Needed last minute work done on my vehicle before leaving to Georgia (Spark plugs & coil replacement) Nick and Phil are awesome. They always make sure they find out EXACTLY what’s wrong and get the job done. THANK YOU GUYS ❤️ My 10-hour drive to GA was so smooth! 🙌🏾🙌🏾

I have used A Tech several times and thought I found a good reputable shop, I recommend family to take there car here to be repaired, that was last summer you heard me right! It is the following summer, there giving every excuse in the book from we lost techs to ordering broken parts and back to not having a second qualified mechanic, and basically cant pull Phil off other work to get the vehicle back to the customer.... Im pretty sure legal action is on the way, I just feel back for recommending this shop, I had to write this review because my credibility has been shot by this place...

They took a long time to repair the vehicle, which was an inconvenience but fine. What wasn’t okay is that they stole money from inside the car. They lost a customer forever.

Good place to to go VERY quiet n clean. Surroundings is also quiet and nice. Fast food next door if you get hungry. Id recommend this place above most places to stay in the Sandusky area. Very low prices too so its a great bargan and even a steal sometimes.

First time service was amazing last time kept the car for 5 days and still never fixed it and kept saying we need to order the part..or he had mechanics that were out sick.. then they said they would call to fit us in in 4 days and never did.. smh not good for professionalism.

My vehicle was vandalized all my speaker were stolen my vehicle run terribly the associate told me my vehicle would cost 489.00 all of a sudden the price went up to 589.00 after the vandalism then they tell me the work is free for the inconvenience but my vehicle run worse than it did before I took it to them this is the worst shop in Cleveland only second to their affiliate shop in East Cleveland Bob is a snake & a crook

The Lead Mechanic Nick Watt is friendly and quite knowledgeable. The service is always prompt and very reasonably priced.

Absolutely u professional. Nick kept stalling me about doing a job on my car. My car was left in the lot for so long that my Cadillac converter ended up being stolen. They eventually replaced the converter but the original job was never completed, but it was fixed up enough to get it up and running. This happened around last year. Earlier this year around June, I caught back up with him. He kept telling me he had to order the part and to call him at this time, call him at that time, come in this, that day etc. Every time I called or came in, it was the same thing, oh the part will be here tomorrow, come in tomorrow, call me at 1 etc. Eventually, I just stopped calling. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They obviously do not take customer service or service in general seriously.

First of all, I was asked to give a time when I could be at the shop. I called in the time and was told that would be good by Nick. Once I got there a mechanic said he could not help me because he did know I was coming and Nick has a arrangement with me. I let him know what time I told him I would be there and mechanic said when he starts helping other people who knows what time he will get back. I told mechanic I will go get something to eat and come back. I called Nick after I picked up a breakfast. When I got back to the shop Nick was not there.. I called Nick on a different line and he answered the call and he said I will be there in 20 min. Once he arrived to the shop he started working on my and t.I was not able to open my car door from the inside only and Nick fixed the door I thought. Before i left the shop my car would open and close from the inside and out. After arrived home the door did not open or close from the inside and outside for me. I called that same day and tried to make arrangements to come in get problem resolved The first out of Nicks mouth was Do you want your money back. I told hem I want you to fix the problem like any other mechanic would do. . But, instead of Nick never followed thru with future arrangements by not calling back or would say that he could not do the work until after that coming Saturday because he was pretty busy. He asked me to call him on Sunday because he had no other customers and would have time to work on the door after I get off from work on my break and call him before I come. When I called him no answer and no call back.
