After spending almost an hour testing out the 20+ office chairs they had on the display floor, my wife and I chose one. Once we got to the register we had to wait almost 10 minutes for them to tell us they only had the display model in stock. When inquiring about a discount for the display model we were told they would waive the $15 assemble fee for the display model. Needless to say we passed. Not having an item in stock that is on display for sale, then offering no real discount for the display model, I will never be shopping at any Office Depot again.

Went in today to buy some office chairs. This was probably one of the most pleasurable purchasing experiences I have ever had. Dealt with 3 different employees during my trip and they were ALL GREAT. Very friendly, knew what was available, and helped with all aspects of the trip. WILL BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN!

Bought a desk from em and everyone involved was polite and very helpful.

Store manager was so rude! Floors not marked as to how to access the register. No one was in the store and I got yelled at. “Sir, open your eyes” he said! Wow! Almost made me LOL! I set down the laptop and printer I was going to purchase and went to Best Buy. Unknown to me, same items where $30 cheaper. The store manager should set the example, not shame customers to the point we set down our products and walk out empty handed. Never again shopping at Office Depot!

Went to the copy center located inside the store, I had a 51 page legal document that took me roughly 25 hours to type and put together. All I needed was black and white copies of my documents. “Easy task right, or so you would think.” Went over to the self-service copiers first issue: they malfunctioned charged my card five dollars which hasn’t dropped off my card yet after 24 hours, And I’ll likely have to dispute. However that’s nothing in compared to my experience there after. The the gal behind the counter was very rude and disrespectful their copy machine malfunctioned behind the counter and they were unable to copy my whole document the first go around. I thought to myself OK not their fault then they proceeded to put half of the copies on the counter as if it was finished and asked me if I wanted to sort through it to see if they have done their job. I saw that they obviously have not done the very simplest task in which I asked for and was paying for. I told her no just go ahead and re-copy the whole thing, that’s why I’m paying you $.12 a copy. Again the girl behind the counter was very rude picked up the copies along with some of my originals “Copped an attitude with me and was verbally abusive” after I asked her not to touch my copies or my originals and threw them in the recycle Bin. Then walked away from the counter .......! Wow Her manager told her to go back and she proceeded to try to copy my document again which they did not achieve again. Finally I had to sort all 51 pages on the counter by hand with a checklist and at that time I was Talked down to buy this individual while she copped an attitude about the whole situation and treated me horribly. After sorting through everything they were still missing a large portion of my document which I found in the pile of papers that they had thrown away . After she screwed up she had the gall to talk to me about how upset I was and my language to which I told her to not talk to me her manager looked at me and said it’s not her fault. I told her yes it is, I asked her not to touch my copies from the counter she picked them up pulled some out of my hands and threw them in the recycle bin along with my originals. Now mind you these documents have a bunch of personal information on them like Social Security numbers license numbers personal info and she didn’t even bother to shred them. Absolute nightmare this place is absurd they have ignorant incompetent people working for them. The whole situation was absolutely avoidable with simple customer service skills and I don’t know trying to be apologetic when you make a mistake. I never go here again and I don’t suggest anybody else does either avoid this place like the plague they do you not deserve anyone’s business acting like this. Didn’t even have the common courtesy to make a general apology about making such a large mistake more than once. If there was a negative rating like -negitive 5 stars this place is a perfect candidate.

Love going here for my printing and binding needs. The staff is always helpful and has great advice on my options. Great prices to order online and pick up in store as well!

Found that the staff from management down were short tempered and unhelpful. When bringing it to Manager Katrinas attention, she reacted essentially the same way, defensive and unhelpful. Covid-19 brings out the best and the worst in people I will not spend money at this store in the future

On Sunday 7/26/2020 my father, my 4 year old son and I were in this store looking for an office chair. As we were looking, my son needed to use the restroom. I walk up to the front to ask for the way to the restroom. The guy tells us the restrooms are closed. I tell him my son really needed to use it. He calls the manager on the walkie talkie using the most annyoed tone The kiddo needs to use the bathroom. The manager walks over and tells us the bathrooms are not open to the public. My dad tells her by oregon law you have to have a bathroom available to the public. She snaps back at him with such attitude and says Not during a pandemic we dont, because we cant afford to clean them. You can go over to petsmart or taco bell and use their restrooms. We put our other stuff we planned on purchasing down and left. This isnt the first time either. Back in June around the 15th, we came in looking for a monitor that was shown as in stock but was unavailable. My father, who was using a walker at the time due to recovering from a broken ankle, asked for the restroom. They told him it was closed. He said I just have to pee and I really have to go. They reluctantly let him go in that time. But this is ridiculous. They dont have an available bathroom for the customers. We were paying customers and they lost a $400 sale because of this! Never again will we shop there again.

