I am very happy with the work done by Autocraft on my Jeep. They delivered the vehicle back to us in wonderful condition. The work was finished on schedule and without any unexpected costs or problems. I would definitely use them again.

They did an excellent and on-time job replacing and color matching the rear bumper and trim on my pearl white Acura MDX. It looks like no damage had ever occurred.

After a mishap at another garage, my car went to AutoCraft for repairs. This was my first experience, and it was superb. They kept me informed. The work was timely and excellent. There is not a trace of any dent, bump, or scratch. The reception area alone is worth the wait, and I highly recommend their services.

We had our car repaired here after being hit. They were very quick to get us a bid, quick on the repairs and they kept us informed every step of the way. They returned our car in prestige condition and it looked better than when I turned it in to them! They took care of almost everything with insurance as well which is a huge weight off our shoulders.

I cant say enough good things about this company! Dana and the entire staff are amazing. They fixed my car as good as new. They anticipated my needs and helped me get through a trying time. Plus they only charged about half of what I was expecting! I wish I could give them more than five stars!

I was so impressed with how smooth the whole process was from arranging my repair, dropping it off, getting my rental car, picking up my car, and dropping off the rental. We had to get our hood replaced after some damage and Auto Craft was great! We only had one vehicle so we had to rent while it was being fixed and they were able to return the car to enterprise for us which was a huge help! They also washed and vacuumed out our vehicle. Auto Craft did an amazing job. I was in an accident so they worked directly with the insurance, had the rental keys there for me to pick up and drop off. They even did little things like come out to me so I didn’t have to leave my kids in the car when getting the estimate. My car looks great, communication was amazing (test updates are a bonus!), and they even fixed a door that another repair shop had messed up. I would highly recommend.

The rear of my new minivan was smashed in by a drunk driver while visiting Eugene from out of town. The team at AutoCraft was professional and transparent. The man who helped me with an estimate for my 97 Lexus that was in an accident was amazing!!

First of all, they were rude when both me and my boyfriend went here on separate occasions. It took what felt like an eternity for one of the ~5 people working there to acknowledge me after I walked in (there were no other customers in there at the time). Additionally, the work they did on my boyfriend’s truck was extremely suspect. They were repairing it after an accident and failed to fix the tire rod. He knew something was up right away when his car was acting funny after he picked it up, but they wouldn’t admit anything was wrong with it. Now he is having to pay for a $1,000 repair out of pocket because they didn’t complete their job. Safe to say I would not recommend this place.

They got us in and out quickly. Other shops werent available for 3 weeks! They have a text update system that kept me in the loop. I loved that feature. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and happy. Most importantly, my wife was happy with their craftsmanship and results on our Highlander. We will definitely be back if needed in the future.

I would recommend Auto Craft Inc to anyone who needs body work done on their vehicle. I was forced off 7th Street @ Chambers by a tractor trailer and my truck sustained damage due to hitting a light pole so I brought my truck into Auto Craft Inc. They did a great job. When I picked up my truck I noticed that the side mirror hadnt been replaced. I brought this to their attention and they promptly got a new one ordered and ready to put on. Even though I didnt make it back in to get the new mirror installed for over a month Kevan was very friendly and accommodating in dealing with this and getting mirror installed.

Horrible work. They literally just painted over a deep scratch on my wifes car. Then they said the battery was dead and needed to be replaced. She made it home with the new battery, which promptly died. The AAA employee that showed up to tow the car tested the battery and said it was long dead. I talked to several employees, specifically Kevan, yes its spelled that way, and he was extremely rude. He tried to lie to me about the battery and the scratch and when I called him out he said I was lying. Horrible service and horrible people.

I was rear ended and took my car into auto craft. They were referred by the insurance company. I was skeptical because the insurance company sent me to them. but as I took my car to other places the bids to repair were within six dollars of each other so I decided to use auto craft. They replaced my bumper. I was so happy with the work they did. it’s a zinc yellow Mustang & I was worried about the color matching. It matched perfectly to the rest of the car and the new bumper looks superb. The car was washed & It was a nice surprise to get inside and find out it had been completely detailed! That was totally unexpected. Everyone in the office was professional and friendly and I give them a thumbs up. Way UP!

I was the victim of a hit and run two years ago. The front drivers side wheel was smashed in and my car had hopped up the curb. My experience with Autocraft was a nightmare. When I got my car back it made a screaming sound, they hadn’t put it back together correctly, they fixed it again - no apology. The next day my car wouldn’t start and they had to tow it back to their shop. Again they hadn’t done something right... they were rude and unapologetic about the issue. Months later there were more repairs that needed to be fixed.. and now two years later my car’s still not right. I’m not a difficult person, I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I want to share my experience so this so it doesn’t happen to you. They may be okay for paint and body work but don’t trust them with anything more complicated.

