Lisa is the sweetest person. She is so knowledgable and explains to you every step of the way what she is doing and why. I have never felt like she is in any way talking down to me as someone previously stated.( Not to be a downer on anyones opinion, we are each entitled to our own :) ) I would recommend L.Bass to anyone!!
