Stopped here on my trip from AZ to WA to have my battery checked. My battery had died on the way (was only a year old battery) so I wanted to make sure there wasnt another problem as well. Called Joe at 11:05 rolled in a couple minutes later and had the battery checked and changed, and was on my way out by 11:25. I was very impressed with the efficiency, professionalism, and kindness. Got my car aligned here because I was referred by a friend. They took my car right in. Called as soon as it was done. Did a great job. Only reason I did not give it a 5 star is because they have nowhere for you to wait while car is being worked on. Some chairs outside of the building would be nice. I understand it is hard to accommodate because of COVID-19 but it would be great if they could find something.

They were quick and efficient in performing a major routine service for our Sprinter van. The van was done a little early and the cost was lower than they quoted. This was our first time and we were very happy with our experience.

I hate to write negative reviews & will preface mine by saying maybe they just dont have the technology to do what Honda did? This is my experience though:I brought my Honda into them a couple months ago because the A/C stopped working. They explained to me that the computer module itself for my Honda Accord (2003) would need to be replaced. At first they verbally quoted something over 1500$ for a new module & labor to swap it out but then realized they no longer make new modules for this year & model vehicle. At that point they said they could remove & mail in my comp module to be repaired. It would then be mailed back & reinstalled for $900 (or more) & would involve leaving my car at their shop for 1-2 weeks, they said.I am not sure why these were the only options they gave & why the cost was so astronomic.I paid them $94.49 for a diagnostic & took my car to Kendall Honda for a second opinion. They charged me nothing for a diagnostic & confirmed it was the same problem HOWEVER they explained there are many refurbished computer modules for sale & could have one shipped in within a couple days. They had me come back in a couple days later once the module was there & replaced the computer module & reprogrammed it to my car for under $400 total w/parts & less than 2 hrs in shop.Unless they wouldnt have known how to/been able to reprogram a refurbished module, I am not sure why Stadium Automotive didnt give me this option. I feel to be honest with customers, they should have at least explained that option existed as well but is out of their scope (if that was the case). I became a college student again at LCC in January to pursue nursing & its disappointing to spend so much for a diagnostic & not be given all your options.

I was first sold on stadium automotive after using them to properly align a customer vehicle after receiving it back in a axle binding unusable form from another reputable alignment shop in town.. stadium was able to get me in same day and the truck was aligned and able to drive as it should.Ive now decided to go to them for my own personal cars as well given the good experience through work.The customer service is great and very friendly.The fact the have a in ground rack was a huge benefit to me as my car is severely lowered on a air ride suspension.Their tech was proper and knowledgeable of his work and I would take any of my other vehicles back down the road when the time comes.Thank you

$139 to read an engine light code is unacceptable. Never heard of anywhere charging for that and your think they’re going to tell you they’re going to charge you their outrageous labor prices before doing so

Brought my car in (in May 2020) for a broken/spinning bolt that I couldnt remove from my transmission (driveshaft flange), and then test drive the car, and report on that. I replaced the clutch because it broke and wouldnt engage or disengage.I got frustrated after not being able to get the bolt out and left the work instead of me.Needless to say, they called me within about 45 min of leaving saying they just bolted it right in and that it test drove fine.The bolted it right in part should have alarmed me because I asked them to REMOVE a bolt. Even if the feat wasnt possible without taking apart the transmission, they also told me my car drove fine (on a now verified broken driveshaft flange bolt).What else was verified however, directly after I drove my car home something was off again. Took it to another shop to have them check it and THE PRESSURE PLATE BOLTS WERE BACKED OUT. This was easily diagnosable as the clutch would let out far enough for the gears to disengage. DAMAGED my car.They told me I installed it well and that it wasnt a problem, but instead, I got poor service. And a false grin.Not using them again, and certainly wouldnt recommend.EDIT/EXTRA COMMENT:Look, if you read the original review I posted before this one, and took my word on the fact that I had a spinning bolt in my driveshaft flange, then you would understand my frustration with your statement about the invoice.Ill provide the invoice of the work done by another garage that would confirm that there was a problem with the bolt in the driveshaft flange.Here is the email should you want to see the problem that was missed (based on the invoice):[email protected] the bolt that was spinning improperlyI will not reveal the name of the garage aside from the invoice, because I cant edit it at the moment. I dont want to give advertisement on another businesss reviews...I did not discover 3 months later my clutch pedal was acting weird. I noticed it on the way home.Shortly after the work was done, I flushed my clutch hydraulic system because the clutch wasnt disengaging enough to properly shift, I thought maybe the fluid reservoir was low, and couldnt activate the clutch slave with lost fluid.I got my 2012 jetta to another garage in early June. I knew there was a problem with the clutch, but neglected to fix it until then.It is correct that someone elses name is on the invoice, but its my car the work was done on. The person whose name is on the invoice will corroborate what was said, and Im willing to get their opinion and experience on the matter too

Took my daughters car in for service. Told the gentleman at the front counter that I wasnt a mechanic, but thought the car needed a new wheel bearing. These folks have been fantastic to me. Ive only been here twice. This second time my car needed a new engine and they helped me figure out that it was under an extended warranty. They called the dealership for me and gave me some guidance. As a woman Ive always worried Id be ripped off going into shops but the staff here is amazing and while I hope I dont have to, Ill happily come back to them again!

Took my van in to get the fan fixed. They fixed it within a few hours and got it back same day. Fan works perfectly now. It was kind of expensive but still well within the range of the quote they gave me so I can’t really knock them for that. Cars are just expensive in general. Overall great experience and friendly staff. Thank you.

I had to drop my car, a toyota sienna, on the wednesday of thanksgiving week, so obviously it didnt get worked on till monday, which was disappointing but absolutely understandable. Technician was nice and sociable, seems like a hard worker. The guy at the front desk felt dismissive and corporate at the start, hence the four instead of five. He warmed up a slight bit but still didnt give the best first impression.
