My must go to place weekly! Love helpful staff and kind attitude. always have great deal for bulk stuff and we have been enjoying their pre-made meals from the kitchen (just put in the oven and wa-la, the meal is done). I also like they have more variety for frozen food. Costco practiced safety and health measurements well, I appreciate it a lot.

Been a member of Costco for a year and have been going to this Eugene store consistently. The staff are so friendly, and generally very helpful. They have a wide selection of local beer and fish (IE Salmon) and many other great Northwest products.

Was good went at 9:00 am on Tuesday for over 55. Was a line to get in. No toilet paper at all which I find surprising. Expected a limit per person but not no toilet paper. Also no windshield washer fluid. Had most everything else i looked for. Customer service is always great.

I do love a good Costco dog. They dont freak out about the mask like everyone else around And I sincerely appreciate that.

I love shopping here, and everything is always tidy and organized. When they are out of something its always posted, and all the people are really nice. My only complaint is that it seems the mask mandate isnt being followed through with, for both customers and staff as well.

I notice employees stay at their jobs there for many years and to me that says a lot for a company. So I see friendly faces of people I know and have come to know. Others I have worked with at other businesses years ago.Im not fond of some of Costcos other practices, such as putting their name on products that didnt originate with Costco. Or taking products that did very well and reproducing their own mimic of that product. Give honor to whom honor is due! So much is about greed these days and it reminds me of other unscrupulous practices by other big box stores.However, to Costcos credit they carry exciting and upscale inventory and thats where Costco excels.Well there you have it ! My 10 cents worth!

We get ro play hide and seek and also play the whos noes wants a ticket? While we shop for the best deals. Since some are better deals than others, we sharpen our mental math skills as we shop.

We got gas for the car and then went into Costco. Currently mask are required. We were shopping at noon and the store was busy. As of September 14th, Costco has some Christmas trees and Halloween costumes. We found our regular items. There is a line to check out. It was moving quickly because all lanes were open. There was an employee directing people to which lane to go to. We got out quickly, another successful Costco trip.

Awesome, its Costco, & Costco has a standard of excellence. Otherwise, I do believe the Verizon establishment would be lacking in the Same way all of Verizon seems to lack, CUSTOMER SERVICE & CONVENIENCE. COSTCO JUST HAS STANDARDS .

Some things are meant to be bought in bulk and others not so much. I do really like the Products Costco sells and they have a great return policy. I do not like feeling like im going to be hit from behind by a shopping cart on most trips here.

Prices are good. The only downfall which has nothing to do with the store itself is that it is ALWAYS busy and the parking lot is a wreck.

Expect it to be crowded, sometimes beyond belief... And parking can be a nightmare too.. However the deals on some bulk products is unbeatable, the quality on some of the Kirkland items is amazing, you can get samples while you shop and they have an extremely reasonably priced food court. I love shopping at Costco.

Its a good costco but on the smaller side. They rarely have new products so the same stuff can get a bit repetitive.

Stopped at this place for fuel. This place is definitely not RV friendly! They must have built this place in the 1940s. Access roads are ridiculous. So narrow and tight. Lots of trees to negotiate. Management has no clue about driving larger rigs into the place.

Its Costco. They have everything. My only complaint is that its too crowded. They serve a large area. Maybe they should consider opening another Costco in Springfield. Just a thought.

I went to Costco to buy 86 inch LG TV a friend of mine and gotten earlier that week and they were out. I guess I cant hold that against.

Im not sure how I would live my life without this store. I would probably have more money, but I would certainly have a lot less cool stuff. They have the absolute best deals on everything. I dont buy much food stuff though since I have a very small family. I try to buy my electronics here because the return policy is amazing. The people working here are also very friendly and helpful.

Always a great place to shop..and the employees are so friendly. Funny thing today tho - they had 300 packages of Lubriderm lotion - but couldnt find them. No one knew where they were in they store. Supervisor could not apologize enough for the missing lotion. Hope they find it somewhere😂😂

Im not sure what the physical store is like, but weve ordered UPS delivery from this location. The canned/boxed items arrived fine, but the frozen food was completely defrosted and warm to the touch, everything frozen was ruined. Costco shouldnt offer to send frozen food if they cannot keep it cold.

Extremely disappointed with this trip. The website showed products in warehouse as well as online. Their warehouse selection had absolutely nothing that they said they had. We went specifically for what they said they had. And, to top that off, the parking is horrifying, and they are busy beyond belief. Just disappointed...We will be going to a different Costco from no on.

