I have been trying to call the pharmacy and have been unable to get anyone to answer. I called at 12:30pm and waited on hold for 25 mins before I gave up and hung up. I tried calling back today at 2pm and have now been on hold for another 25 mins. How do they expect to help patients if no one can get through to speak to staff members?! At this point, I cant even say they exhibit poor customer service.... its basically non-existant!

Most of the time i have had a positive experience when visiting this particular Rite-Aid. The cashiers are always very friendly and exhibit a very professional attitude. The only problem I have is that they never seem to have the product depends in extra large.

September 3, 2021..11:40a.m. THE FEMALE PHARMACIST WAS EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AWFUL, AND VENOMOUS IN HER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.... TO PATRONS WHO WANT TO SHARE, and HELP IN KEEPING OHIO PUBLIC SAFE and HEALTHY BY MAKING AN APPOINTMENT AND GETTING THE COVID-19 VACCINATION, TO NO AVAIL! THE PHARMACIST LACKS TRAINING IN CULTURAL DIVERSITY, AND BIASS. I HADTO WAIT 20 MINUTES TO BE HUMILIATED BY A PHARMACIST WHO SPOKE TO OTHER PATRONS, IGNORED ME, AND TOLD ME THAT I DIDNT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT, I Did Have An Appointment Because I showed her assistant my cell phone with my confirmation time and date. SHE TOLD ND THEY WERE BUSY, AND ITS JUST THE TWO OF THEM WORKING, I was the only person sitting in the waiting area for 20 minutes, as this PHARMACIST ignored me.AFTER I had to wait 20 minutes with no one waiting in the seating area but me.I went to Marc Pharmacy Where the Caring Professional PHARMACIST are employed who care about Public Safety and HELP Keep Ohio Vaccinated.THAnk you Marc s!

Very friendly and helpful staff! Pharmacy is awesome and are very professionally knowledgeable and every question I asked is very informant! They are very patient with me... I have bipolar disease and I ask sometimes for them to repeat and make me understand... Ty! And living down the street is so convenient for me!

Rude and never answer the phone

I go there to pick up my packages from amazon and also to buy small items .The cashiers are always friendly and helpful. When toilet paper was hard to find, Rite Aid always seemed to have some,so it became my go to store.

I agree with the last review that they never answer the phones! it just rings and rings they dont even put you on hold or have the automated system to select them not even front desk answers! this should never happen in any pharmacy where people need to find out about their perscriptions and or have to drive in to find out something isnt ready it is really ridiculous!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!

They never answer there phones so I can refill my prescriptions its horrible

I just wanted to thank Monica for Wonderful Customer service. She was the Cashier on duty last night and even though she was busy she went and got the metallic hair dye for me so my step son could just buy it. Not only are the staff rude, they leave expired or no longer available sales tags on items and are rude when you ask about it. Never has prescriptions ready when theyre supposed to be, and can never be found in the whole store. For the love of god, just go to CVS. Preferably the ones in Mayfield are great.

Ashley rocks! I love that the staff is so friendly and professional. They know me by name. I feel like they are friends I have known for a long time.

Their pharmacy is always making excuses for why you cannot get your prescriptions in a timely manner. I always am told how understaffed that are, just ridiculous!!!
