Worst place ever. I paid 120 dollars for my screen to be fixed, I got the phone the screen was fixed so I thought until I noticed I can see inside my phone literally my screen was not fully on my phone and then one little hit to my phone the screen and ink is coming out, 120 dollars for this !? Really don’t go there !!!

This store is a scam!!! Josh tried to sell me a limited edition blue iPhone. Apple doesn’t even make a blue iPhone. What they did was put a skin on a silver iPhone so they can say it’s rare and sell it for more. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. You don’t know what other scams these guys do.

Great cell phone store I switched over from a place on Vine street to go here better service more user friendly and when my phone broke I had to get a new one they give me a loaner until my other 1 activated

Guy behind the counter acted as if he was doing me a favor by taking my payment. Never again! I went there to pay my phone bill. He acted as if I was an intrusion.

Called about an Iphone and they tried to rip me off. I offered a decent price and the guy hung up on me. That is the worst customer service Ive dealt with before. Beyond unhappy.

WARNING - Dont waste your money purchasing a phone here! Spend the extra $30 and dont get ripped off. I bought a phone here that they said was unlocked and that I could use with Metro PCS. Everything seemed okay until a week later when I updated the software. Suddenly the phone would not support my sim card. Turns out the phone wasnt unlocked, it had a small chip that the sim sat in that mocked an unlocked phone. I find out those chips are now banned and as you update software they will not work. Contacted Triple R for my money back, they say, sorry no refunds. I demand a different phone and they finally agree. Two weeks later and they still havent gotten back to me about a phone that will work with Metro. I contact them and they say Im in luck and that they just got the same model phone in for a swap. Apparently this phone is factory unlocked. Set it up and everything looks good. A week later and the phone just wont power on for no reason. Took it to Apple Genius Bar to have it looked at. It seems the logic board is dead and there is nothing to do but get a new phone, it is not something to fix. I am absolutely furious. Again, they dont do refunds even though they are a physical store!?! Now Im $200 short and with no phone. Id give them negative stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE FOR A PHONE.