Ive used Auto Craft in Eugene three times. All have been excellent experiences for me. The last time in particular was unusual in dealing with a business. My daughters new Jeep had minor damage to the front bumper. I took it to AC and they gave me an estimate. They completed the repairs and I happily wrote them a check. A few days passed and Cindy sent me an email and left a message on my phone that they had actually received the new bumper at a lower price therefore they owed me some money. Since they had done the work, I was very pleased with it and had paid them nobody would have known the difference right? Very honest company here. Does great work. Would happily recommend.

Its easy to gush when things go well. Sometimes things go wrong, thats when you see what a company is like.The new door on my car was missing a part. I took it back, they owned the mistake, made good on it quickly and treated me wonderfully well.If they are that good when they mess up, you know they dont mess up often.The staff are all polite, and there is a sense of fun, along with the professional feel of hard work and pride.I hope I never need a body shop again, but if I do, I know exactly where I will be going. Auto Craft.

So I blew a tire on a 2007 Chevy Duramax which took out my bedside my bumper and my tail light and several other items. called my insurance company to see if it was covered. which it was. they highly recommended Auto Craft. paint matches good. overall workmanship is good. but the minor attention to detail is very lacking. not sure why they took off the drivers door off as there was no damage or dents or scratches. this is a crew cab truck and they broke the door handle on the drivers front side busted out the reflector lights on the back two doors. they broke the front drivers side handle . And it took them about 2 months to get me a replacement door handle after acknowledging that they had done the damage to the driver side door handle. said they called multiple times and left messages come to find out they had completely wrong numbers. My rating is low. Due the lack of attention to detail on the small stuff. And not sure why there were so many smaller broken items. For mainly a bed repair. In closings. I would not recommend them due to there lack of detail on the finishing touches.

After being rear-ended I was dreading the process of getting my company vehicle repaired and securing an alternative vehicle during repairs. Chris, Dana and all the folks at Autocraft made it the easiest, most painless process I’ve ever experience with vehicle repair. I received multiple updates each week during the time they had my vehicle and it was completed a week earlier than originally expected. I highly recommend Autocraft and will be referring friends, family and my company to them for all vehicle work moving forward!

Took my truck here for repair for an insurance claim. They work with USAA. The work was excellent but I did have to bring it back after noticing one cosmetic repair wasn’t done. But they got it finished in a couple days and the final product looked brand new.

To all of you who have worked on our car, thank you. Each one has been kind, thoughtful, patient and absolutely amazing. We are sure no one would have tried harder, not only to fix the problem, but to please the customer. We are grateful.

My car was on the receiving end of a hit and run accident several months ago. My insurance sent me here and I was assured they were the best in town.I was told by autocraft it would be a quick easy repair and would take no more than 2 weeks to get my car back. They ended up taking 6+ weeks.The week after I got my car back I returned and told them something felt off still with the car and autocraft assured they would look at it. I received a call less than an hour later saying they took my car for a test drive and they didnt notice anything. Since they didnt notice anything they were not willing to take anything apart to look at it. Since theyre the car experts, I took their word for it.Fast forward a few months, Im at a different mechanic. He asks if Ive had work on that part of my car before, he says someone didnt tighten the nut/bolt on the control arm and that the end of the bolt was rubbing on the inside of my rim!I called autocraft today and confirmed they do not do the mechanical work, only the body work. However I trusted autocraft to do what it took to get my car repaired correctly, and they did not do that in this instance.Thank you Brent for listening to my issue and looking into it further.

I had the unfortunate circumstance of being in an auto accident in my 6-day new car. The first couple of days after the accident I was horrified, upset and stressed about the process of dealing with the accident. The insurance company for the person at fault asked me to drop my car at another collision shop - but after driving by Auto Craft for the last six years on my way to work, something made me think I should go there instead. (Thank you Oregon law!)The day I stopped by I was still pretty emotional about the accident. I was greeted by Zac who was incredible about calming my nerves and letting me know that everything was going to be okay. Since the first day, Zac has been informative and responsive to my questions and requests. He has also gone ABOVE AND BEYOND contacting the insurance company, sending photos and also making sure that my car was getting all the right parts to put it back into its original, beautiful state. (I havent had to deal with the insurance company at all!)I appreciate the staffs compassion and patience during my visits to their office. They are professional, humorous and down-to-earth people.I would and have recommended Auto Craft to all of my friends and family.

AutoCraft should be your go to when you need any body work done. They’re fast, friendly and efficient. I’ve had a chance to get to know a few of them, and from top to bottom they are great people. I brought my car to Auto Craft to get my quarter panel repaired after a minor accident. They had to work on both my doors on the passenger side of my car for paint blending purposes. They got my car back to me fairly quickly, but when I got home I noticed that my taillight was not fully bolted in place, my back door no longer unlocked or opened, there was a handful of hardware in my trunk, and there was powder all over the inside of my trunk. Since I brought my car back to them and had them fix all of these things I have noticed that my front passenger side door doesnt latch and close correctly, and rattles when I drive my car. They rushed the repairs and did a crappy job. Find another shop that actually knows what theyre doing.