Just stopped by Office Depot for a few copies of my resume, there were a ton of people in line at the copy center but the employee working that desk was very polite and greeted everyone with a welcome to Office Depot, there is a bit of a line but we will get to you as soon as possible. By the time the gentleman got around to the person in front of me (whose order seemed rather complex in that this individual wanted extremely precise products arranged just to fit what she was looking for) I could tell they were truthfully trying their hardest to meet the needs of their customers AND get all of each persons printing needs handled in a timely manner. They really did a wonderful job. My resume copies look just the way I had hoped as well.

I went into Office Depot today and got the best service I have had in a long time. The sales associate went above and beyond to help me buy some highlighters and pens at just the right price. It was most unexpected and appreciated and I am glad that I allowed her to up date my rewards card information!Thank You Office Depot on Chad Dr. In Eugene Or.Ebony🙂

Its a great place to go if you know exactly what you want, and you know where it is in the store. The customer service is here cant really be called bad as much as non-existent. Everytime I have been here there only seems to be one maybe two employees in the whole store. When you do finally find someone to assist you, they seem less than pleased to oblige. This isnt just a single visit. This is every time I go.

It was the worst service I have ever had. Not just that the employee didnt know how to make some transparencies for me but neither did the manager or coworker. They didnt even act like they wanted to even figure it out. It is very simple. All you have to do is copy the papers I brought in on transparency paper. Total ignorance and lack of common sense

Although we were able to locate the items we were seeking, prices were competitive, the staff was pleasant, and checkout was speedy, we had to look for someone to answer questions. For the most part I would call it self-service.

I wish there were negative stars on here. I went in to this location around 5pm today (11/10/16), after calling in to see if they had a working color printer. I called, because I had a bad luck streak of 4 other stores across town that had broken or serviced machines. When we came in and asked the nice man behind the counter which printer we needed, to print programs for our Papas funeral tomorrow, a woman yelled in a condescending tone. What do you need, THATS ONLY my tech! We explained that we had just called and why we were there. A funeral! Not in an entitled tone, just begging compassion. Its down, that why hes here, I dont know when itll be up! To which the nice tech responded, I can have it ready in 15 minutes. She interrupted, NO, at least 2 hours, I have to run tests. Were not customer service here! No attempts to problem solve and every attempt to shuffle us out of the store. Like our day wasnt hard enough... Didnt catch her name but she was a mid to late 20s, big glasses, short dirty blond hair, 56-58, and a mean mug. The tech man was the only one who was nice and doing their job. Too bad he wasnt an employee there :(

I needed a welcome home poster made for my son who is a US Marine. They asked what I wanted. I told them outdoor banner, showed them design I wanted. They had me send them the picture. They didnt resize it so it wouldnt be pixelated. And they did it on paper. So couldnt be used outdoor. They did it cheap and put no effort in at all. I was extremely disappointed. They did give me my money back which I appreciated. However I didnt have time to get another one made before my son got home... Save yourself the time and hassle. Go somewhere they take pride in their work

Next to no employees. Seems like the usual at the dozen or so Office Depots I have been in last few months. Decent prices, but I think I will be going to Staples in the future.

Ive been to office depot maybe two handfuls worth of times in the past 10 years. I would shop there more if their prices were better. But compared to best buy and walmart I see them as struggling to compete. Perhaps if they had some niche items that werent found at other stores. I give it a 3 stars for at least having friendly workers and good products. I also give it a three for lack of uniqueness and not very competive prices. They need something to set themselves apart from the pack.

Because the Office Depot website didnt give me a Order Complete or something similar, but gave me the impression that it had not gone through, I did the process again. However, I didnt trust that, and checked with my bank and found two orders pending. I called the Office Depot customer service line and they said they had no record of the order, which wasnt the truth, because they had requested funds from my bank. Also, they said they had both my physical and postal addresses, and my phone number which were associated with my order, but couldnt seem to find the order. They couldnt find it so I could cancel it, and now I guess theyre just stuck with having my money.Also, the customer service agent spoke extremely poor english, and kept banging the phone on the desk, I assume to get me to hang up.WHAT A NIGHTMARE....

It is very convenient that you can pay online with PayPal and then pick your order up in the store the same day.

Friendly nice organize everything that you need for work school or home

I have 2 complaints. I ordered online and tried using my coupons and would not let me use all coupons so had to do 2 separate orders. I ordered office copypaper and was guaranteed 1-3 day shipping. Here it is over a week later and still not delivered I have called several times only to be told very different things every time. It has cost me much more than the cost of paper as I have lost out on contracts because of not recievong. And to top it off the so called supervisor I spoke to just 20 min ago could barely speak English and gave me yet another excuse to why I have not received it. I will no longer buy anymore of our office supplies through them . be wary of ordering from them online.

So glad they keep everything I need in stock! I can order online and pick up in store within an hour!

Been to this location twice they have broken alarms on electronics beeping constantly, getting questions answered seems like nobody knows what theyre doing. Both times left without making a purchase.
