The associates at cosmoprof are always friendly and willing to help you find what you need. the only negative (and this isn’t their fault) is i hate having to go to multiple supply shops to get what i need. i understand salon centric and cosmoprof are competitors but it’s a huge pain to get some products here, and other products at salon centric. it’s impossible to find one line that works on everyone, so i cherry pick from brands. but overall: amazing service, great selection

But I decided to leave a review because the crew of people that were working today were by far an away the most helpful, most friendly, most enthusiastic group I have been helped by, probably anywhere, in a long time. Absolute pathetic customer service from Tracey the manager. Purchased $499 color kit over a month ago that come with a large list of free stuff. The order was messed up and not ordered. After a month of waiting Tracey is still giving the run around and has made zero attempt to fix the problem. But hey she is really sorry so guess that fixes everything! No lady do your job or hopefully your replaced with someone competent. This is a pathetic excuse for costomer service and needs attention. If this is not taken care of soon I will contact the better business bureau and report Eugene cosmoprof for false advertisement and theft.

Every time I come in this location Im greeted with stink eye. Like Im inconveniencing them. Go to Salon Centric.

I have to say this is one of my favorite places to go simply because Kenzie and the staff are just phenomenal super friendly and very knowledgeable people. Best crew that has been in there as far as Im concerned in the last 25 plus years of being a stylist great job guys :-) if only David would come back! Haha