So Costco is like a holy place to me Ive, we would go to Costco as kids and that was a good day. I used to think that by like turning my sweater inside out I could fool the sample people into letting me have another sample, I wish I could have seen them snicker at the fat little kid taken an extra ham and cheese square... Other than that pretty good place really like the staff. Good vegan vegetarian and keto options here. Right now they got these keto ice cream bars oh my goodness, 5/7 would totally get those again.

Besides it being crowded and customers being rude, I usually dont have much to complain about, however when I went shopping earlier today, I got milk, and somehow the seal on one of the caps were broken and the cap was a little loose, it fell over in my car on the way home and I just spent a couple hours with my carpet cleaner trying to clean up over a half gallon of spilt milk all over in my car. 😬

Busy parking lot, busy store. Well stocked and well organized. Employees are helpful and friendly despite how hectic the pace is.

I have been to many of the warehouses across the USA . This one appeared geared towards selling mainly what the sponsors are paying them to sell. An example to demonstrate is that the warehouse didn’t have single manual toothbrush 🪥 available in store and only has battery operated ones. Upon asking an associate they encourage you to buy electronic ones. Costco is meant to bring products that are good for their customers (members) thus leaving the burden of making responsibility to make such decisions in the hands of Costco executives so members are not worrying about it as they do while buying elsewhere. I have written about this to Mr Craig Jelinek on more than one occasion with acknowledgment and appreciation from him and his board on this though, I wonder why do they keep forcing members to buy products that are yet to be proven safe! Does the profit margin matters more than the trust and safety of paying customers/ members ?

Always busy, if you shop Costco you know, some pets are nice, a lot ate just rude but its Costco, if you see somtin ya want dobby wait it wont be there tomorrow

I love Costco. I dont think Ive ever been to a Costco that I didnt like (except the Costco at Oxnard, CA which is a bit crowded for my tastes). This one is no different.For doggo owners out there, Costco has very well-priced dog food and chew treats. Our fluff butt loves the pig ears that you can buy here.

Why is this place always unmanageably busy? Maybe theres a run on Kirkland brand TP I dont know about, but they seem to always be out of that. Also, I was unable to find store brand dish soap and they dont carry very many vegan/vegetarian frozen food options. For a Costco, their dty goods section isnt great. But hey, cheap pizza!

The parking lot is kept clean. Carts get cleaned and consistently cleared from parking lot. Staff inside is polite and keep shelves properly stocked. Food court is clean, theyre polite and fast.

I went to the Hearing Center & had my ears tested. It was an overall simple but though experience. The technician was very nice & put me at peace explaining everything as she went along so I was comfortable. When the test was over she explained everything to me & I was on my way with a printed copy of my test results for my doctor along with a referral to see (ENT doc) Ear, nose & throat Specialist. Along with referral for hearing aids which I have personally felt the need for quit some time! And this was all FREE!

Store was well stocked and in good order in spite of being busy. Found what I needed without difficulty. Plenty of cashiers on hand to deal with demand so only had a short wait. Cashier was friendly but kept things moving along while he talked, so service was quick.

Great as ever. Needed one more checker for perfection.

We got computer and printer the lady that help was so nice and friendly and knew lots about computers.

I always seem to find bargains as I have learned how to shop Costco for Smoking Hot Deals..As a long term Costco Executive Member, I have discovered, how to buy right. I have discovered when the reciprocating sale cycles occur...I just bought four nitrogen filled Michelin Tires at the Costco Tire Center which started December 26, 2019. To the best of my knowledge,I believe it will be going on until sometime in March of 2020...I am an Executive Member who takes advantage of Ameriprise Auto Insurance, which gives me rental car reimbursement up to $40.00 daily, free towing, and unbelievable coverage for a great price...Next week, I will have my prescription eye glasses made as I look for a durable, stylish, comfortable frame that supports my new anti glare, polarized, bifocal reading, everyday use glasses...Last but not least, the $1.50 All beef hot dog’s and fountain drink are consumed every time I frequent Costco... The staff was friendly and helpful, even during their last hour of work on a crazy Sunday afternoon. This has to be one of the cleanest, most organized Costcos that Ive ever seen.

In general, I appreciate Costco and have had positive experiences both in my interactions with various employees and in shopping at the Chad Drive location. However, I am disappointed in Costco for not finding a way to make the parking lot experience safer for people. One thing in particular is that the sidewalk does not have cut-outs at the final end/edge, leaving people with the unsafe option of going off the edge of a sidewalk towards peoples cars with potentially very heavy and hard to manage carts. I have seen other people get hurt and I have unfortunately been hurt myself trying to manage the situation. Turning around isnt really an option once you get to the end, so youre left with choosing from a variety of undesirable options. Furthermore, if someone is using a mobility device, there are no options in that situation. They do have many parking spots up front to help with this issue, but it doesnt mean that those spots are always available and they arent shaded in any way.

