The work was done well within the promised time frame, it came in slightly UNDER the estimate even! They were really nice about offering me rides to and from the shop, and I even ended up having one of those random small-world connections with the guy who drove. A couple of days after I received my car back, they even had someone call me to follow up and make sure I was pleased with the service. I was pleasantly surprised that this place goes above and beyond. Would 100% recommend to anyone needing automotive work done.

I am very happy with everything they did. I have an old van that needed a new carburetor and they really did a fantastic job. It has never ran as smooth as it does now. Their whole staff was so nice to me. The mechanic that did the work explained everything so well, he is very knowledgeable about carburetors. I really liked how it all turned out. thank you so much.

I had a pleasant meeting with the staff when dropping my truck off last December. What was supposed to be a two day job was a week. After I paid for the job I had originally taken my truck in for, I was told by the manager that damage was done to my dash board during the service being performed and he would find a dash and fix it. After several calls to remind him he told me he was unable to find a used dash to replace. It was finally decided they would order a new dash. It has been 9 months and I received my truck back today. Yes the last month has been me having to set it off due to major health concerns. I picked my truck up and was very impressed with the dash. When I started the truck and changed the gear to leave I noticed the gear shift was not showing what gear it was in. I went in to tell them and they argued it was that way when I brought it in. I can with not doubt say it was working and I have numerous people who also know. Then I look on my receipt and it says they made me aware on arrival it was not working. NO they did not until I enter upset it wasnt working. Great job putting your mess up on the receipt though. Great job that I almost hit another car because I thought I had it in park and it was not. INTEGRITY...I THINK NOT....

I am so impressed by Integrity Auto! I had an issue with my car randomly not starting. They were able to troubleshoot my issues and gave me a loaner car to use while they were working on mine. My car problem turned out to be much more complicated than initially thought and they took the time to fix the problem. Their customer service is amazing as well! The front office staff was kind and professional and the mechanics I dealt with were amazing. Thank you so much for all of your hard work! I definitely recommend this auto shop!

This place was wonderful, Jessica was professional and understanding each time I had the pleasure of speaking with her. Loren has awesome through this whole experience Ive had with purchasing a beat up vehicle through someone else. He made sure I understood everything that needed to be fixed, what my warranty would cover/not cover, how much any out of pocket costs would be all around amazing! He even tackled my warranty company for trying to get money out of us without letting us know beforehand there was a deductible. Loren did a great job communicating the diagnostics and was very attentive at getting my jeep back to me in a reasonable time . His techs found the vibration coming from the trans that disabled my wifes jeep. The repair was impressive enough, we went back and had the entire cooling system Replaced. I do deliveries for a living, and as such I need an honest shop I can count on for affordable but solid maintenance and preventative inspections. I’ve seen a lot of shops and this one is impressive! What did it for me was a conversation I had with the mechanic working on my car about a recent clutch job done at a different shop that I am unhappy with. Now I know what the problem is and can move forward on actually fixing it. Very friendly, great shop, will definitely be back!

I dont usually leave reviews for people but this shop goes above and beyond. They are quick to find the problem and set you on the best path for you, I dont know mechanical terms but they sat there n explained what was going on with my vehicle in a way I could understand. They have fair prices and work hard n fast to get my vehicle back on the road which being a mom of two n one vehicle was a must. Plus its a very clean shop I have been to some in the past that were just filthy this one they take pride in their appearance and work and it shows.

I had a great experience with Mike, Jessica and team. I was purchasing a vehicle out of state and they assisted with a pre-purchase inspection, and some needed brake and tire work before I picked up the vehicle. Communication was excellent, would use this shop again if I lived in the area.

My husband usually changes the oil himself with my help. He decided to give himself a break and try Integrity. After the van sat in our driveway he noticed new oil drips. There were none before. He opened the hood and saw oil on the engine, too. He took the van to a diy car wash so he could wash it off. So if you are the least bit fastidious, I would not recommend Integrity.

