All they say is “ we won’t take anything Bc we have too much inventory “

I saw an ad on Facebook that Gold Werks sold televisions and I wanted to get my wife a television for her birthday;I wanted to get it first thing in the morning because my wife works during those hours the store website said it opens at 10:00 AM so I got there at 10:20 I waited and waited the woman I am assuming is the Manager or owner did not get there until around 10:50 I sat in the car and watched her smoke what looked to be marijuana and then she finally opened the store after seeing that I decided not to go into the store VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I ended up just going to another place and I got a pretty good deal, just wanted you to know you lost a potential customer.

Ive reviewed Gold Werks before, but I also wanted to add that during the daytime the manager Angela is so awesome! She is so quick Im always in and out within just minutes. She always gives high percentages for the items I bring in so I always leave with a lot of cash! She is very helpful and great personality. I have been coming to Gold Werks for years and will always bring my business here!

My friend went in the store today and the clerk asked him to give a review and he had a good experience but I feel the need to let everyone know that about 3 months ago the clerk and the owner locked My boyfriend and I in the store and I had to call the police for them to let me go I was so embarrassed from that point on I always send my friends in for me I guess it was just me or the clerk was having a bad day. So I’m giving two stars because at least they’re nice to my friends.

Shawni is absolutely awesome and provides great service. The other employees are great at what they do but are just a bit less outgoing/talkative but all in all they give amazing percentages on giftcards and are fair with prices on Gold/precious metals

Just left the store and was greeted with some of the best customer service by Angela. I called around to see which stores would have the best pay out for my gift card and Gold Werks is the best hands down.

I seriously love coming here! If you are going to sell anything you definitely need to come to Goldwerks. I usually end up coming in at night so I love that they are open late and TaShawna is the bestttt! She seriously always hooks me up and gets it done so fast! I would definitely recommend coming here over any of the other places around here. Give way more cash for your business then any of the other shops!!

Got there today at 8:56 and the doors were locked. There was two other people knocking on the glass trying to get the clerks attention but she just looked at us and ignored us once it hit 9pm she made eye contact and mouthed the words. Were closed what scum of an employee that works here.

The clerk was very nice and curious.

Didnt receive My ID back from them. When i called to ask for it they claimed they didnt have it. The week before my wife was there an the lady forgot to give it to her she had to ask her for it so Im sure this happens alot.
