Staff was cordial, they were able to take me as a walk in at opening. Had a paw print tattoo I wanted them to match. I think the shading is nice but it’s not as much detail as I had hoped for… It unfortunately doesn’t match the previous tattoo. I’ll have to have it touched up. There is a definite difference in quality. He did say he had another appointment so maybe He was in a rush to finish? Cost was $150(Bea) was the original tattoo. Second I was trying to match the first.

Got my septum re-pierced today by Sky and she did an amazing job. Shes very friendly and has great people skills. Shop was squeaky clean and the environment is super easy to relax in.They have music playing to help you feel at ease and you get waited on the second you enter the building. I was relieved to see a tattoo/piercing studio that has a majority Black staff and if I could, Id give an extra star just for that alone lol.
Tez, and Rez are great artists. Tez worked on me and I enjoyed that fact that he is friendly and made me feel at ease. Im not new to this, I have several tattoos but being comfortable with the artist thats drawing on you is important to me. Focused is my go to location for all my piercing and tattoo needs.
July 18th 2020 I went and got a tattoo and from the looks of my tattoo I had an artist that didn’t really know what he was doing to the point someone else had to step in to do my shading. The result of the inexperienced artist left my arm with scars on it, he overworked my skin. From the time I walked out the shop and got into my car it was so much ink in the wrap that the ink started to slide out the wrap.The next day my tattoo was so painful to the touch.couldn’t even really move my arm. The tattoo started peeling into a scab’s.I’m not happy at all I wish I never went to this place.this is something I have to live with for the rest of my life.a tattoo is supposed to to be a body of art that your proud of and I’m most definitely embarrassed about this tattoo.when I called a lady answered and was giving me attitude for no reason. All I can say is don’t waste your time or money here.

Place was clean. The work cool, definitely over charged. Not worth what I paid. The artist I had kept getting up, moving around & on his phone in the middle of coloring in a Tattoo I had already. Will not go back, money will be well spent somewhere else.
I just was there to get a new tat. Ant was absolutely wonderful and I could not have asked for a better experience! Although my tat was simple, didn’t wait long, didn’t take long and he was so pleasant and personable. Thank you Ant!!!

First I want to write that I do not post, but I had to per the service and product I received. The establishment was very clean and neat. The secretary made sure I had all documents completed before tattoo which was great. My Tattoo artist was Jon. He provided a very cool vibe and a very intelligent conversation while tattooing me. The color and the shade was perfect. Best tattoo artist in town.Hands down. Thanks again will be coming back.
I went to get my ears pierced 2 weeks ago and they put a tongue ring in my ears and now they look swollen and Infected... I will never go back here ever again
I went for a nose piercing, after the piercing I noticed that the ring was a bit too small and will Eventually sink through my nose. So I ask the lady to replace the small ring with a bigger ring and she said no because she’ll have to re-pierce my nose. The very next day the ring sunk into my nose and was STUCK!! And of course, it would be a Sunday and the shop in close. So I had to sit and wait a whole day with a ring stunk in my damn nose!! Not happy at all!!!
Jonny is a rare beautiful spirit on top of being professional and that is very important to me as a woman.. Not to mention the shop itself is soooo clean & smells so good, his work is amazing...I will be back to the king of Cleveland tattoos

