Gets you out very fast

My husband and I chose to use East Coast Bail Bonds to get our daughter out of jail.We paid on Friday 11/9 and we were promised that she would be released Monday morning without any problems. Pretty sad that the bondsman had NO IDEA THAT MONDAY WAS VETERANS DAY AND STATE AND FEDERAL OFFICES WERE CLOSED. WE CALLED TO VERIFY AND HE WAS STILL CLUELESS. HIS WEAK RESPONSE WAS THINGS HAPPEN, SHE WILL BE OUT FIRST THING Tuesday He assured us that he personally take care of the paperwork. It is now Wednesday at 1:13am., she still is incarcerated. Spent the whole day at the jail waiting for her release. Unbelievably, the bondsman called and stated that the paperwork got lost under a stack on another employees desk. This is absolutely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.I would NOT RECOMMEND USING EAST EAST COAST EVER. WE AND OUR DAUGHYER ARE SO DISTRAUGHT AND HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED THAT WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR THE SOLUTION AND RELEASE.

Thank you very much for helping out my brother with his bail and working out a great payment plan that no other bail company would do. Knock on wood if we do have to bail anyone out we will call East Coast, thanks again.
