This place is the worst. The owner has absolutely no customer service skills. Also, he sold my son a vape that you can only get coils online. So 3 wks after buying the vape we couldnt find the coils, I had to buy him another tank. YOU KNEW IT WAS LIKE THAT WHEN YOU SOLD IT!

Couldnt figure out if something was wrong with my batteries or the mod itself... the woman there helped me narrow down the issue and helped me pick out a new mod to my liking, needs, and budget! They have also mixed a custom flavor for me in the past, which I really appreciated! They dont have many options for mainstream juice brands people look for, but make up for it with tons of options in their own custom house flavors. 👍🏻

Amazing staff, amazing juice and great prices. I love this place. We went in totally clueless and left with great setups on our way to being ex-smokers. They dont have much of a selection and the woman that was working there didnt have an answer for ANY of my simple questions. Ill never be going here again. I normally shop online anyway but I needed a juice and coils immediately (this was before I got my RTA) but she knew nothing about coils smh. Sorry guys but you need better employees.

This a new review as of 10/14/16! I still live it here. I went away for a while and came back and they never forgot me! Rob is a great person he is patient and loves what he does.I LOVE THESE GUYS! They helped me out when I was new and never disappoint. I just wish they had a payment plan on the vape machine (I dont know the technical term) because mine is old and I need one bad. I wont go anywhere else, EVER - because these dudes are the bomb dot com! Keep up the good work. havent been in there lately because my money is tight, but I will see you soon!

The flavors are good n they do everything in their power to make sure their customers are satisfied. THE best vape store you could go to. They have two convenient locations in white marsh and Essex and with convenient hours. Very friendly staff and management with excellent customer service skills. The absolute best flavors to pick from! And to top it all off they have an adorable friendly pitbull-one of the cutest dogs Ive ever met! His name is Blue :) I highly recommend this shop to anyone who currently vapes or is looking to get into it. Rob is super helpful and informative!!

I live in Catonsville and go out of my way to come here! This is the only place I know that will mix your flavors upon requests. I can get the exact flavors and nicotine level I want every time!Update - 5/11/18, My fiancee and I still go out of our way to come to this Vape store. We tried two vape store closer to our house and was not pleased with the service and products provided. I am a new mother of a 2 week old baby. On our first outing, my baby began crying hysterically from hunger. I quickly searched for s shady spot to park and feed her, and found the Vape Stores parking lot. I noticed signs that said for vape store customers, however only one of their many spots were taken, and I wasnt intending on staying long or getting out of the car, and figured that if the parking lot started to fill up I could pull out quickly. After I began breastfeeding my baby, someone from The Vape Shop came up to my window and brusquely told me these spots were for customers only. I told him Im sorry, I just needed a shady spot to feed my baby, thinking that he would then recant. Nope. He just glared and stormed away. Well, I certainly could have been a customer. I wont be now.

Hands down the best vape shop Ive ever been to. Excellent selection clean store friendly staff with lot of experience . This is the only vape store that I will purchase my juice from.

Been meaning to write a review for awhile. The guys in there are awesome and always helpful with great products.

Excellent service and a great selection of flavors. I only tried one, the bavarian cream at 18mg, and it is delicious. Theres a very clean, modern feel to the store. This is truly a vape store and not just a tobacco or head shop selling vape stuff. I wasnt aware there were even lanyards available until I saw them here. You can easily overspend but it will be money well spent.

It was a decent shop although the they did not have much of a selection on anything, prices were high for example they had a basic kanger tech battery which I own 9 of them bc I buy and resell normally anywhere else there $10 I was charged $17 also a 15ml bottle which normally cost $6 they sell for $9 and premium juices normally $13 they sell for $22 they had a nice selection but heigh prices and the lady behind the counter did not have and had no idea what she was doing or did not know how to assist me in and way. Also I tried over 20 drop top mouth peices and they did not have a single one to fit my basic starter kit kanger although the only positive I can say is I bought some red bull flavoring from them and is amazing my second favorite flavor
