We purchased our bed a number of years ago. We liked being able to switch out which level of firmness was on top, middle, etc. After initially having a hard time with the off-gassing, I think from the wrapping material, we aired the room out for about a week before using it. There wasnt any further problem with scents and at first really liked the bed.But we felt like it was quite overpriced, for what it got. We were hoping for it to be more adaptable to our needs. It never felt firm enough for me.After about 3 years, it sunk too much in the middle. We found ourselves liking the bed, but it had too much give for me, as I need a lot more firmness than my husband. We didnt get one that had separate sides though. The main drawback for me was that I found it was just way too cool feeling for me. The topper we later purchased (elsewhere) helped only a little. We ended up choosing a different bed. I guess its not for everyone, but I liked the idea of using more natural materials.

I have been sleeping on my new bed for three months and couldnt be happier. Both my husband and I noticed that our back and shoulder pain disappeared immediately after beginning use of the new bed. I also love the percale sheets! Jim and Donna could not be nicer.

My husband and I went to this store to try out a latex mattress in person, as we had initially intended to order online. Donna was very patient with us and our kids while we tried out several options and asked lots of questions. I later emailed her a link to a website with similar latex mattresses that were priced a bit lower and asked if she could explain the differences that would justify ECOs higher price point. She responded with a thorough comparison between their mattresses and the online companys, without any pressure on us to buy one of theirs. Though she couldnt meet the online companys price, she offered a great deal on a bed frame. Needless to say, we chose ECO and do not regret paying the higher price. I have significant back and hip problems, and our new mattress has made a huge impact on my pain. Throughout the whole process, Donna provided exceptional customer service and never pressured us to purchase through them. As a bonus, we got to support a local business!

After reading about the environmental degradation of the mattress industry, and especially online purchases of organic mattresses that have to be destroyed when returned, I was looking for a local option I could invest in and feel good about. This place was perfect! Jim and Donna stand by their products because they use them themselves! They are incredibly knowledgeable. It is so nice to ask questions to retail service reps and have them actually know the answers! I think its important to spend more up front for the peace of mind that 1.) youre supporting a great business, 2.) youre supporting sustainable sourcing, 3.) it comes with a 20 year warranty. Delivery and communication was awesome. Highly recommend!

A very relaxing time spent trying out mattress grades. My side of our queen has soft, medium, and firm layers. I havent slept this well in years. My only regret was not buying one sooner!

I can’t say enough about the exceptional service and quality I experienced at Eco Sleep Solutions. I wanted a mattress that was free of chemicals and since recently having back surgery, a mattress that offered support and comfort. The first time I tried a latex mattress at Eco Sleep Solutions, I knew I found what I was looking for. The mattress is wonderfully comfortable and has three layers of latex giving me the flexibility of being able to choose between, soft, medium, or firm by rotating the layers. The bedroom furniture sold in the shop is meticulously made locally by PRJ Craftsmen. I bought a bed frame, dresser, and nightstand to go along with the mattress, Coyuchi sheets and Pendleton blanket – all from this wonderful little shop.Donna responded graciously to every question I asked about where and how the mattress and furniture were made, even sending me an email with a link about the farm that grows the natural latex for Savvy Rest mattresses. She accommodated me every step of the way from order to delivery with professionalism, kindness, and integrity to provide me the best customer service I’ve ever received. When the furniture was not exactly as I expected, (no fault of Donna or the craftsmen), she immediately contacted the local furniture craftsmen who made modifications without charge. The furniture is beautifully made with quality craftsmanship and since getting the new mattress, I awake feeling rested and pain free for the first time in years. I couldn’t be happier with my experiences at Eco Sleep Solutions.

Hands down they have the best quality bedding. I was researching online for the highest quality organic and natural bedding. This is the only store in town that carried any of the brands I ended up being interested in. Coyuchi and Holy Lamb are widley recognized as some if the absolute best. Anybody in the market for bedding should stop in. The quality difference is obvious in person. I would give 5 stars, but downtown Eugene can be a pain in the rear to navigate and park.

What a great process that we went through working with Jim and Donna at ECO Sleep Solutions. We ordered a new mattress and adjustable frame from them about three months ago. We are so happy with both pieces and able to sleep better than we have in quite a while. I really enjoy the personal touch that we received from them during the testing of different layers to the set up in our home. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new top quality bed.

