Service is always great here. And I got here at 8:59 pm a minute before closing and they still helped me out! I do feel bad that they had to stay an extra 30 minutes. But thats fine I was able to pic out the sun screen for my car that I wanted.

James Copeland just saved me about $200 and taught me a few things along the way. I came in to change my husband’s battery which got taken care of first and foremost. We then got to talking about how much a dealership wanted to charge to fix what ended up being two very simple solutions. A $150 repair from the dealership turned into $15 and and a learning experience from James. He also gave me advice about another issue I will save for another day. James Copeland went above and beyond his job description in helping me not only find the right part at the cheapest price but also by doing the work for me. His knowledge is invaluable. When trying to leave the store my truck wouldnt start like my battery was weak. Glad it happened while I was there instead of getting stuck somewhere else. Employee was very helpful in testing my battery to make sure that was the issue, I bought a new battery and he even installed it. Thank you for all the help.

They always have what we need and or they can order and get it the next day. Prices are good.

My husband and I went into the Eufaula, AL. store and we were looking for some lights that he could use on his boat. We did find some LED spotlights that would work perfectly. We were thinking that since we were in AutoZone Reward program and only needed to spend $20.00 more to receive $20.00 more for free we would go ahead and grab another set. However, the policy doesnt explain that you make the purchase of the remaining $20.00 of the five previous purchases and then you must wait one hour for the transaction to process before you can receive the bonus $20.00.We didnt want to do that and have to hang out in an AutoZone for an hour. Its amazing that my debit card can process instantly but yet I must wait for the register to capture the transaction.Its okay though, we will still go back and get our reward of $20.00 worth of merchandise.

It is a good store. Some of the staff is not as knowledgeable as they should be about vehicles thats the only knock I have on the place.
