Presentation means a lot..things didnt look so fresh and as I stood there no one bothered to even ask if I needed something l stood at the counter with that I need something look for several minutes.... The employees were talking to each other none were helpful... One looked at me and kept sweeping...I left... Went to Daves... better prices and no smell

Thought this would be better then daves supermarket near but it wasnt and I guess I came in to early everyone standing around talking took 5 mins to get service beef bacon all Fat daves supermarket better

This was my first time at the 200 and Euclid site. And I have to say that it much bigger. However, East 79 and Superior store will always be my store. Love the customer service I get at Superior.

Got my first special order there today...was ready and waiting when i arrived...meats looked wonderful...cooked a pot of the Ox tails with some great northerns... if you dont hear back from me,Im in the bottom of the pot. Thumbs up.

Some employees act above their wage in this place. Had a female worker refuse to cut meat for my husband and I. She tried to MAKE us buy the pieces already cut, however, what was cut was NOT appealing. As a result of her negative attitude towards us customers what was gonna be a $100 plus cash sale turned into us taking all of our business elsewhere. The gentlemen who work in there have been pleasant (thus far). One of the male workers offered to cut the meat but miss NASTY attitude abruptly said, we arent cutting anything when theres already some cut. I could see if we wanted to cut a couple pieces but I was gonna buy the whole thing....had she not been so ignorant and actually talked to us instead of at us she wouldve known that.

I like, when I want meat not frozen to cook right away they are very convenient

I have been here a few times and the quality is great! My purchases have consisted of small chicken wings, NY strip, and ribeye steaks. Everything has been great and its nice to get fresh cuts of meat close to home. The staff is very friendly and helpful, I will continue to shop there.

They have a huge bag of Mcdonalds nuggets for like 17 bucks. Its like 5 pounds and the exact nuggets Mcdonalds sells. All of thier frozen foods arebgood.

They are always professional and courteous. They also have great prices that a lot of big chain grocery stores can not compete with. I tell everyone I know about them and they are also going to there store. Keep up the awesome work.
