here after I got a nail in my tire (as luck would have it) in my own driveway. They had me out in less than 30 minutes and, best of all, charged me only $20. They have my business from now on.

I just moved to MD so I had to get the vehicle inspected to get my tags. I took it here due to the proximity to my house. This is the most dishonest shop they told me I needed a alignment and 2 new tires that they would gladly do the work for $600+ I told them no thank you. I took it to 2 other places that told me my tires and alignment were just fine no work needed. Had to spend $300.00 to fix something that they said was wrong cause they wouldnt pass till I fixed it all. This company is a bunch of scam artists. They use the inspection station to force people to get unnecessary work done. So in summary dont use this company if you want a inspection done. The other people who left reviews have got to be connected to the company none of them are true in any fashion.