I was recently in an accident and rear ended. Even before I was told that Auto Craft was one of the “guaranteed work” auto body shops that the insurance company of the individual who hit me I was planning on taking my vehicle there because of prior experiences I had had at Auto Crafts w.11th location. This time around unfortunately has not been nearly as good of an experience. I was called a few days after I had my vehicle towed in because it was right before the New Years, to get verbal confirmation to begin checking my vehicle out to get an estimate on the damage, I made it clear at the time to Kevan that my vehicle had something wrong with the transmission as well and that was the reason it had been towed in and left over the long weekend, and I asked if they could take it for a dive around the block to make sure it was still an issue. I was told that auto craft didn’t typically do transmissions but that they would talk to the insurance adjuster and see if they could send it out to a specialist. And with that statement I gave them permission to work on my vehicle under the stipulation that they would do something to make sure my transmission was looked at. I never received a follow up call after that and figured that the transmission problem and the body damage were being taken care of. A week went by and I was called saying my car was ready to go. So when I arrived at Auto Craft and was being debriefed by Kevan about the work that was done I specifically asked if their was work done to the transmission. I was told that no work had been done and that “they had been driving it all over” and there was no problem with it. I was quite excited to hear that and to see the great job that had been done fixing my rear bumper subsequent damage that went along with it. I was handed the keys to my vehicle and drove off. As I took a right turn from Garfield st. to 7th (less than a mile away) my transmission went out and I was almost in another accident. I luckly managed to make my way back to auto craft where my transmission wouldn’t even engage unless the RPM’s were in the 3 to 4 thousands and was met by Kevan who asked me what the problem was. I explained to him that my transmission still wasn’t working and he asked to get in the car and revved the engine as well as told me that he had driven it around their parking lot and had only noticed an issue with it shifting rough from first to second. I refused to accept the keys to my vehicle after I brought it back because the work I asked to be accolished had not been done. And while I understand that auto craft doesn’t specialize in transmissions Kevan was able to offer the services of one of “his guys” to do a diagnostic on the transmission, but it was after they had given me the keys saying there was nothing wrong with it in the first place. So answer me this auto craft employees and ownership, if someone asks for specific things to be checked out on their vehicle is it your policy to tell them you will have someone check it out and then not even attempt to look and solve that specific problem? Because I specifically asked for someone to check my transmission out but instead of doing that I was told first that it had been driven all over the place, then told it had only been driven in the parking lot AND that your technition noticed it shifting rough but still wasn’t checked out since you don’t do transmissions. But then at the end told that if I wanted to possibly pay for it if the other persons Insurence wouldn’t foot the bill you would have one if your technitions do a diagnostic on it. Instead I was handed keys to a vehicle that still had mechanical problems and was almost in another accident. You say on your website as part of your promise that “Your vehicle is a major investment, and we understand the value of a job well done. Your safety and happiness depends on it.” but in this case I didn’t get that. So trust me, next time I am in an accident Auto Craft will be the last place I think to bring my vehicle into and I will be telling that to any other person I know or meet.

@REAL Full Service Shop. We were hit by a tractor trailer driven by an employee of a stingy and slow to pay trucking company. Auto Crat has dealt with the insurance. Got things moving along. They are taking care of the rental car situation also. So before the work is done its clear we are in good hands. So today we dropped our car off. Auto craft works with Enterprise which makes it so easy to take your car there. They got my wife a hemi Charger as a rental.

They have been fixing my 2014 jeep grand Cherokee srt after I got T boned, they are great at what they do!

I wish I could give them no stars. They did a repair on my truck without having the right equipment. The didnt put a clip in for my hood prop which caused it to jam into my fan, and they still do not want to take responsibility. Place is ran horribly, no integrity for their work. Must be new mangement and or staff. As you can see by the other reviews.

It was a nightmare, nothing was done corectly or on time, I had to take it to another shop due to there ineptness. I have never been treated so crudly. Chris B had insiuated I was living, and acted put out when I brought up the problems that needed to be addressed. I had to take the car back to them several times, even then they didnt get the repairs done correctly. I had to get a insurance investigator to look at the car, and he agreed that the repairs were not done correctly. I ended up taking it to another shop, and it took another 10 days and over $750 to fix their mistakes.I would not recommend anyone to take their vehicle their for repairs.

Very impressed with the repairs to my Nissan Altima after getting in a wreck. It looks just like new!Their staff was friendly and made things very easy. Ive never been in a wreck before this. A huge bonus to having Progressive in the building, I got all of the insurance, estimates and repairs done at the same location. That really cant be beat.Thanks for turning the horrible experience of a wreck into the wonderful experience! My car is back! Hurray!(Ill miss the rental though. hah!)

This place is horrible and they lie to you everytime you speak with them. Dont trust them you will have to take your car to another place to finish the work that they will screw up. My car was put together horribly and paint over runs and over spray. They dont care about anything but getting the check from the insurance and cashing it and dragging you on.

Originally I was suppose to have my car back in 10 business days its been 5 weeks now. Every time we call to check the status of our car they keep telling us tomorrow, two more days, next week. This has been a complete inconvenience. Im also irritated they never called to let us know what was going on my husband started calling after 3 weeks of not hearing from them.
