I love Weis and I shop there every Friday. Lately the stock has been low but I do not believe this is the stores fault. I think lots of products are in high demand right now and it’s just hard to stock them. They’re flowers are absolutely gorgeous! My son loves the cupcake kits and also picks a flower or plant from outside about once a month. He also LOVES their sugar cookies. Everyone is always kind and helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the employees. I have to give a special shout out to Teresa though that works in the deli/seafood department. She makes a crab dip that both my mother and I think is one of the best we’ve ever had. She also works extremely hard. The added larger self check out lanes are great and make it easier and quicker than using the smaller ones when I have a full cart. I’m very happy to have such a great store so close to home!

Clean well lit store. Decent stock on shelves. Now carrying WAGU beef. 4 short self check out and 2 long with grocery belt self check out. About average to less than average pricing.

I used the new self checkout conveyor belts, weights were off so that was frustrating. The attendants were very helpful. Not all of my sale prices came up,she walked me to customer service to correct. She was very helpful. Overall good value with coupon and sale items. Only wish you could use coupons more than once a shopping trip.

Has what you need and then some, I do most of my shopping here. The manager needs to get on the staff especially in the evening they need to not complain and make comments about how everyone is driving them crazy. We are the ones bringing our money we don’t want to hear that. They also need a better work flow in opinion.

People are always friendly and the store is clean.

This has to be the nicest Weis Market we have ever been in. The store is super clean and well laid out. The aisles are big and well stocked. There is a wide variety of items and lots of hard to find items.All of the departments have fresh items. The produce is beautiful and very fresh. The store associates were all friendly, helpful and very hard working.

Pretty good store. All of the managers are very helpful and polite. The curb side service people and most of the cashiers would do well with being retrained to be more customer service friendly. Good choice of products. Meats are fairly good. Lunch meat counter people could be a lot more friendly and more attentive to what the customer needs. If these few things are fixed this would definitely be more like a shopping experience like shopping at publix. Publix employees know customer service you never go into a publix without seeing a smile on the employees faces and they are always ready and willing to help. So one on weis step up the game here and win one for the Weis team.

Excellent customers services in deli department and cashier

Went in to buy lunch meat yesterday evening. Told the lady who didnt want to be there. What I needed. She put gloves on and went to refrigerator came out touched 3 other things including a bucket of water I assumed was being used to wipe off things. She then began to slice. Never changed her gloves after touching everything. Well guess who walked away with no meat!! I did report her hopefully she will be retrained but personally that is just a common sense thing.

Clean and organized store but the lines were EXTREMELY long it took about 15 to 20 minutes to check out!

Went to pick a few things up. As I was in the self check out I heard the cashier who was overseeing the area openly mock another patron for her choice of attire. I guess Weis is going downhill. This type of behavior is what deteriorates communities. And the cashier was at the height of fashion in her red smock

Self check out girls very rude. Acting like dudes that were ready to fight. One said: what.,you talking to me. Just classless Girls is what they were.. 3of them just standing there like it was an outside state paving job. One working 5 watching. Pathetic

The store is always well stocked cashiers and staff are always friendly. I know we are in a pendemic so things are I small supply. That being said the carts werent being wiped down. There were no wipes paper towels or spray to do it myself either. Glad I brought my stuff from home. The gentleman that was bring the carts back for people to use didnt have a mask on. I will still shop here because its the closest store to me. I will just make sure I dont forget to bring sanitizing stuff myself.

Only good store open on Easter. Forget the rolls and ice cream. In and out no problems

Out of alot of things i needed. Which is very unusual.I did have an issue about a month ago where i purchased two garlic chicken pizzas. When i got home one had mold on it.Was able to exchange it but i know I work retail and if we have an issue we compensate the customer for the inconvenience.All and all a very clean store.

The pharmacy here is the best Ive been to! I just prefer weis... their layout makes sense to me and I dont have trouble finding anything (they put laminated cards at the end of the ilses to help find odds and ends).

Always have what I need and I never have to worry about long lines.

Today my aunt and I was greeted and thanked by the young lady at self checkout. Which usually isnt my experience unfortunately. At self checkout Im usually stared at as if Im under surveillance, other than by the store cameras, while other customers are greeted and helped. I forgot to ask her name, but It was a black young lady, with a tan color head wrap, around 10am. Thank you

Almost fell over a case of Deer Park water left in the middle of the aisle of water. The associate didnt ask if I was ok? Did I hurt myself, absolutely nothing. Glad I didnt really hurt myself badly or even slightly, considering the attention the sales associate gave the situation. Weve always found the items we need and Im especially glad that you carry my caffeine free diet cokes and they are always on sale. The store is clean and the employees are always helpful and friendly. Meats and vegetables are always fresh too.

Staff are really nice, but the store is always out of everything. Everytime I go there I can never get everything on my list and thats not including cleaning products which I dont expect them to have . Its just like regular food items.

Weis Market is clean & have a lot to choose from. Clerks are very nice and responsive and helpful.

I always shop at Weis mostly due to location, less than a quarter mile from my home. Quality is fair to good. Dont like the ground beef because it looks fake. Product availability isnt very reliable during different days of the week. One example of this is coke products 24 count case, cant get it now. $3.99 a 12 pack if you buy 3 cartons. Earlier this year a 24 count case of can coke was $6.99 & or cheaper. Cant get it now. Walmart has it for $7. 36 a case if theyre not out of it. What is a guy to do? Im flexible, so I dont complain much. I also wanted a small coffee grinder slash spice grinder, Mars had them for years. Not so with Weis Markets. I could go on but to no end. So I settle, thats what we do. Time to special order over the internet. Ill still shop at Weis.

I like wise very much and the experience was good.

Be careful of the over priced potentially dangerous meats. Disgusting meats swim in some kind of liquid,badly packaged and in many cases old. In store butchers need to learn about the dangers of unsanitary meat packing. And the health hazards of cross contamination. Also check expiration dates as many products are left unchecked for unsuspecting consumers to buy. And bring the small carts back. Not everyone can afford or have the need to fill the large carts. Mars was so much better.

I love it!! Im usually picky when it comes to grocery stores but this Weis is worth the trip!! It is very clean and organized.

I love the assortments of nuts and candy. Their bakery is awesome! And their sushi is absolutely perfect! Great deals and they also sell beautiful flowers.

Nice quiet early morning shopping. The cashier was the only employee to say Good morning and talk. Upon entering, employees walk around you, never to acknowledge customers in the building. Its an okay place.

They have a really good selection & variety of foods here,but they are extremely over priced. Would shop here more if they werent so expensive because I do like that they have such a large selection. I only shop here when they have a good sale going on. Sadly thats not too often.

Went in for quick visit to see what hot prepared food was available and there was little left. However, an intuitive employee approached me and knew I was looking for something. She explained the hours of the department and apologized for the few options because it had closed for the day. She then went on to explain their hours and willingness to assist in the future. Good customer service.

Its clean, always air conditioned. relatively fair prices. lines move thru at a quick pace. always parking not always close. Convenient location. My 2nd go to grocery store. Gerspecks in Hawthorne however, is best for meats and seafood prices, selection.

This store has changed so much, but they still seem to keep just about everything like the old Mars store had!! The employees are all very friendly and helpful too!! They seem to still have the best fruits and vegetables section!! This store is kept very clean and organized as well. Im impressed how Weis has handled this store and kept many items the same as Mars did!! Mars was my favorite grocery store, but Weis still makes this store feel like Mars which Im very grateful for!
