The cookies taste great but not good enough to make up for the poorest customer service I’ve ever received. The young woman with short brown hair and a burgundy mask working on the night of oct.9th was extremely rude. I’m a restaurant assistant manager with that in mind I am not rude to folks in service and I tip well. Don’t hire someone like her who “greets “ their customers with a heavy attitude accompanied by bratty head nodding. She moved her head and rolled her eyes basically until we left. Definitely put a dent in my Eugene trip because she wasn’t that rude to the next group of customers who came in. If you dislike your job that much then you should quit, not take it out of customers. If she treats customers like this then I can’t imagine how much of a burden she may be to the staff. It’s also not fair for her to make the same money as the other staff members, let alone have the job opportunity to make any type of money at all because that right there was not service. Which I’m pretty sure customer service is apart of her job description. It would have been a 5/5 if she wasn’t there. From a management perspective it’s better to be short staffed with people who give good service versus paying someone to ruin the businesses reputation.

Insomnia cookies is an absolutely tasty, open late, cookie shop with excellent handcrafted cookies and ice cream. You can get singles or dozens, they even have specialty cookies which are superb. The staff here was knowledgeable and happy to help. Definitely a must have if you are in Eugene! Parking is iffy, their is really only street parking, but its totally worth it!

Cute little cookie and ice cream shop. I love coming here because they have the best white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. I came here tonight because i had a sweet tooth and it was definitely satisfied. They have a variety of cookies and ice cream.Theyre open until midnight. Would definitely recommend

We love the delivery option, and the delivery driver was kind to my little kid, which is always a beautiful thing.We ordered 4 big cookies and received two big cookies and two much smaller cookies. Very sweet, kind of one-dimensional flavor. The salted caramel was not very salted. The chocolate chip oatmeal did not have the savory aspect that makes a chocolate chip cookie delicious — just sweeeeet. Four different cookies tasted very much the same. The crispy edges on the caramel and peanut butter cup were fabulous! Just not quite worth the cost or calorie burden for us this time. More salt and vanilla, maybe.

The cookies were delicious as always, but my delivery driver Kelly is what made this a 5 star experience. Very friendly, speedy, and my cookies were safely delivered :-)

This place has amazing cookies and very soft and good ice cream.

We were so excited to finally be able to go, but then I was disappointed there were only 3 flavors of ice cream at the time we went, thankfully one of them was vanilla. The clerk was friendly and smiley. Cookies were pretty yummy. Hopefully they will have their usual plethora of ice cream if we find our way back. Ill update my review if I have a different experience.

Great service and very yummy cookies! They have a wide selection of ice creams and cookies and I simply love the cookie cakes. The only issue I have is their delivery area is very small. Otherwise I love everything about this place!

This place has the best cookies, and theyre open late. They also do cookie sandwiches. They will deliver in a certain radius to ensure the cookies stay warm. However, we did order some on a Saturday night after a 3:30 game. It took between an hour and an hour thirty to be delivered. Still delicious but keeps them from a five star rating.

The cookies taste amazing. Theyre a bit overpriced, but its not much different than other fresh cookies, and its certainly worth the price if you really just need the comfort. The service is very nice and easy to work with as well.

Honestly I love this place and their cookies. But the last few times I have been in here the guy working there has been super rude and short. One time he was smoking a cigarette right in front of the business. Not sure if the company is not supporting their employees or if he is going through rough times but it sits my mood too.

Overpriced but not bad just not great. The cookies are fine, always kept warm and pretty yummy just expensive, same goes for the ice-cream I guess. Nothing wrong with it you just wonder why youre paying so much for something that feels pretty generic.

Ordered some cookies and it took over two hours to arrive. Apparently they had only one delivery driver which suggests to me that even if someone no-call-no-showed for their shift, they only have two drivers normally. On a Saturday night. This is completely ludicrous for a business model that is BASED ON LATE NIGHT DELIVERIES. Just order DoughCo.

This place smells amazing! Used to love coming a few times a month and coming out with warm cookies, havent found any as good back home in the UK. A little bit expensive but if you have a sweet tooth like mine its not really a dealbreaker.

Great product, clean restrooms, chill employees. What more can you ask for? They also offer milk, ice cream, brownies, and toppings. Neat, tidy, and warm!

Arrived close to midnight, my friend ordered first. I ordered the same thing as her and was told that “She took the last ones”. As in they were out of both different types of cookies she got. The workers weren’t friendly. One sat on his phone in plain site right behind the counter and the other was rude.

Really yummy #vegan cookie ! It’s also GF but wouldn’t know if they didn’t mention it.The fake v/gf cookie display is a very unappealing and disproportionate model of the real thing, poor marketing I’d say lol but I was satisfied nonetheless!Wish they had more options.

Amazingly soft and delicious cookies that melt in your mouth. Definitely recommend a glass of milk with your cookie.

Ordered a cookie cake and expecting a bigger cookie cake for the amount of money I spent. Very disappointed with the price and size. I have ordered bigger cookie cakes for less money, big rip-off!!