Eco sleep solutions did a fantastic job with educating us and helping us with selecting and caring for the mattress we purchased, They walked us through selecting the layers, organizing them, and testing them in store. Communication during the delivery process was excellent, they stuck to the schedule they communicated, even delivered and set up before the day before the eclipse. Very positive experience, friendly service, would recommend for anyone looking for a new mattress or bed.

My wife and I bought a California King with the Dunlop layers. Our biggest selling factor was its lack of toxins (Its got zero toxic substances!!). Our other selling factor was the comfort. This bed is amazingly comfortable. I feel like a million bucks every morning, thanks to my restful sleep.We also like that one side of the mattress is firm and one side is soft. Fits each of our needs perfectly. I like that we can have two separate firmnesss without having a gap between each side is awesome.Lastly the customer service was great. Eco Sleep epitomizes what I envision good service to be. Very knowledgeable, not pushy at all. They are the kind of people I can picture being friends with.Thanks Eco Sleep Solutions!!!!

We were looking for a mattress made of natural, preferably organic materials with good support. No pillow top or memory foam.After going into 6 conventional mattress stores and coming out of them feeling woozy, I focused on what Eco Sleep Solutions has to offer.First their showroom had no chemical smell. There was enough selection that I spent quite a long time trying out the different mattresses. Donna and Jim answered questions as needed. My husband and I selected a 6 inch firm latex mattress. Even without springs it is quite bouncy. We recommend that you visit Eco Sleep Solutions if you have similar needs.

I went in person to the store in Eugene- they have high quality furnishings and bedding, as well as fun art. Found a great futon frame, but needed it shipped. I received excellent email communication regarding delivery time and receiving instructions for both the frame and futon. All arrived as promised, in great shape. I highly recommend this store!

Jim and Donna are just lovely. They are both so knowledgeable and easy going. I had sooo many questions and they took the time to answer all of them with such patience and insight. My husband and I never felt pressured to buy, but are so glad we did. We love our Savvy Rest mattress. Omg Im obsessed!!! This store is AMAZING! Aside from offering a very niche product (non-toxic bedding is surprisingly hard to come by) it is just so welcoming and beautiful and Jim is the best! He is patient with my constant questions and answer each one! They switched over the bed layers without complaint. The quality of the product is amazing, and they will definitely be our source of pillows and bedding in the future.

This place is fabulous! My partner and I had been mattress shopping for almost a year. We have two different softness/firmness preferences, would like to avoid an off-gassing mattress from conventional materials, and are sometimes sensitive to heat (so memory foam didnt sound good) or waking up from one of us moving at night and the mattress bouncing (the firmer the mattress, the more the bounce translates). I was also wary because I used to sell organic mattresses and had one for the last 10 years and was unaware that the newer ones are far superior than what used to be available. After extensive research we realized the modern latex beds sold here might be just the ticket.My partner went by and just got some basic info and pricing. He appreciated the open and easy conversation at the store, and the environment. He asked how to approach testing the mattresses and got their advice. We then went back that weekend to do our testing. I had read that laying 10 minutes on each mattress is the minimum to test it, and that means 10 minutes in each position so you can see if any sore points develop, so we made time.The latex mattresses we looked at here come in three layers. This has been amazing as we can change the layers for our soft/firm preference now and over time, and even flip the layers for a ~half-step change in firmness.The prices feel steep for it seems we will get what we pay for, and their prices are very competitive so we felt good about our purchase; plus theyre a local business; plus they have a 90 day swap out policy which is very helpful. I think they have other customer protection policies too. They give us a 10% discount on everything and threw in a set of Coyuchi sheets!They also had frames there built by Pacific Rim Woodworking. This is our second handmade gorgeous maple frame at a good price. We quickly went back for a wool mattress pad.Even after all that testing we did, and feeling like we were sleeping on clouds like my partner said, I still found my side a bit soft. I wrote Donna and she had great ideas. I learned a bit more about how the mattresses work and was able to flip and switch layers easily on both sides. My partner was thrilled; I was almost there but did feel like I needed a slightly firmer one. Donna helped me understand the swap-out policy and how much time I had to figure everything out (plenty), then brought me a new slightly firmer layer when I finally said thats what I wanted.Highly recommend
