Considerate, personable, professional pharmacists and staff. Never ever had an issue, using these guys since 2001-ish.

The pharmacy just helped me within 5 mins with something I have been trying to get done for the last 2 days. Always friendly. My rite aid at home in SD told me to find a good pharmacy near school so thank god I just called.

Has a good selection of stuff, and the pharmacy is super efficient and helpful.

I blew out a tire on my work trailer and of course it started to rain. I pulled into this rite aids parking lot went inside and told the manager I just blew out a tire and needed to swap it with my spare and asked if he had a restroom I could use to get my rain gear on. He laughed and referred me to going on down the block to Safeway. Whats going on in this world where people laugh at others problems and dont want to shed an ounce of effort to help anybody out. Karma will come full circle. Thanks for the recommendation.

The staff is very confused and unsure how to operate when their is pricing issues with in the store. Literally confused! Never shopping here again

I am SO happy to use this pharmacy for all of our parmaceutical needs. If you have ever been forced to use mail order drug providers due to insurance requirements you will appreciate the difference. We use the My Pharmacy service to order drugs--new prescriptions and renewals. We appreciate that we are notified when we are due for renewals and can conveniently check off the drugs required. The pharmacy checks efficiently with the provider when there are no refills on a prescription. I wish the providers were as responsive. We then are notified when the prescription is ready for pickup. For privacy, the drug is identified by its first two letters in its name. Unfortunately, when the pharmacy doesnt immediately have a supply of the drug requested and also when it becomes available, no such identification is provided. Thus, the customer cant know which drug is not available and cant tell when it does come in and is available. This is inconvenient when a customer has to make a special trip and doesnt know exactly what is or is not ready for pick up. This is not the fault of the staff but a program that isnt user friendly and accommodating. Hence, the 4 star rating.

Rite Aid has a great pharmacy. It is a gem nestled away in Sheldon plaza. I have been going there a few years to get medicine. Great place and friendly people. Also, for those that dont like crowds it usually doesnt have too many people. Short wait times for medication as well. That along with their automatic refills makes the rite aid pharmacy a great place to get meds.

Excellent service. Short wait times. Been going about a year and I am so impressed. Left previous 2 pharmacies due to poor customer service. So relieved to have this pharmacy.

I have used the pharmacy at this store for many years. The people are friendly and accommodating. It feels like my small neighborhood drug store....I love it!

Horrible staff, even worse management when dealing with complaints. over priced items for everything. get a lot of attitude and even had some sort of store security following me around majority of the time even though I had all the items I was going to buy in my basket.

As I was shopping I decided I needed the restroom. The pharmasist said they didn’t have a public restroom which I knew was not true. I used it back in December. I set aside my merchandise and got back in my car and spent my money at another more customer friendly business.

Can I give negative stars? The pharmacist is so rude when you call, like your health is somehow inconveniencing her. If theyre out of a prescription (which is apparently often) they dont call to let you know, even if its something you take daily. They lie and say theyve requested things to cover their own errors. I never had a problem with them until this year, but now Im done. Do yourself a favor and go to Walgreens.

The prices are outrageous for the same brands and products you can find anywhere. Even RiteAid brands are over priced by a few dollars. The pharmacy is always short staffed. My doctor called in a prescription yesterday and after waiting in line for almost 45 mins I was told it would be 30 minutes so they can fill it. So after that it will be over another hour to actually get my medication. I shouldn’t be hanging out in RiteAid for hours for one prescription especially when it was called in yesterday and I’m already in their system. I will be transferring to another pharmacy, no longer RiteAid.
