After calling costumer service for a oil change to be sure they weren’t backed up, I was told there wouldn’t be a problem getting me in. I took time out of my day and drove all across town just for them to tell me they couldn’t get me in.
Make sure before you give the authorization to do repairs you check pricing. They tried to charge me $2,500.00 to replace 4 shocks. I checked two other auto repair shops and the price was less than $500 at both. When i questioned it they told me that they were not quoting the same shocks. I asked what brand and model number and looked them up on line. I could buy the same ones for under $300. Once again I asked about the price and was just told that is what we charge....Worst price gouging I have ever seen. UPDATE, i also asked for a tune up and fuel system cleaning.....the failed to replace the fuel filter and the cap and rotor. Wont be back......
The do good work at a fair price and time estimates are very close to what they state

We love Cherie in the service department. She has always been such a pleasure to work with and always goes above and beyond expectations to make sure we are happy. She goes out of her way to be helpful and friendly. My family feels like we can trust her and that she has our best interest in heart. Thanks for the great service,Wind
I was just checked into the service center by a Jason Conn whom I had never met before, and it was like a 4 or 5 star hotel. Prompt, polite, friendly, efficient, thorough--I was very impressed, and it was not like they didnt have anything better to do--the driveway was packed with vehicles when I drove in. Thanks for taking great care of me and my truck!
If I could give them 0 stars I would. They lied to me twice about the purchase of a used car. I run a business and buy a lot of used cars for our fleet. I am not new to this business.First time they accepted my price then it changed once I got in there office, oops we were looking at the wrong car. Then 3 weeks later they called me with a lower price and I agreed that I would look over the car again if they could guarantee the quoted price. They called me back later and said they got the VIN number mixed up and could not again give me there quoted price! Really what kind lying people are you???I am never buying from Kendall again
I bought a car Thursday and it was already needing an oil change. Friday morning went to the dealership to make a payment and get air in the tires as that was alarming too. Decided to get the oil changed same day and pick it up Saturday as I work evening shift as an RN and would not be available to pick it up. Left my number and was told I would be called when it was ready. No call. Called multiple times with no confirmation the work was completed. Went in to try and pick it up assuming it shouldve been ready in that 24 hours. One guy at the desk, taking his time helping people. Had to leave so I could get home and get ready for work on time. In my time of owning this car, Ive had it out of my possession longer than Ive had it in my possession for no real reason.
After my Escalade was in another shop in Springfield for nearly 2 weeks, i got it back with a new part but was still having leakage from my axle area. Scared as hell I decided to take it to professional’s. This dude behind the counter “Tracy” put me at ease, asked me for a little info and the keys. About 3pm THE SAME DAY my truck was fixed. And i must add, fixed right! For a very reasonable price. I wont be taking my truck anywhere else.
Pre-scheduled oil change took 2.5 hours. Unacceptable.
If there is a Zero, I would choose Zero.