I went to Bill, and he’s not only a very talented artist, but was very knowledgeable and informative of the proper care needed for the tattoo to look its best and heal quickest. Bill was very flexible with ideas and knows that in the end, this is your tattoo and he’s going to do his best to give you what you want. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a tattoo.
I went to Focused Tattoo and made an appointment with Dino for a lion which is going to be my center piece for a half sleeve. This was my fourth tattoo and the only thing that I regret is that I didn’t go to him for my first 3. Dino’s work is amazing. He pays attention to details, sits down and discusses everything that you want and works with your vision. I am more than impressed with his work and professionalism and will refer him anyone who is interested in getting a tattoo. In addition the team that works at Focused are extremely cool and you feel like you are hanging out with friends when you are in the chair for a few hours. Easily the best one of the best artist in Cleveland!
I give Focus 5 stars! I’ve followed them to their many locations. I’ve gotten my belly button done twice which was always fabulously done! All of the artist at the Superior location are super friendly and very talented!!!! Within the last 2 years I’ve gotten 6 tattoos done by Dino which I absolutely looovvveeee!!! I can’t wait to go back and get more work done!
I went in to Focused yesterday to get my septum pierced. My first complaint is the guy doing it was kind of rude. It wasnt a huge deal because sometimes people in these shops tend to be rude but then again Im paying you for a service so you should be more polite. My second complaint is the guy gave me a terrible piece of jewelry. I visibly have a large nose yet he used a very small horseshoe piercing in it. The result is a piercing that is unable to be flipped up to hide it yet it is not visible enough when flipped down. Basically you can just see the two balls inside of my nostrils at all times. My final complaint is there was nothing that came after the piercing was given. I was expecting a little information about my piercing either given verbally or in an informational packet as I was given with other piercings I had done before. I now know to never visit this shop again and I urge you against it. I probably ended up wasting my money because with the awkward level of visibility of the piercing I would be unable to work. Im very upset and really wish Id just gone back to the shop where I had my other piercings done which has nice employees and does piercings for much less.
This studio is super clean and comfortable. I have gotten three tattoos from Dino, and all three are beautiful and well done! He worked with me on my designs and brought them to life. Couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for my future tattoos!
Even though, coronavirus is still going on. the shop had everyone social distancing, they employees had masks, and the music was booming.

This place is terrible! I went and got my nipple pierced and it ended up with a very bad infection. The guy that pierced me, pulled a curved belly button ring out of a random drawer and used that instead of a straight nipple bar. the incorrect bar that he used was way to small for my nipple and got completely swallowed into my body.I will never step foot in this place ever again. Make sure you do you research before you get anything type of piercing.

I went and got my nose & outer cartilage on my ear pierced in november, the service was nice, the piercing was quick not much pain-However, I visited your west 6th location in early Nov to have my outer cartilage & nose pierced...I noticed my nose ring and earring are both corkscrew so my dilemma is how the hell am I suppose to take them out and put them back in? Giving the opportunity I should have been presented with options and a little more info on my piercings. Now my cartilage piercing came out when I was asleep and I had to damn near kill myself putting it back in😬
My friends each got a cartilage piercing. The man doing it was very friendly and gave us an information paper with cleaning instructions which was helpful. The only down side was having a really long wait.

Ive been to the one on Coventry and had a better experience there. But this time I went last October with my best friend to get a septum piercing here at the one on W.9th. It was the worse pain ever lol and Jimmy messed up my piercing had to take it out and redo it!!! Ouch.. I guess he made it up by taking $5 off?!?!?!. Not very friendly or welcoming in this establishment and it sucks because theyre the only piercing shop close to where i live.
I only care about the puppy, I went with a friend to get her a tattoo I didnt get one but they did a great job on hers and there was a puppy so im satisfied.

Last December, on a whim, I went to the w. 9th shop to get my industrial pierced. It was a Christmas gift to myself and I was super pumped! I initially went in at like 1pm. They said that the puercer didnt come in til 4pm. That was annoying but I was like whatever. I went back at 4pm to get it done. I was nervous and the piercer was not helpful at calming my nerves. That should have been a sign that it was gonna go wrong. He made fun of me when I said my mom was gonna kill me bc she told me not to do it. He was like youre a big girl *chuckles* you can handle yourself. I wasnt sure if he was mocking my weight or my nervousness- strike 2. After I saw the finished piercing, I asked if the bar was too short. He assured me that it only looked that short because of swelling. Lo and behold, it rejected. I went to a different shop, one that my friend suggested and had gone to many times. The piercer there said that from the scar it left, it looked like the bar was too small. I will never go back to Focused.
