Best customer service! We had so many questions and requests when we came in. Melanie answered all of them and then some! Cannot be happier with the service we received. She was very patient with us and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The rest of the staff was also very kind and attentive. I live closer to the Dothan store, but would drive the extra miles for the excellent service we receive here. Thank you Melanie!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Ashley. She was great, took her time and just made the whole process of explaining to me the upgrading promotion right now with my iPhone. I would absolutely come back and deal solely with her if I chose to upgrade as I was observing other employees and felt her personality was the best fit for me.

I called in at 2:15 because I had gotten an email that my device was here. It was delivered at 1:50 and when I spoke with Theodore he was very rude and nasty. I came in at 5 to get my device and my rep I ordered the phone with didn’t even know it was here because she was not notified. I am very upset at the way he handled the situation. How he spoke to me as a woman was very disrespectful. In a nasty tone, he said “the rep who ordered the phone will call you”. When no one called that’s when I went to the store myself to see.

In The place 15 minutes and none of the employees even acknowledge that I was there. I browsed 15 minutes and Left. Typical of the way Verizon has become. AT&T sure dont ignore anyone. Even better customer service at walmart

Went in the store to upgrade my phone thought it would be quick and streamlined but I was wrong. I sat in the store for 4 hours with no air conditioning and finally got my phone settled and went out to leave realized I didn’t have service went back in and the girl working their activated the SIM card in my old phone with my new one and had no service when she realized what happened she told me there was nothing she could do and told me I would have to call customer service. Only problem is I couldn’t make calls because of course I had no service so I ended up trading in my working old phone for a new one that didn’t work. Unfortunately had to drive over an hour to use someone else’s phone to call customer service which in total wasted 6 hours of my life.

Theodore was a joy to work with. Was very nice and helpful. Will definitely come back to this store.

Theadore is the man! My wife and I got a new iPhone 12 and a Galaxy s21 Ultra. Both had some issues getting our old data to transfer to our new phones. We have experienced this before and normally got the “oh well you’ll have to figure that out” from the low life sales guys. This experience however was the complete opposite. Theadore stayed past closing to help us and made sure we were comfortable with our new phones. He doesn’t fit the typical sales guy stereotype at all!! He seemed very sincere in wanting us to be satisfied before we left. If I could give 6 stars I would. If your tired of the normal BS you get from sales guys come see Theadore. We drove in from Columbus,GA for the phones but would gladly return for the people! Great job Theadore. You’ll be running the show before too long.

I came in town today to visit my parents and well I forgot my charger. Ran in to the local Verizon store to get a charger as my phone was dead . Anyhow was greeted right away buy a gentleman and I totally forgot to get his name so I can give him a kudos on his review. He was helpful, knowledgeable and new exactly what I needed . If I ever need anything for my phone while Im in town visiting again I know where to go. Thanks thanks a bunch you are a lifesaver I really would have hated driving home with no phone working.

Had a very pleasant experience with Ricky. They did not have the slightly older model, really all we needed, which was disappointing. But the service and overall experience was very positive.

We decided to stop in on a Sunday. Ricky was the Verizon professional on duty. He was by himself that day. Ricky not only answered all our questions (we had alot) he handled us with patience and he was very knowledgeable about the devices, service and billing. Other customers came in while we were there and he was able to take care of all of us at the same time. He configured both of the phones that we purchased, ported our numbers over from another carrier, updated the phones all while answering questions of the other customers and helping them purchase and set up phones. Ricky is now our phone guy! Very impressed.

Best experience we have ever had in a Verizon store - Ricky was the best!! We arrived around 4:00 on a Sunday afternoon. Once Ricky helped us pick out a phone, he got our new phone set up, even staying after the store was closed to make sure everything was right and ready with the new phone.
