I visited Video Only first when I started TV shopping. I loved how all of the TVs from different brands were displayed side by side unlike BestBuy who has them all separated by brand. After visiting Video Only, I checked prices elsewhere and found that Video Only had the best pricing. Garrett was very knowledgeable, and very friendly. He worked with us to get the TV at a great price and an extended warranty. Highly recommended!

Purchased a 2021 65 LG OLED TV and Samsung Q900 sound bar from Garrett who was easy to talk to and as mentioned in previous reviews didnt make us feel like we were being sold to but rather talked to. Spent three days looking for a tv at Costco and Best Buy. We found that a lot of options are over priced and we could almost not bare the salesman’s pitches anymore.. spent 30 minutes at Video Only and left extremely happy! The latest (great) sales person in the long line of sales people, Mark has again exceeded my expectation.Today, Mark, spent a great deal of his valuable time answering my questions knowing he was not going to sell me anything for at least the next few months, and he was happy to do it!!!! Went into our local Costco to purchase a 75” Samsung TV and there were none in stock. Not to be deterred we went across the street to Video Only and not only found the one we were looking for but got it so much cheaper with an insurance plan that was even better than Costco’s. Our sales associate Garrett was very knowledgeable and super personable. All in all I would highly recommend them!!!!

So, the trade in your TV deal is only on select higher end models. I have an older 65 Sony bravia, and it would only get me 200 towards a $1500 TV. Would not recommend if your going in to try the trade in, and I didnt see any that offer 500 for your old TV like the commercial says. I was disappointed, especially considering its located in an area that is already out of the way for alot of people. The only good thing I can say is the selection is pretty decent, and considering its a store that specializes in tvs, they should at least have that down.

Literally... why would you go anywhere else?! Originally wed gone to the big box store, you know the place, kinda blue. Anyway they didnt have the tv model or size we wanted in stock we can order it for you, be here in a couple of days you know the usual jazz. So I called over to Video Only, not only did they have the tv in stock, I learned it was last years model... (The box store didnt mention that by the way) In the end Video Onlys price was actually lower than the box store! I got this years model, in a larger size, a brighter display, and a wall mount all in one shot from one store at a GREAT price! Garrett, the sales associate, super great guy. I looked online before shopping around. There are a lot of options for TVs but I narrowed mine down to what Id need for gaming with a PS4 and future proofing it for the PS5.Best Buy had a lot of options but their financing didnt go through right away and that meant I was losing out on some deals.I went to Costco and was helped again. I learned a few more things there, but the selections werent that great.I went to Video only and was lucky enough to get a labor day sale still being carried on. Also, I was helped by, Garrett who was able to show me TVs down the line and why each one was just a bit better than the next. This was super helpful in comparing brands and the differences each series had. I ended up with a 65 Samsung. Its the Q80 series which is one of Samsungs latest models. Most importantly the G-Sync feature that comes with my TV is specifically for lowering latency. This wasnt well explained to me until I got to Video only and I thank Garrett for wanting to talk about gaming systems and TV compatibility. I also got approved right away for financing, so I also walked away with the TV right then.

I just purchased a 55 LG nano TV form Garrett at Video Only. Garrett was courteous, knowledgeable and answered all our questions thoroughly and with patience. My husband needed a particular type of micro SD card while we were visiting this area of Oregon. He went to several stores, including Best Buy, Hobby Lobby and Target on Gateway. None of these stores had this type of SD card, but they also did not suggest a place to look. I decided to Google, “Electronics Stores Nearby” and “Videos Only” popped up. My husband drove over there and not only found that special type of SD card, but other hard to find items as well..... Perhaps the people from the previously visited stores did not want to help my husband find what he needed, because Videos Only is a direct competitor. All that I know is, these other stores delayed things for us unnecessarily and I will remember that.Videos Only should be the FIRST place to visit to find what is needed. More than likely, they’ll have it! I can’t praise them enough!

Just bought an LG 65 OLED TV from Video Only. I was actually shopping at Costco across the street looking for that TV but they were out of stock. I purchased a TV stand for it there and figured I would just have to wait. As I drove away from the store, I noticed Video Only and decided to check it out to see if they had it in stock. Not only did they have it in stock, they beat Costcos price by a substantial amount! I was greeted at the door by Garrett who was friendly, very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He answered all of my questions about OLED versus QLED TVs and let me make my choice. I have always purchased electronics from Costco thinking their prices and warranties could not be beat. Bought a 75” LG today at The Eugene store, Garrett was extremely helpful in making our decision. Earlier in the day we had spent some time at Costco with no luck finding anyone with any knowledge to help us with all the features that we needed vs not needed. While we were at Video only they also had a great deal on a Yamaha 7 channel receiver so I grabbed that too. Come to find out that the tv was a $100 cheaper than Costco. Will definitely buy from them again.

Very knowledgeable staff, they don’t harp you or try to steer you towards the pricier items. They give you facts and try and help you make the best decision for you. I actually turned down a better deal for a bigger tv, so they actually recommended a cheaper option. Garrett was great to work with, answered every question with no doubt and was very helpful. Also they have better prices on the same TVs that you’d buy anywhere else with no interest financing... you have to at least look here before making any purchase, you’re more than likely spending more money for the same thing elsewhere.

A great place to buy a TV. The sales person I had was Mark Mealhow and he was very knowledgable, answered all questions, and was very friendly. Note that this was not the case at Costco which was just across the street. The prices were competitive and there was virtually no sales pressure. It was also very nice that no mention was made of insurance. I highly recommend this etablishment.

If anybody needs a tv I would highly suggest video only. Garret was very knowledgeable and helpful and definitely got me best price on a Samsung tv!

If you dont go here before just heading to Costco for a TV you are doing yourself a disservice. Great and honest customer service, pricing that beats everywhere I looked at and all around a great experience have made me a repeat customer. Mark has been my sales rep a couple times now and he answered all my questions as well as steered me to get the best bang for my buck instead of upselling. I will be going there again I am sure.