He was the one who gave me the quote on the headlight not the mechanic working on my car.My husband and I have been going to Integrity for more than 10 years. I could only find the 5 star reviews even after I used the search.Hello,This is the second letter I’m sending. I had no acknowledgement from the first. I will be asking to speak to Mike if nobody cares to answer this one.I’m not satisfied with your work and will no longer be using your services.I came to you because my husband purchased the car care club. I was going on a trip so I needed an oil change, my headlight lamp replaced and my gear oil changed. I also needed the A/C checked and just a general trip check.Interesting how nothing was said about the brakes considering last time you said the brakes needed to be done.I was shocked when the mechanic called to tell me it would be upwards of $200 to change the front light because it was a “specialty” bulb. He asked me if I still would like them to do it. I asked if there was another kind of bulb he could use. His reply was well then they would have to change the whole mechanism to retrofit the new bulb which would cost even more. I took him at his word and told him to do it. I was heading out on a long road trip and needed the work done.After telling my nephew about this while on our vacation he looked up the bulb online and it was $16! He said it is so easy to change he would do the other one for me. The one that just happened to burn out right before my trip, what a coincidence. I thought this must be a mistake.After returning home I called Kendall Subaru, where I usually get my work done, and had them send me a quote for the same job.I feel ripped off! Granted, it was $125 rather than the more than $200 I was quoted. I feel the mechanic told me the much higher price so I wouldn’t feel so bad with the $125. BTW, at Kendall it would only cost me $47.14, at KENDALL!This is not the only complaint. I find it curious that the last time I brought my Subaru in for an oil change you found the brakes needed work. This was not mentioned as part of my Car Care Club pre-trip inspection.The last time I brought my car in for an oil change it took 3 hours!Before new management took over there was always a loaner car available. There never is anymore even when I scheduled my appointment more than a week in advance. I feel like it is something you advertise but never actually follow through on. Your staff has nice customer service skills, it’s just the services that fail.Never again! She is currently in grad school and is unable to work as often due to a busy schedule and was concerned about cost. Loren worked very hard to get the warranty company to cover as much of the cost as possible and they absolutely came through for us! So what could’ve been a huge cost ended up being very doable for my daughter. The car was repaired & Loren made sure it was a safe vehicle for her! The staff was amazing! Jessica was so patient with me while booking my appointment as I was overwhelmed not knowing how to get back and forth from work, she calmed me down and made sure i got a ride from their driver who also made me extremely comfortable. The staff called me within an hour of drop off to let me know my cars issues and had gone above and beyond by informing me of any recalls and even had checked to be sure parts were currently available for the dealership. Yikes... definitely a shady business. That’s very apparent after reading the owner’s responses to dissatisfied customers. If you want to take your vehicle to a trust worthy shop, go to Prairie Road Automotive. They fit me in, and repaired whatever these guys messed up. I went in for an oil change and AC service, and left with a car that doesn’t idle properly. Never mind the fact that they tried to sell me a ton of stuff that I didn’t actually need repaired, my car could barley drive away from the shop. After the fact, I heard from multiple friends and family members that had similar awful experiences. They are over priced and will leave your vehicle in worse conditions to try to suck more money out of you. I never leave reviews, but considering how deceitful these people are, I figured I’d try to warn others.(Excluding Jennifer, she was very kind.)

I been here the first time with my car out of state for oil change and was done in professional way with a courtesy check on car. A week later I trad in for a newer car and needed brakes and router work be done which was waranty by the dealership and the did a amazing job. I went in to get my water pump replaced and they quoted me for $750! I price checked it with another mechanic in Salem “Cliff’s Automotive Repair” and he quoted around $450. They also charged me for a coolant pressure test which was ridiculous since when looking at my car on a lift you can clearly see the coolant that is leaking from the water pump... it’s really rich they named this mechanic shop “Integrity Automotive Repair”.

I would like to thank Integrity Auto Repair for making my experience enjoyable. Not only was everyone Courteous, but they also knew what they were doing and I felt comfortable with their recommendations.And on another positive note the charges were actually less than what was quoted! That never happens!!

They told me my radiator was so low you couldn’t even see the coolant in my radiator, my front tires were no good and to change all my fluids. This is what my front tires look like and I went home and checked my coolant and I could see the coolant and it took about 6 ounces to top it off! They told me my head gasket could be leaking and they needed to do a pressure test to check. I was previously ASE Master Certified but retired from working on cars so I was skeptical and knew the condition of my car. Not an honest shop unfortunately:(

Loren and Jessica are the most friendly people Ive ever encountered at any repair shop. My car was towed in for a overheating issue, there was some miscommunication about me being able to hitch a ride from the tow truck driver when he picked up my car to take to integrity, I called and explained my situation and Jessica sent someone from their shop to come pick me up and made a stressful situation better to the best of her abilities! They performed a very thorough inspection on my car and told me what needs done now and what can wait. The free loaner car is a huge plus! I picked up my car washed and running perfect. This was the best car repair experience I’ve ever had! I called around to quite a few shops to get estimates and most of the representatives I spoke with were very short and somewhat rude because I didn’t have a lot of car knowledge. The two people I spoke with (I think it was Loren and Jessica) at Integrity were super kind, friendly and amazing in service before they even knew they’d have my business!When I came to the shop for my appointment that same great customer service continued! The shop was very clean, I felt welcomed and they were running a brake special that supports breast cancer which made me feel amazing about choosing to support a business that also gives back.Integrity also has a very secure service in place to be able to pick up your car after hours, which was huge for me because otherwise I would have had to take time away from work. This will definitely be my go-to shop for any type of car service I’ll need!!! I’ve recommended them to everyone I know at this point and the people I’ve sent have been just as pleased!

