Typically a good parts shop . I had a time here recently that the guy on the phone really didnt know what part I wanted(transmission oil cooler).Then when he did finally know the part, the price and availability was too high and a week + wait time . Was a no go for me.I still give them 4 stars . Theyve been good in the past, just watch the new guys on the phone team.

Very friendly, fair prices, correct parts

First time going to this store. It was a little dirty there was hardly anything on the shelves. They had no bags for me to put my purchased items that were way over priced by the way. But I was acknowledged by one of the workers the other three countinued on with there personal conversation. Needless to say I should of went with my first instinct and went elsewhere

Great staff and prices, always have what I need and friendly, helpful service. Original (by honest mistake) gave me incompatible brake pads, but when I returned for the right ones, they hooked me up with some much nicer pads for no additional cost, as there were none of what I had originally gotten in stock. Would and will recommend to anyone.

Our tow truck broke down on the side of the road and they had the fuel filters we needed when no other parts store did. Plus they were open until 9pm. The guys working were very friendly and very helpful. Thank you again!!

Little short of universal bolt ons like intake tubes and couplers but made up for it by letting me borrow tools off the shelf to install in their parking lot. Thanks guys.

Before I shopped here for a replacement headlight bulb, I had no loyalty to Advance Auto Parts. Now this location on HWY 99 will be by go-to store. Don Kuykendall went above and beyond to help me get what I needed and even installed the bulb for me. He brought out a full cart of tools and patiently put in my new headlight bulb. He saved me money, notified me that I needed an important part to hold the hood of my car up, and helped me install the two parts I bought. I felt taken care of and appreciate the excellent service from Don. Advance Auto Parts’ superb service combined with their long store hours mean you can get the parts you need to drive safely and comfortably and not interrupt your work schedule.

Its not a huge store, but it seems the stock they carry is adequate quality, so they will likely have the thing you expect and it will be a decent one. Ive gotten tire chains, wiper blades, trailer hitch supplies, etc.

Always have what I need

I was referred to them, called ahead to see if they had what I needed. I was told over the phone they did. I drove over and when I went up to counter and asked for what I needed, I was told they didnt have what I needed. I told him I had called and spoke to someone that told me different and he just sat there and said no we dont have that. That is ok but to not look in the computer or ask his Co-workers was not customer service.

Didnt know what they were doing

Assistant manager very offensively unprofessional. Would not honor return policy even with receipt on very next day. I was kicked out of the store for challenging theyre decision on the return. I will never do business here again. The attitudes of the employees were condecending and extremely arrogant.
