These guys are great, quick in and out comma very honest, very reasonable. I am from out of town and they could have told me anything, but instead they were very honest about what was wrong with my vehicle. It is very rare in this day and age to find such an honest mechanic. I would definitely use this mechanic again if I am ever in the area.

Adam the Manager is fair and honest. I actually witnessed an incident where a young lady came in with a potentially significant problem. She was told by some other repair place that the part needed to be replaced.Adam had the technician to a thorough check, and actually told her honestly that the repair was not needed.Super lube also allows you to purchase your own parts - which they will install at a reasonable price.
I have been using this place for years. Adam is awesome and keeps positivity running through the shop. Ive never had a bad experience with them. They get me in when Im scheduled and they also help out when I have emergencies. Overall great experience. My mom loves their work as well.
I have had nothing but positive visits here. I am always treated with respect and given the time and attention I feel is necessary. Management wont hesitate to step in and get their hands dirty with the crew in order to meet customer expectations. My car died several times and after having my batter and alternator checked a few times I finally found this shop that diagnosed the problem and Adam was so nice to accommodate me as a walk-in. I needed my car back right away to go to work. I’ve found a new shop and recommending them to family & friends.
I brought in my 1986 Suburban and Adam Check confidently said “We can do your exhaust system.” Just as promised the job was quickly done and very reasonable in price. Adam and Jay (the technician that worked on my Chevy) were very good and explained the process and how research had to be done to match up the new components with the existing equipment. This kind of service made for such a pleasant experience. Adam made me feel like family even though we are not related. Euclid SuperLube is now my go to place for my vehicle servicing no matter if my rides are new or old in age. Thanks again.

They had my car for 2 days and didnt fix it because they told me it needed a part that I had just got somebody else to put on a week ago they didnt want to work on it because they was busy and I have a raggedy car but still in my Cox they kick me to the curb

Stopped in this week bc my check engine light was on and met the store mgr Adam Check. I needed my 12yo car to pass e-check so I could renew my expiring registration and ultimately sell it. We discussed some service options and I agreed to pay the posted price for diagnostics. Moments after starting the test drive, Adam called me over to my car - I thought he wanted me to ride along so I could point out sounds/issues (?). Instead, he pointed out that my check engine light was not on and insisted I take it to the closest e-check to see if it’d pass and it PASSED!!!The car gods were smiling upon me!? Adam could’ve charged for diagnostics and possibly hundreds more to “fix” my car, but he was honest and helpful instead. Far too many people carelessly take advantage of others these days - Adam’s honesty is the only reason I’m voluntarily posting this positive review! Integrity like this is almost nonexistent these days. I will be back when my vehicles need service and would absolutely recommend them to others - thanks again!!
The owner, Fred, is extremely rude. His customer service is terrible. When I waked in, he was on the phone but didn’t bother to say anything, like I will be right with you. I was there for an oil change but he told me my rear lights were out. I told him that I actually got them replaced the last time. He said something is wrong with your car. Then he looked in the computer and did not see when I purchased the bulb and couldnt find the transaction. He found something way back on another car. I told him I definitely got them replaced. When I showed him an $80 receipt, he said show me where it says bulb. I said It doesn’t but I know they were replaced. This man actually raised his voice. I told him I don’t want anything from him regarding the bulb. I just wanted to show him the receipt. I have used this place with three vehicles but I will never go back if they even give me a free oil change. Rude, rude, rude to a longtime customer.

The SuperLube in Euclid, Oh on Euclid Ave was above and beyond normal.I have a 24 year old vehicle and they still found a way to replace the complete exhaust system and new tires all around. The manager, Adam Check was the greatest. They even drove me home after I dropped the truck off for repairs and most notably, picked me up when the vehicle was done!! I would recommend this SuperLube to every one. They seem to be very knowledgeable about every aspect of your vehicle. I am so very pleased with the service I received here and will return if needed

I have gone to this shop a total of 4 times. I was very pleased with their service until my last visit on 1/3/15. I had them do a diagnostic check, because my engine light was on. They did the service, informed me of the issue and costs. I denied repairs at that time and left. While they checked my vehicle, unbeknownst to me, they removed my cabin filter and broke my signal light on the drivers side. I previously had my light zip tied (due to an accident) which was clearly broken. My signal light was hanging from my car later that night (after their business hours). I called once I realized everything and they of course denied everything! Those mechanics are careless!

I have been to this shop quite a few times and always receive mediocre service but its right up the street so what the heck right? the last time i went i got an oil change, new serpentine belt and a coolant flush for $225 which i thought was a little steep but i had to be at work in a few hours so i let them do it. i went and picked my car up at 4 oclock because i had to be to work by 5 and halfway there i noticed my car was overheating. i stopped and looked under the hood and the radiator was never filled up after they supposedly flushed it. when i called and spoke to Fred the owner who was there that day and explained to him that i had to finish my own coolant flush that i was overcharged for he told me all he would compensate me was the cost of the coolant! thanks but no thanks. if i was a little less mechanically inclined he would have been replacing my motor and getting me a rental car but wouldnt even refund my coolant flush(that wasnt done). from now on ill go to firestone where they dont hire drunks and drug addicts.
