I went in to upgrade my phone & was undecided between the Motorola & Samsung. Crystal, our sales person, was awesome! Not only was she very sweet & helpful, she definitely knew her stuff when it came to the different phone brands & their features. She really helped me make an informed decision based on what features I needed/ used without being pushy and without trying to persuade me to just get the more expensive phone which has happened to me before. She even took the time to help me set- up my new phone & gave me a good deal on a new case & screen protector. I love my new Motorola Power!! Thanks!

Well, I was greeted. That was all. I asked a question about the phones as I was looking at them the 2 ladys sitting behind the counter, couldnt be bothered to get up and help me. I WAS a customer with cricket for 4 years. Then as they chatted with each other, the 1 lady was cussing. Like my husband and I was not even there. She was dropping the F bomb. Now, we have all heard it. But, not in a business being used by an employee as they were complaining about someone . We left. We walked 2 doors down to metro. Needless to say, Im no longer a cricket customer.

This guy was fantastic l. at the Old Mill Store. he was so friendly outgoing cool and had the greatest sense of humor.you guys should Seriously have a clone of him and every store lol

Horrible customer service the Slim light skinned girl in there that wear the scarf on her head has a terrible attitude. I mean find another job like overnight in a warehouse where yon dont have to deal with customers.

Horrible customer service and the girl working the store was more then rude. Many other words come to mind to describe the girl with the hair scarf. I think its time for a new carrier.

Whoever finally answered the phone at the Middlesex store this morning, she does NOT want to be there. down in the mouth, hung up without a whatever, never mind have a nice day. sheesh. get a new job that doesnt involve the public.