My wife and I were going through town when we had diesel truck issues. When every shop had a few day or more backlog, Integrity Auto moved their schedule to accommodate us in our predicament. Charging dealership prices and outrageous 2 hour minimum for diagnostics. Pisspoor communication and slow to get anything done.

A $35 LOF/basic oil change turned into a $79.95 LOF. I even supplied my OEM oil and OEM oil filter!? They stated that it was because it was a diesel. Its my bad for choosing this shop. I was an auto technician for Benz for 20 years. I tried to keep it local, but the shop sucks. Lube it USA would have done the same oil change for $30.

We have always had great service and a car wash after the service. I take my cars there for routine maintenance, and regularly scheduled oil changes. I recommend them to my friends and family. 😊

Had my car all day and still dont know what is wrong.

Currently visiting my girlfriends parents in Eugene from the Midwest. The day before we had planned to leave I went to get an oil change at a local shop and they informed me my oil was leaking all over. The attendant at Lube it USA suggested I venture over to Integrity Auto to have it looked at.I arrive being greeted very kindly by Jessica and assured they’ll do everything they can to help my situation. Following day i’m informed electronically of my vehicles health and the issue at hand as well as a quote before moving forward on anything.They fixed my oil issue in a wonderful response time as well as being patient with me as a customer whose anxiety levels were higher than usual.Truly appreciate the work Integrity Auto Repair does and their ability to get me back on the road quickly and safely !!!

Had some car issues on my scion xd. Despite the repairs Initially done by integrity, the car still had some issues with idle ( they were just fixing what they saw was needed). Took it back a second time and Loren found out i had a issue with my head gasket. The entire time Loren was understanding that I didnt have spare money to spend on repairs and he kept me informed and didnt charge my anything without letting me know first. Loren was professional and personable, and I felt that the company is authentic and high quality as a repair shop.

Helpful people who care about your vehicle! Got an oil change on special with a overall car inspection included. Overall very happy with my experience. Clean waiting room and they have pt cruiser cars as loaners on bigger jobs.

So I left Action Automotive due to inefficient and incomplete service to get to this place who raved about their mechanical capabilities, and up to date machines that could diagnose even the smallest issue, left with a repurposed alternator, and a bad battery...my daughter left the shop only to get stranded by the side of the road needing a new battery for her truck which just came out the shop. My question....isnt testing a battery part of diagnosing an alternator?In any case ....Im thinking electric cars are the future and mechanics are becoming less and less capable of fixing older cars with simple issues that shouldnt be difficult to fix.Or people are simply getting less capable . I wonder

I am not from Oregon but lately have had quite a few car problems while there. Integrity Auto treated us very well on both occasions, got us back on the road quickly and charged a fair price. I cant say enough good things about Integrity Auto! I am consistently impressed by their customer service, and this last visit just blew me away. During this time of COVID-19 they are unable to provide their usual rides and loaner vehicles, but they went above and beyond to work with me to pick up and return my vehicle. They even wiped down the interior and key with Clorox wipes prior to drop-off. Integrity Auto truly has the best customer service.Additionally, they called me to check in several times as they were working on my vehicle to ask some questions of me and to let me know where they were in the process. Busy busy, or not good at work, definitely dont keep appointments!! Two days for oil change, and engine check

Dont judge a shop by its name!A few years ago, based on a friends recommendation, I brought my truck to Mike at Integrity. It had a rusted freeze plug on the back of the engine, that would spray coolant when warmed up. The kind of job thats ~$900 labor to replace a $3 part. I asked him to replace them *all* with brass plugs, and he gave me some spiel about only needing to do the lowest one, doesnt make any sense to do them all. My thought being for that kind of labor, replace them all as a precaution because I dont want to pay that bill again. I re-iterated that I wanted them all done due to the labor cost. Well, he only did the one, and some other work that needed to be done, so $1450 later, it was driving again.This summer rolls around, and its leaking coolant behind the engine again, so I take it back to Mike hoping hell make good on what I asked for (unfortunately just verbally, didnt get it in writing). When I mentioned my previous request, he even tried giving me the SAME SPIEL, only makes sense to do the one. No such luck, he agreed it was most likely another freeze plug, and the quote with some other work this time came back at $2550(!!!), and would not give me a break since I already asked and paid him to do the labor 4 years prior.So after that, I brought it to another shop just up the road, the mechanic said when they do this, they replace all the plugs, basically mentioned the same other work they thought needed to be done, and the estimate was $1000 (less than half of Mikes estimate)!

