The only reason I am giving them a one star is because they had a great receptionist. Now, as far as trusting them with my vehicle again…absolutely not. I have progressive insurance and got into a car accident. My back tire was dislocated and I had a small scratch above my tire. They tore my car apart. I came to look at it and there was rips and tears and scratches in places that weren’t there so when my Insurance auditor showed up they didn’t put much value to my car. Took my whole Bumper off and rip the parks where the inside of my door is. I don’t have time or patience to go after this shop so please….be cautious and take videos before going here or if you can get it fixed somewhere else, definitely do that. I had a great experience. I needed my driver side mirror fixed on my off day. Carstar provided professional a quick solution to my problem.

The customer service was great until i returned with a problem. The repairs was good. My issue is the fact that they charged my insurance company close to $4,000 for minor repairs on a rear corner panel. Then when i returned because the leather on my door panel was coming off and stuck to the glass. A employee came straight out with the print up and said what I expected him to say we didnt touch your door. But yall removed my lift gate for what?. Anyways yall made 4 thousand but couldnt glue the leather back to the panel....smh! (See pics)

This place is rude and unprofessional. They are terrible at communicating. Although, they were quick to rush us to come pick up our car and then we show up and the damage isn’t even completely fixed. They did nothing to resolve the issue and only cared about us paying them and leaving. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My sibling recently had an accident where the left of the bumper was damaged. This business told my sister they would look at her car after the holiday because they had so many cars to look at. Tore her entire car apart 3 days early and wouldnt explain the damages caused in the accident or why the entire car needed to be taken apart. So now they expect $8,000 from her insurance company.?? Scam black folks often?

The customer service from the girls in front was great . The repair tech mechanics in back, not sure cause Im a woman, but they thought I would just except anything. Took my car back 3times. And molding and door is still not right. So have to take somewhere else.

My car needed to be repainted due to vandalism and I used Carstar through my insurance. They were super professional, consistently called and/or texted to keep me updated on my car’s status. And the end results were amazing, my car looked as if it was fresh off the lot!! They even cleaned out the inside of it so that was a plus for me! Thanks Guys

Don’t go here and don’t be fooled by ratings. They will mess up your car and say they didn’t touch The spots that are messed up. You will go there for something small and then have something wrong somewhere else and they won’t admit to it or fix it.

Good experience with fast service and great results (door dings removed) My only concern is that the price quoted was not the final price, despite me asking to include any (hidden charges) with the quote. Other wise, everything went smoothly and I will return for future body work. Next time I will ask for a written estimate so I can see all charges upfront.

This place is horrible I got a door replaced on a audi and when I pick it back up the doors did not lock plus I had a headlight repair and they gave me mitch mack headlights plus as I drive you hear the locks unlocking and locking so sad 🤨🤨

Do not use!! Extremely unprofessional, rude, and don’t communicate at all. They didn’t even fully fix the damage to the car. Lorrie in the office is especially rude right off the bat and doesn’t care about the customer.

This has hands down been the best experience I’ve had getting work done on a vehicle. They were super clear with that was going on. Additionally they finished way ahead of time and for a lot less than they estimated. I’m not saying to go in there expecting it to be less than the estimate but it was part of my pleasant experience so I figured I write about it.My car is a 2019 and it looks better now than it did when I bought it from the dealership. If you’re considering this as a place to get your car worked on, Stop Considering. This is definitely the place you wanna go.

Great and effortless experience. Had some minor rear bumper damaged and dropped it off on Tuesday morning and got a call the very next day at noon my car was repaired. And what a pleasant surprise my entire interior was vacuumed and cleaned. What a bonus!

They do excellent work!

I took my truck here and got some damage repaired through my insurance company. They did a good job everything was timely no complaints. I asked them for another quote on a cracked lower front valance and some small scratches painted on the bumper. I was quoted almost $1200! The valance costs $360 so that means a small amount of paint and maybe 3 hours labor is over $800! Gougers! Don’t go here unless u have an insurance claim.

I did not get services done here, but I had a telephone interaction with this establishment, looking for another establishment within the same area and came to the wrong building. After explaining where I needed to go, I assume the owner said in a rude way get your car from off of my lot and drive further back. I get that may happen on a regular basis, however, I felt like it could have been conveyed in a better way.
