Always come here. I got something different this time, which was a milkshake. The milkshake was gross and tasted like an Icee. I drink milk shakes from Chick-fil-A all the time. I know what it suppose to taste like. The second a tasted it, was the second I brought it back. This dude started yelling. “I’ve never had a smoothie brought back”. I was in shock. When I say yelling, I mean yelling. Even the lady was startled. Unfortunately, they lost a customer. The new shake still didn’t taste well but didn’t even bother to go back because I didn’t have time to yelled at the a grown as* man. Nevertheless, them losing a customer is because of the man yelling not because of the shake,

I love going here! The ice cream is so rich and creamy! My absolute favorite is the oreo flurry with cheesecake!

I have been going to this place for 20 years I believe. They have the best ice cream. Mu favorite item is the Turtle Parfait...I have gotten this many places but none compare! The staff is always friendly. I have never had a bad experience. I pray they stay around for a long time! Now my daughter gets to experience the greatness of their custard!

Staff is very friendly. From the outside looking in its clean. They respect that I have allergies and accommodate. Oh and the custard is ALWAYS delicious!

Well worth the 45 min trip from Chardon for the best custard around. Always great service with a smile.

Creamy custard

Love this place. Best soft serve ice cream on the east side, but the hours on Google Maps are all wrong. Still says open tonight on Google Maps, but its April 3rd and the plywood isnt off the windows from winter yet. Somebody probably should look at that. Cant wait for that first Turtle.

Not sure why i drive there going off of the hours listed on google to find they have closed 20 min early with customers still sitting in the parking lot. I would figure a place only open seasonally could at least stay open for the hours posted during the season they are open. Would it kill you to stay another 20 min lol c mon!

Ive been going here for years. Always quick, friendly service. All Ice cream products Ive tried have been top-notch. Also my 6 year-old daughter is a big fan.