After keeping my car for three days I paid $85 for them to do nothing. Transmission was the problem. One guy said I needed the computer flashed and the other said the whole transmission was shot. They failed at being able to flash the computer so I took it to the dealer. They replaced the transmission control unit. Fixed it perfectly, for free. Neither diagnosis was correct from integrity. Boo.

Great price on a synthetic oil change and they washed my vehicle!

I had 3 mechanics look at the car before finally deciding on i integrity Auto after integrity Auto gave me a list of work needed it was nothing like the other mechanics had infact the other guys said it was it was impossible that the issue with my car caused the damage they were saying after months of back and forth about issues and price tag we finally settled on a amount of $2500 while the were test driving my car after repairs the car broke again at that time they came back to me talking about interest rate and money down something that had never been mentioned before and all of a sudden the cars price was right back up at $4000 which.... more then the original quote ?!?!?! After all this I decided to walk away from my car I loved so much that had been gifted to me by my deceased grandfather, horrible experience I would never want anyone else to have to go through.

Very friendly staff and excellent service

Easy to talk to people loved the text service and the online report features. Welcoming and friendly staff and office. Only downside was free loaner car is no guarantee. Not gonna stop me from returning for future services. 🙂

Having car work done can sometimes be an ordeal. Its often difficult to find a mechanic you can trust, and who has your best interest. Ive been to several mechanics in the Eugene Area, and I must say these people are top-notch! Theres a reason why they have so many positive reviews.Everyone from Megan, the receptionist, to the mechanics, to the owner, Mike are courteous and friendly. From the moment you walk in, to after your car has been taken care of, they treat you like family. They walk you through what your car needs, taking you step by step what they recommend being done. They will happily give you a ride somewhere if youre dropping your car off, or if you need, you can borrow one of the company cars while yours is being worked on! Ive been to Integrity Automotive twice, and both times left feeling like my business really mattered to them. Theyll even call you after your back on the road to make sure your experience was satisfying. They go above and beyond!! If you have car trouble in the Eugene area, I definitely recommend heading to Integrity Auto!!

I had gone in for an oil change after just buying a truck. They went through and did a great inspection during the oil change and broke down the list of what the truck needed. It was a big help getting all that info. Now they are working with me to fit repairs in my budget range and I have had 0 issues with them. I would refer anyone to this shop

If I could select negative stars here I would. My mother-in-law took her truck here for an oil change. Upon picking her truck up, she recieved a list of items that they said needed repaired. She promptly scheduled to have the first few items repaired, and was quoted a price and duration. She took her truck in at her scheduled appointment time, and did not get her truck back until 2 days after they said the repair would be done! Then when she picked her truck up she was given a bill for 5x the amount quoted originally! They took it upon themselves to repair other items beyond what she agreed upon when scheduling the appointment. The staff never contacted her about any additional repairs beyond what was agreed upon, and then made it clear to her that it was her fault because it must have been a miscommunication. The staff never offered any restitution, nor to take any of the money off of the bill! Now less than a week later the truck is experiencing more issues and failures that were not present before they worked on the vehicle! Now they have refused to fix these issues that they have caused! They should remove the sign from the front of the store, as this shop has no integrity what-so-ever!

Everyone there was extremely nice! And I found it so cool that they offer to drive you home. I can tell customer satisfaction is there 1# priority. They are great at explaining things, especially when you don’t know that much about cars. Very thankful to have them in town! Will definitely go back if I need them.

After getting disrespected at another auto repair place I brought my car to Integrity Auto Repair after doing research for an honest car repair place. I found one! Integrity did all of the work on my car and for a fair price. They had superior customer service - A+. They were great and they now have loyal customers in us. The first time I went in for an oil change, I told them I was concerned about my alignment. They checked it and said it was fine. They COULD have said it wasn’t and charged me for the service. They were honest and that is important.I went in last week and after the service a manager came out to discuss the service and vehicle. I thought they were going to tell something bad was happening with my truck. Not at all. They just came out to tell me what was done and ask when other services had been done to stay on top of things. I like that.You also are ‘rewarded ‘ by sending others to them. Discounts on service or gifts cards for referrals, etc.Megan, the secretary, is ALWAYS smiling, pleasant and happy.In general, everyone is kind, when they give you a time frame it’s true. Prices are good, in my opinion. Well worth going to if you need any service on your vehicle. They are full service, excluding only tires, but as I understand, they are gearing towards adding tire service, too.Give them a call to schedule and tell them you heard about them from R.