Overall products good quality but their own products have been going downhill. Pricing and employees are still great.Wish the food court would have more products and carried across multiple stores instead of each store seeming to have their own lineup of items.

Cashier was kinda snappy and rude. Put or chocolate cakes tilted and they flipped upside down. Never had this bad of service before.

Surprisingly busy today. But, we had short list and out of there in less than a half hour. So the check out time was really short. Stock levels are good. I suggest you buy some wine to keep the economy going! ;-)

Ive had nothing but good experiences coming here any day, any time of the week. It can be busy and the lines can get long later in the evening and on weekend, but theyre always quick to open up a new register and just a quick to get people checked out and out the door. I can also never help myself from grabbing a cheap bite from their food court on the way out.

Very disorganized for a Costco. Great selection though. Very pleased with their dried fruit and their bakery. Best cinnamon rolls...

What can one say about Costco that hasnt been said before. Few people know this, but Costco and also PriceSmart limit their profit margins to 17%, no matter what price the market will bear. This philosophy not only gives Costco shoppers the best price possible, but also maintains competitive pressure on all retailers in the area. Combine this with respect for their workers and excellent pay, and Costco is an example of capitalism at its finest.

So I am having knee surgery and can’t walk around Costco. But I needed things from there. I went on a Thursday afternoon thinking it would be better. I need one of the go karts they have for me to shop. I waited for over an hour to get one and still wasn’t able to get one. Turns out they have 4! Only 4!!!! Thousands of people in there every day and you have 4????? I mean come on. People have temporary disabilities and don’t have their own go karts. I’m very disappointed in Costco. They need to be more ADA sensitive. This is a disgrace. Now another man is sitting out here waiting with me. How long do we have to wait before we can actually shop and spend our hard earned money in the store???!!!????

My mom took me here for my first time about two weeks ago and it was an absolutely amazing experience. They had a plethora of all different kinds of things......the bakery was my favorite though, we got some raspberry crumble cookies and they were huge and most likely the best cookies I have ever had in my life. I highly recommend this place to anyone that can afford the membership because it is absolutely worth every penny. I have never had a grocery shopping experience like that 😀

I love Costco. But having only 1 wholesale location within a, I dont know, 50mile radius, is hard. It seems to be ALWAYS busy! But Ill keep going back and pay my membership fees cause we love going to Costco. Downside, cant bring my elderly dad as he cant handle the crowds.

A little concerned. I called to let them know that a dog was overheating in a car and passed out over the center console. I spoke with Shamus, who said he was the store manager. #1, he was really unprofessional. He said the other store manager named Guy, told him hes not allowed to do anything whether its an infant in the car overheating, or a dog dying of heat stroke. His response was I dont care, my job is more important and Guy will fire us. I asked why would any human even allow that? He said he doesnt care and proceeded to tell me to just call the lousy Eugene Police. Nice job Costco!! Great attitude...

Havent been there since they installed the self checkout. Which is card only (no cash) payments. It was very fast to get through the self checkout. However I didnt realize that self checkout kiosks do not accept cash. So after ringing up all my items...I had to cancel and move to a regular cashier. Either way it was crazy busy as usual. But what can you do. We all know costco has some of the best deals on mostly everything...sooo

However the staff working at the food court & at the counter where you register for your membership were all very kind to us. I have been a Costco shopper for over 40 years, always have been happy shopping here until today. I was helped by a gentleman at the customer service counter that was doing a great Job! taking care of me and other customers then some manager lady named Laura that needed to authorize something, came up with an extremely bad attitude towards me and even worse to her employees I WAS IN SHOCKI couldnt believe her attitude and how I was treated and she treated her employee that was helping me, I wanted to just walk out. COSTCO IF YOUR GOING LET THIS(TALL, IN CASE THERE IS MORE THEN ONE LAURA)MANAGER WALK AROUND TREATING PEOPLE THAT WAY ME MY FAMILY AND MY BUSINESS WILL BE TAKING OUR MONEY ELSE WHERE.I definitely expect a response to this.No matter who is right or wrong no one should be treated that way.

Prices jumped again.Rethinking executive membership costs

Need another location in Eugene/Springfield. Parking is terrible and the lot is extremely congested. Otherwise an excellent place to purchase large quantities of food and some other household items.

I never been inside this Costco, but I stopped to get gas here. The entrance to gas was convenient, exit was difficult I didnt see signs or any direct routes out to street. I been to a few and it seems like they are all difficult to exit.

I love that I can order groceries and they shop for me and deliver food to my porch during this pandemic. Prior I loved shopping because Costco has great products and variety.

If your gonna restrict entry by anything (this time age) then you need post it! Its not on your website nor on the store front...
